Chandigarh June 29, 2020:-लॉकडाउन के दौरान मानवता की सेवा में जी जान से जुटी समाजसेवी संस्थाओं का आभार जताते हुए द थम्परज कैफ़े राइडिंग क्लब और चंडीगढ़ पुलिस के आपसी सहयोग से उन्हें "आभार प्रमाणपत्र" से सम्मानित किय जा रहा है। द थम्परज कैफ़े राइडिंग क्लब के पदाधिकारी नवीन कोछड़ ने चंडीगढ़ पुलिस के सहयोग से चंडीगढ़ लेबर सेल कमेटी के चेयरमैन रविंदर सिंह बिल्ला और चंडीगढ़ पेंट डीलर एसोसिएशन के पदाधिकारी भूपिंदर नारद को उनके पास जाकर "ग्रैटीच्यूड अवार्ड" से सम्मानित किया।इन दोनों ही संस्थाओं ने अपने सहयोगियों के साथ मिल कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण को नजरअंदाज कर कर्फ्यू और लॉक डाउन पीरियड के दौरान चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन द्वारा अधिकृत स्थानों पर गरीब, असहाय और दिहाड़ीदार मजदूरों में 02 वक़्त का भोजन मुहैया करवाया था। 

    लेबर सेल कमेटी के प्रेसिडेंट रविंदर सिंह बिल्ला ने कहा कि उन सभी के द्वारा यह सेवा निस्वार्थ भाव से की गई थी। उनका उद्देश्य था कि इस वैश्विक महामारी के लगाए गए लॉक डाउन पीरियड में कोई भी गरीब, दिहाड़ीदार जरूरतमन्द भूखा न रहे। सबको पेट भर भोजन मुहैया हो सके। उन्होंने इस मान सम्मान के लिए राइडर क्लब के पदाधिकारियों नवीन कोछड़ और चंडीगढ़ पुलिस के कर्मियों का आभार जताया।

Chandigarh June 28, 2020:-Sony SAB's fantasy show Aladdin: Naam Toh Suna Hoga has created a special place in its fans' heart with a storyline that is an absolute family entertainer. A perfect blend of a classic tale mixed with nail-biting adventures and heartwarming romance -the show has continued to keep its audiences hooked to their television screens.

Fans' wait for fresh episodes is all set to end as the shoots have resumed whilst following appropriate precautionary measures as per the guidelines laid by the government.  Siddharth Nigam aka Aladdin is impressed with the measures taken by Sony SAB and the production house, here's how he has described his experience of the first day at the shoot.

Siddharth Nigam, sharing his experience of resuming shoot for Sony SAB's Aladdin: Naam Toh Suna Hoga amidst the 'new normal' said that he was delighted when he heard that the shoots for Aladdin Naam Toh Suna Hoga are set to resume. Shooting on the sets will no longer be the same but we understand that all the measures taken by Sony SAB and the production house are in the best interest of all of us on the sets. While the entire production and cast are excited to resume production and bring fresh episodes for Aladdin: Naam Toh Suna Hoga, at the same time, the best precautionary measures have been taken to ensure everyone's safety.

Siddharth revealed the precautionary measures taken on the set of Aladdin: Naam Toh Suna Hoga, "When he reached the set, from the moment he entered the compound till the time he reached the shooting floor, every step had a precautionary screening and a thorough sanitization process that was followed. He was initially a tad bit nervous but after witnessing the measures taken by the team, he is now confident to shoot. The entire set is sanitized at regular intervals and wearing PPE suits, masks and gloves is mandatory. It isn't easy to work throughout the day in the PPE suits but I really appreciate everyone's sincerity towards safety. He has immense gratitude towards our production team for such highest quality safety measures that ensures everyone's well-being.

Talking about the challenges while shooting, Siddharth added, "It is indeed challenging, he is doing his make-up and carrying a sanitizer with him all the time. Wearing a mask and gloves at all times is also really uncomfortable especially when you have make-up on as he needs to touch-up every couple of minutes. He feels it is everyone's responsibility to ensure they keep themselves safe. So, when he was on the floor delivering his scene, it was tough to do that with complete attention as he was also focusing on maintaining the right distance from other people and following the right measures even in between the shots.

