Chandigarh 10th August:- Max Super Speciality Hospital (MSSH), Mohali in association with Rotary Club Shimla organized free multi specialty health check-up camp at Rotary Town Hall, Shimla .As many as 250 people attended the health check-up camp. A team of doctors from cardiology, orthopedics, gynecology, pediatrics and internal medicine led by Dr. Deepak Puri, Director, Cardio Thoracic and Vascular Surgery, MSSH consulted the people during camp.
Sandeep Dogra, VP-Operations, MSSH, Kapil Mahashe and Saurabh Raj Sood, President and Secretary of Rotary Club Shimla respectively were also presented during camp. In the camp, Max Hospital staff distributed free medicines to people besides offering bp, blood sugar, bone mass densitometry and ECG and lipid profile tests.
Speaking during occasion, Sandeep Dogra said that MSSH was committed towards making specialized healthcare services accessible to all sections of society. Through this free medical camp, our endeavour was to address the health concerns of the people who were often neglected due to distance from good healthcare facility and due to monetary constraints. In line with the Max Group philosophy of 'Seva-bhav', we have taken up the initiative to provide free consultation and medicines to Shimla residents.
Jatinder Arora, Medical Superintendent, MSSH said that guided by a single minded focus on medical and service excellence, MSSH has always worked towards delivering unwavering patient care. We felt that it was important for people to commit themselves to a healthier future comprising of a comprehensive health check-up on a regular basis.
