Chandigarh, July 30, 2025:- वैरिकोज़ वेन्स और इसके प्रबंधन से जुड़ी उन्नत उपचार विधियों के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाने के उद्देश्य से, फ़ोर्टिस अस्पताल मोहाली 30 जुलाई से 2 अगस्त, 2025 तक एंडोवैस्कुलर एवं अल्ट्रासाउंड-गाइडेड वेनस इंटरवेंशन कोर्स-2025 (ईयूविक) का 11वां संस्करण आयोजित कर रहा है। यह अंतरराष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन लगभग 40 देशों के प्रसिद्ध राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय वैस्कुलर सर्जनों को एक मंच पर लाएगा, जो वैस्कुलर चिकित्सा शिक्षा में वैश्विक मानक स्थापित करेगा और प्रतिभागियों को व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करेगा।

ईयूविक की पूर्व संध्या पर आयोजित एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में फ़ोर्टिस अस्पताल मोहाली के वैस्कुलर सर्जरी के डायरेक्टर डॉ. रावुल जिंदल ने बताया कि वे सत्रों का नेतृत्व करेंगे और प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि यह चार दिवसीय कार्यक्रम प्रतिनिधियों को वेनस अल्ट्रासाउंड फिजिक्स, इंस्ट्रूमेंटेशन की समझ, वेनस लोअर एक्सट्रेमिटी अल्ट्रासाउंड इवैल्यूएशन, वेन एब्लेशन प्रक्रियाओं की मैपिंग और वेनस रोगों के प्रबंधन पर व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण देगा।

डॉ. जिंदल ने आगे बताया कि इस आयोजन का उद्देश्य वैरिकोज़ वेन्स के लक्षणों, कारणों और उपचार के बारे में लोगों को जागरूक करना है। वैरिकोज़ वेन्स से पीड़ित मरीजों की लेग्स में नसें उभरी हुई होती हैं, जो दर्द, सूजन, खुजली और रक्तस्राव का कारण बनती हैं। कुछ मामलों में त्वचा का रंग गहरा हो सकता है या लेग्स में अल्सर बन सकते हैं। इस बीमारी का पता क्लिनिकल परीक्षण और डुप्लेक्स अल्ट्रासाउंड के माध्यम से लगाया जाता है, और नसों को बंद करने के लिए कई चिकित्सकीय प्रक्रियाएं उपलब्ध हैं।

Chandigarh, July 30, 2025:-चंडीगढ कश्यप राजपूत सभा के अध्यक्ष पद के लिए, 03.08.2025 को शायद मतदान नही होगा। क्योंकि नामांकन पत्रो की जांच ओर वापसी के बाद अध्यक्ष पद के लिए केवल एक उम्मीदवार सः कुलवत सिह ही मैदान मे बचे है। ईससे पहले नामांकन पत्र दाखिल करने की अवधि 22.7.2025  से 26.7.2025 को रात 8बजे समाप्त हो गई। ईस अवधि के दौरान सः मंजीत सिंह, डा प्रिंस मेहरा, अशोक कुमार और सः कुलवत सिंह ने अपना नामांकन पत्र दाखिल किए। नामांकन पत्रो की जांच 27.7.2025 को शाम 7बजे चुनाव समिति द्वारा की गई। जिस मे विनोद बिट्टू चुनाव आयुक्त सह रिटर्निग अधिकारी एल डी कश्यप, कृष्ण कुमार, राजिंदर कुमार, सःनरिन्द सिंह चुनाव आयोग के सदस्य सह मतदान अधिकारी शामिल थे। जांच के बाद सः मंजीत सिंह, डाॅ पिॅस मेहरा, अशोक कुमार और सःकुलवत सिंह के नामांकन पत्र  27.7.2025  को स्वीकार कर लिए गए थे। उस के बाद दो उम्मीदवारो सःमजीत सिंह, डॉ पिॅस मेहरा, अशोक कुमार ने 29.7.2025 को अध्यक्ष पद के लिए अपनी उम्मीदवारी वापिस ले ली। हालाकि चंडीगढ कश्यप राजपूत सभा के सत्र 2025 - 2026 के अध्यक्ष के रूप मे मनोनीत अध्यक्ष सः कुलवंत सिंह की औपचारिक घोषणा चुनाव आयुक्त सह रिटर्निग अधिकारी और चुनाव समिति के अन्य सदस्यो के साथ 03.8.2025 को दोपहर बजे कश्यप राजपूत धर्मशाला सेक्टर  37 सी.चंडीगढ के परिसर मे की जाएगी।