Siddharth also added that when he reached the set after such a long gap, for a minute he was wondering if ge has forgotten how to act but yes, he missed getting into Aladdin's look and he is excited to tell everyone that the wait is finally over, Aladdin will be back soon with new adventures for our fans.

Chandigarh June 28, 2020:-नवयुग रामलीला एवं दशहरा कमेटी सेक्टर 7 बी चंडीगढ़ की ओर आज रामलीला मैदान में करोना योद्धाओं को सम्मानित करने के लिए कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। जिसमें एसएचओ नरेंद्र पटियाल सेक्टर 26 पुलिस स्टेशन, हरमोहिंदर सिंह लकी पूर्व  डिप्टी  मेयर, डॉक्टर, नर्सेज, पत्रकार, पुलिस कर्मी, सफाई कर्मी, बिजली विभाग के कर्मचारी, और अन्य समाज सेवी संगठनों के प्रतिनिधियों को सम्मानित किया गया। जिसके साथ साथ कुछ लोग ऐसे भी थे जिन्होंने करोना बीमारी के दौरान हुए लॉकडाउन के समय विभिन्न स्थानों पर जाकर लंगर की सेवा भी की। इसी के अंतर्गत आयोजित किए गए कार्यक्रम में करीब 30 लोगों को सम्मानित किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम के आयोजन के दौरान जो एक चीज देखने वाली थी वह यह था कि जिस प्रकार इस संस्था के प्रधान अजीत कुमार, डायरेक्टर प्रदीप कुमार, कोषाध्यक्ष ईश शर्मा, एडवाइजर भारद्वाज, सीनियर वाइस प्रेसिडेंट हरमेश बल, सचिव नवीन कुमार, संस्थापक सदस्य गोविंद कुमार, महासचिव प्रदीप रावत, विकास सूद एवं सभी सदस्य मास्क लगा कर और सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करते हुए ड्रेस कोड में मौजूद रहे।

Chandigarh June 28, 2020:-Justice R C Lahoti, in conversation with Dr Archana Mantri, Vice Chancellor of the University, shared his views on Indian Values and Culture & imbibing them in life and work Under Chitkara University's Explore series of talks, shared his views on Indian Values and Culture & imbibing them in life and work. More than his grit, wisdom, intelligence and landmark judgments, Justice Lahoti is known in judicial circles as a man of Values. He is firm believer in Indian Values and Culture and opines that the world needs to live by the values given by Indian culture. "We are living in exploding times and if values perish from our lives, the world will be a set of walking bodies without souls." he opined. In an engrossing talk, he touched upon various topics, including Universal values and Indian values, some practical tips on leading value-based life – at work and at home. Sharing many anecdotes from mythology, his own life and those from other famous personalities, he said, "Values are not just ethics, morality or simply being good. They are the enduring beliefs of righteousness, goodness, or inherent desirability. These are the principles which are shared by the members of one culture to make choices about what is good or bad, desirable or undesirable. Values contribute to developing philosophy of life including our aims and ideals, which determine the way we think, behave or conduct ourselves.

Values are like fingerprints. No two fingerprints are the same but you leave your fingerprints wherever you go and whatever you touch. Quoting Dalai Lama, has said - 'open your arms to change but not let your values change'.

When asked about his own humble background and the secrets, practical tips that he valued the most while rising to the top judicial office, he shared, "I have firm faith in God. I always valued the blessings of elders (esp. parents) good wishes of friends & young ones. I never competed with others but only with myself."

Sharing simple tips on work-life balance, he emphasized on rising early, do prayers, pranayama, yoga and meditation. There should be just one TV in the house in the living area where all can watch it together. No mobile phones and laptops should be carried to the bedroom. News should be viewed and read only for 15 minutes in a day. He further added that the picture on the walls and the books in the shelves of a house can easily determine the characters of the persons living in there.

On the work front, he strongly emphasized people to be respectable to each other's work portfolio and privacy and to be tolerant. While working in teams, people should be transparent, considerate and consistent.

During his parting remarks, he congratulated the founders of Chitkara University to have built an institution based on values and that they have a team which has 'values'. He emphasized on teaching of Sanskrit language in the schools as our ancient literature has a lot of knowledge and is not reaching the masses because the scriptures are in Sanskrit. We must start reading Upnishads which are in the forms of stories.

