The programme saw a well orchestrated and riveting 'Ganesh Vandana' in its traditional Maharashtrian avatar. A well rehearsed demonstration of the Martial art of Taekwondo was displayed by students.  The students of Brilliance World School put together a very interesting cultural show. Dance item "Chand Taare" enthralled the audience. Western Dance ' Michael Jackson 'came with a message – it showed how human greed had resulted in deforestation, pollution of water & land etc. Chanda Chamke: a group dance by pre-primary was colorful. Barbie Girl was about a girl's fancy of being beautiful & being a princess of her own world. Waka Waka was An African Dance. Patriotic song 'Ek tu hi bharosa' expresses the plight of common man in India. Bhangra was also performed – the students presented 'Rangla Punjab' and had the audience tapping their feet.

The highlight of the event certainly was 'Kya hum azaad hain?' - a Choreography that  showed the deterioration of the position of women in India over centuries of foreign invasions. It portrayed how from a position of respect they slowly disappeared into oblivion & illiteracy & also how only women can change this scenario by education and being self reliant. It showed women in courage and not in sympathy. Another attraction was the Play 'A Dollar'. This was a social satire highlighting the importance of money.

The Principal read out the annual report. The speech, by the guest of honour B.D.Kalia, Chairman, 'Adab' Society, was well received. The prizes were given to the winners of the various inter house competitions. The programme ended with the national anthem rendered by all participants & teachers
