After a successful culmination of Florentine Food Festival Pizzamore, the Italian cuisine restaurant in Sector 22. Is ready for another festival of Tuscany cuisine from 18-24 July.
Mr. Maurizio Betti, who is here with the Italian feast, says there is much more exciting to Italian food than mere pizza and pasta.
The 57 years old Maurizio had been a popular at numerous gastronimical circuits including the "College Cocorum" Federaziobe of Italian Cooks, "Cap d'Oro" Cooks Regional Union of Toscani, Vice President of Chefs Association Fiorentini, said Ms Gurjit Chahal, India-born Italian partner of Pizzamore which opened last year.
The Italian copartner of the restaurant, Stefano Banchetti, informed that Tuscany food is known for its special cakes and bread, and the chef would be serving :
- Mixed bruschetta
- Cocoa and Pepper
- (Non-veg.) Sliced chicken
- (Veg.) consists Mediterranean Beans all'uccelletto
- Pudding Doctors
