Chandigarh 03rd December:- Four students of Ashmah International School, Mohali, brought laurels to the school by winning medals by participated in Indo Nepal Karatedo Championship held at Amritsar. As many as 800 students from 17 States across the country participated in this championship. Angel of Class third won gold medal whereas Abhiraj of class sixth and Nikhil of Class second won bronze medal.
The Director of the school J S Kesar while honoring the students congratulated them for their remarkable achievement in this National Level Championship. He further urged students to work with enthusiasm and dedication in sports activities. According to him sports has provided unique opportunity for young students from all over the country to come together & compete with each other to attain higher and higher levels of sporting excellence. Playing the game and playing well is what sport is all about. Sports are one such domain where if proper boost is given children showcase immense talent and potential.
