Chandigarh, July 04, 2026:-Gillco Group has unveiled Gillco Meraqui, an ultra-luxury residential development in Sector 126, Mohali, located on PR-7 Airport Road, one of the Tricity region’s most significant growth corridors.
Spread across 12 acres of clear titled land, Gillco Group’s latest project has been conceived as a landmark residential address. The development will offer spacious 3+1 and 4+1 bedroom configurations, supported by landscaped greens, wellness-led amenities, sports and leisure spaces, an elite clubhouse, and a premium high-street retail component designed to serve the everyday convenience needs of residents whilst preserving the project’s exclusive residential character.
Meraqui also marks a defining leadership milestone for Gillco Group. It is the first and fully independent real estate development to be led entirely by Tejpreet Singh Gill after taking charge as Managing Director of the company, positioning the project as both a continuation of Gillco’s established legacy and a statement of its next chapter.

Inspired by the Greek idea of Meraki, which is the process of putting one’s soul and passion into what one creates, Meraqui has been envisioned as a residential experience where architecture, interiors, landscape, and lifestyle come together with intention.
The project draws from the grandeur, proportion, and permanence associated with classical Greek-Roman design. Its striking façade, grand entrance pavilion, porte-cochère, arrival experience, water features, and manicured landscapes have been planned to create a strong visual identity for the development. Once completed, Meraqui is expected to stand out as a distinctive addition to Mohali’s evolving skyline.

Sarah Sham, Principal Designer, Essajees Atelier, the Interior Consultants of the project, said that the Greek-Roman inspiration at Meraqui gives the interiors a language of proportion, symmetry, and permanence. These homes are designed to feel stately, refined, and deeply personal. Our intent is to bring grandeur into the everyday experience of each apartment through scale, material details, and a sense of ceremony.
The development’s lifestyle ecosystem has been planned to support comfort, wellness, recreation, and convenience within the community. Proposed amenities include an elite clubhouse, infinity pool, all-season indoor pool, advanced fitness studio, yoga and meditation zones, spa and wellness spaces, indoor games areas, mini theatre, dining and lounge spaces, children’s play areas, sports courts, jogging track, landscaped gardens, water bodies, open-air gathering areas, senior citizen seating, three-tier security, basement and stilt parking, valet service, doctor-on-call support, ambulance facility, chemist access, laundry area, and on-site maintenance support.
Financially, the project involves a planned investment of approximately ₹ 700-800 crores, to be funded through internal accruals and customer collections, and is expected to generate approximately ₹ 1,200 crores in gross sales realisation over its lifecycle. Residences are priced from approximately ₹ 11,500 per square foot, with apartment prices starting from around ₹ 4 crores, depending on configuration, floor level and location within the development.
Of the total 444 residences, 250 have been opened for sale. Construction has commenced after receiving statutory approvals, and the project is expected to be completed within approximately four years, in line with RERA timelines.
Gillco Group’s decision to bring Meraqui to the Airport Road reflects its long-term confidence in Mohali’s premium residential market. With connectivity, infrastructure-led growth, proximity to the Mohali International Airport, and the rise of new commercial and lifestyle destinations, the corridor is increasingly being viewed as one of North India’s most promising urban axes.
