Chandigarh 26th September:--- To pay respect to the departed soul of Lt. Col. Bikramjeet Singh, who sacrificed his life for the country in a terrorists attack in Samba(Jammu & Kashmir) yesterday, the Wreath was placed by DSP Balwant Singh On behalf of Punjab Governor and Administrator UT Chandigarh, Shivraj V. Patil.