He said nostalgically, "Blessed are  those who have a purpose of life; who live a life of purpose; with dedication and determination to achieve the purpose; and one day, before biding a goodbye for good, they depart as having been winner.

Shri Gadanayak is the first Director General of National Gallery of Modern Art New Delhi, one of the most important cultural heritage of Independent India and an autonomous centre for Art and Culture under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. 

Shri Gadanayak is a renowned name in International Art Scenario who have created many sculptural masterpieces in different mediums like Stone, Metal and Mixed media including his recent masterpiece National Police Memorial and also founded School of Sculpture at KIITS, University among his other involvements. The one hour long session was highly engaging and interactive. Shri Gadanayak has shared his journey as an Artist with the audiences and spoken about the importance of Nature as a Teacher, Guide and Healer in the life of an Artist. During the session Shri Gadanayak has shared various episodes of his life as an Artist, Academician and Administrator and He has taken inspiration from Nature and Surrounding and developed his own Artistic vision.

DBU Develop Sanitization Tunnel & Herbal Sanitizer

Chandigarh June 27, 2020:-The Students of Herbal Incubator of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Campus (IEDC) of Desh Bhagat University have developed a Herbal Sanitizer and Sanitization Tunnel .The tunnel is installed at the Desh Bhagat University Gate for the safety of staff and visitors in Covid times.  The sanitizer is developed while using local herbal products grown at the university. No alcohol content is used in the sanitizer and it can be safely used to protect the person from viral and bacterial strains. It also provides cooling and natural fragrance as well as moisturizes the skin. The sanitizer comprises natural extracted oils and products that enhance antiseptic properties and act against bacterial/viral contamination.

The product was launched by Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor Desh Bhagat University. He appreciated the efforts of the faculty and student's team for their dedicated efforts and contribution to fight against Corona spread.

Pro Chancellor, Dr. Tejinder Kaur, added that Desh Bhagat University always fosters creativity and innovativeness of students and provides every needed support to them. 

Vice Chancellor Desh Bhagat University Dr Shalini Gupta said we are taking all precautionary measures so that when students' classes start, a protective environment is available for them .Thermoscan  has also been installed at the gate of the university to  check  the temperature of staff/ visitors in the prevalent circumstances. एडवोकेट सतिंदर सिंह ने नाईपर के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी पर फर्जीवाड़े का आरोप लगाए

Chandigarh June 27, 2020:-  नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ फार्मास्यूटिकल एजुकेशन एंड रिसर्च (नाईपर), मोहाली के ऑफिशिएटिंग रजिस्ट्रार जितेंद्र कुमार चंदेल पर चण्डीगढ़ में कार रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए फर्जी अथोरिटी लैटर जारी करने का गंभीर आरोप लगा है। यह आरोप चंडीगढ़ के पूर्व काउंसलर एवं भाजपा नेता एडवोकेट सतिंदर सिंह ने प्रशासक वीपी सिंह बदनौर सहित अन्य अधिकारियों को शिकायत भेज कर लगाए हैं। सतिंदर ने इस फर्जीवाड़े में चंदेल के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करने की मांग रखी है। यह शिकायत उन्होंने डीजीपी चण्डीगढ़, ट्रांसपोर्ट सेक्रेटरी, डीसी और आरएलए को भी भेजी थी जिस पर एक्शन लेते हुए अधिकारियों ने से. 17 थाने को जांच करने के निर्देश दिए। इस सिलसिले में सतिंदर को से. 17 में बस अड्डे में स्थित चौकी में ब्यान दर्ज कराने को कहा गया तो उन्होंने कल विधिवत अपना ब्यान दर्ज करा दिया।

