Mohali, Nov.30, 2024:-Lawrence Public School, Sector 51, celebrated its Annual Day with grandeur and enthusiasm, themed "Incredible India." The event was a vibrant showcase of India's rich cultural heritage and progressive ethos, presented by the talented students of Class V in the school auditorium. The celebration began with a soul-stirring patriotic performance by the school choir, followed by a musical tribute to India's brave soldiers, honoring their sacrifices and unwavering patriotism. A highlight of the event was a graceful dance performance on the Clean Ganga Initiative, spreading awareness about preserving the sacred river and the environment. Adding to the excitement, students delivered a lively Bhangra performance, expressing joy and gratitude.
The audience was mesmerized by an entertaining puppet dance, showcasing Rajasthan's traditional art form, and a thought-provoking act on minerals, which highlighted India's mining industry and its contribution to national progress. Dr. Damandeep Kaur, SDM Mohali, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and delivered a motivating address, emphasizing the pivotal role of students in shaping the nation's future. Veena Malhotra, Principal of Lawrence Public School, highlighted the school's accomplishments and expressed pride in the students' outstanding performances.
