Tewari Nominated as Chairman of FCI Consultative Committee

Chandigarh, May 16, 2025:--Senior Congress leader and Chandigarh MP Manish Tewari has been nominated as the Chairman of the Consultative Committee of the Food Corporation of India for the union territory of Chandigarh. 

Tewari was conveyed about the decision in a letter from the Union Parliamentary Affairs Ministry. 

The Union Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution (Department of Food and Public Distribution) has been asked to issue the formal notification about the nomination.