उल्लेखनीय है कि सतिंदर सिंह ने अपनी शिकायत में आरोप लगाते हुए कहा था कि जितेंद्र कुमार चंदेल ने अपने पद की गरिमा का ध्यान नहीं रखते हुए फर्जी लेटर जारी किया। दिसंबर 2016 में उन्होंने उस समय के रजिस्ट्रार रहे अपने सीनियर पीजेपी सिंह वड़ैच को उनकी कार सीएच-01-बीके 5169 को मोहाली की बजाए चण्डीगढ़ में रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने के लिए सेक्टर-21के पते का अथोरिटी लैटर जारी किया। यह पता नाईपर से एसोशिएटिड फार्मा कंपनी के मालिक का था, जबकि वडैच नाईपर के मोहाली स्थित सरकारी आवास में रहते थे। सतिंदर ने कहा कि जिस पते पर गाड़ी का रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया गया वह कभी उस पर रहे ही नहीं। सतिंदर ने सवाल उठाया  कि चण्डीगढ़ में रोड टैक्स पंजाब से कम है, लेकिन जिस पद पर वड़ैच थे तो उनका इस तरह से चण्डीगढ़ का नंबर लेने की क्या मजबूरी थी। इतने नामी संस्थान के इतने जिम्मेदारी वाले पद पर बैठे अधिकारी का इस तरह से गलत जानकारी देना सवाल खड़े करता है।

डिप्टी रजिस्ट्रार के साइन खुद कर दिए

सतिंदर ने चिट्ठी में आरोप लगाया था कि जिस समय जितेंद्र कुमार चंदेल ने लैटर जारी किया वह रजिस्ट्रार, फाइनेंस एंड एकाउंट्स का कार्यभार देख रहे थे लेकिन जो लेटर आरएलए चण्डीगढ़ भेजा गया उस पर डिप्टी रजिस्ट्रार, एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन एंड परचेज के रूप में उनके साइन थे। सतिंदर ने बताया कि उस समय सुशील कुमार सिंह, डिप्टी रजिस्ट्रार एडमिनिस्ट्रेटर एंड परचेज थे। ऐसे में जितेंद्र चंदेल यह लेटर जारी करने के लिए प्राधिकृत भी नहीं थे।

Chandigarh June 27, 2020:-कोरोना के खिलाफ जंग मे होम्योपैथी व होम्योपैथिक डॉक्टरों के योगदान को सलाम करते हुए एक्सल फार्मा के एम.डी. डॉक्टर अनुकांत गोयल ने एक सादे सम्मान समारोह मे पंजाब के होम्योपैथी डॉक्टरो को शनिवार सुबह, होम्योपैथी मैडिकल कालेज सैक्टर 26 मे सम्मानित किया। होम्योपैथिक कालेज के प्रिंसिपल, डॉक्टर संदीप पुरी ने बताया कि उनके होम्योपैथी अस्पताल मे रोजाना मरीजों को आर्सेनिक 30 दी जा रही है जो की इमुनिटी को बढती है और कोरोना जैसी लक्षणों वाली बीमारी के रोकथाम मे बहुत कारागर है। समारोह के चीफ गेस्ट डॉक्टर राजीव कपिला ने कहा कि लोकसेवा किसी भी डॉक्टर की प्राथमिकता है ओर उपस्थित सभी लोगों ने अपनी कम्फर्ट जोन से बाहर आकर लोकसेवा की है। ऐसे लोगों के बीच मे गौरवान्वित महसूस कर रहा हूँ। वहीं लुधियाना से सीनियर डॉक्टर रविदंर  कोच्चर ने बताया कि होम्योपैथी भी अपने आप मे एक कामयाब चिकित्सा पद्धति है जो प्रभावी तरीके से रोग निदान मे सहायक है। एक्सल फार्मा के मालिक डॉक्टर अनुकांत गोयल की मुक्त कंठ से प्रशंसा करते हुए डॉक्टर कोच्चर ने कहा कि होम्योपैथी के डॉक्टरो को सम्मानित करने वाले व होम्योपैथी के डॉक्टरों को एक मंच पर इकट्ठा करने वाले अनुकांत का होम्योपैथी के प्रति समर्पण सच में सराहनीय है। समारोह की समाप्ति पर डॉक्टर अनुकांत गोयल ने कहा कि जब उन्होंने1990 मे होम्योपैथी मे दाखिला लिया,तभी से उनका जीवन  होम्योपैथी की सेवा को सर्मिपत किया है। इसके चलते पहला होम्योपैथी हैंड सैनीटाइजर "बलिस 99" लांच किया जो डिसनंफैकटंट होने के साथ स्किन फ्रैंडली भी है।