उपमुख्य श्रमायुक्त चण्डीगढ़ द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री विकसित भारत रोजगार योजना सम्बन्धी जागरुकता सेमिनार का आयोजन

Chandigarh, July 30, 2025:- उपमुख्य श्रमायुक्त(के.), चण्डीगढ़ कार्यालय द्वारा रिलाइंस जिओ कोंपलेक्स, मोहाली में केंद्र सरकार की महत्वकांक्षी योजना प्रधानमंत्री विकसित भारत रोजगार योजना सम्बन्धी रोजगार जागरुकता सेमिनार का आयोजन किया गया । सेमिनार में श्रम प्रवर्तन अधिकारी (के.) डा. नीरज मोहन ने बताया कि 01 अगस्त से प्रभावी हो रही इस योजना से नए कार्मिक एंव नियोक्ता दोनों लाभांवित होगें तथा यह योजना उत्पादन क्षेत्र के नियोक्ताओं के लिए 04 वर्षों के लिए एंव अन्य क्षेत्र के नियोक्ताओं के लिए 02 वर्षों के लिए लागू की गई है। यह योजना एक लाख रुपयो तक वेतन पाने वाले कार्मिकों के लिए लागू होगी तथा इस योजना के पंजीकरण 01 अगस्त 2025 से 31 जुलाई 2027 तक चलेंगे। लाभार्थीयों को एक महीने का वेतन 15000 रुपये तक देय होगा जो दो समान किश्तों में प्रदान किये जायेगे और नव नियुक्त कार्मिकों के नियोक्ताओं को तीन हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह तक की सहायता दी जाएगी। 

             सेमिनार में मनराज सिंह, ललित, मानव संसाधन विभाग प्रबंधक किशोर कुमार उपस्थित रहे। सेमिनार में श्री जुगेंद्र सिंह श्रम प्रवर्तन अधिकारी ने भी संबोधित किया।

इस विशेष जागरुकता अभियान के अंतर्गत इसी प्रकार एक अन्य सेमिनार का आयोजन अल्टराटेक सीमेंट परिसर राजपुरा में भी किया गया। प्रबंधन की तरफ से प्रेम ठाकुर, बलराम शर्मा एंव अन्य कर्मचारी, अन्य नियोक्ता एंव श्रम संगठनो के पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

Panchkula, July 30, 2025:- सार्कोमा अवेयरनेस मंथ के अवसर पर पारस हेल्थ पंचकुला ने इस दुर्लभ लेकिन गंभीर कैंसर को लेकर जागरूकता फैलाने के उद्देश्य से एक अभियान शुरू किया है। सार्कोमा हड्डियों और सॉफ्ट टिशू (मांसपेशियां, नसें, फैट आदि) को प्रभावित करने वाला कैंसर है, जिसकी पहचान अक्सर देर से होती है और इलाज मुश्किल हो जाता है।

सार्कोमा के शुरुआती लक्षणों में जोड़ों में लगातार दर्द, गांठ या सूजन, और चलने-फिरने में परेशानी शामिल हो सकती है। चूंकि यह दर्द रहित भी हो सकता है और कई बार सामान्य लक्षणों जैसा लगता है, इसलिए इसकी अनदेखी आम है। भारत में औसतन 4 से 6 महीने लग जाते हैं सार्कोमा की पहचान में, जिससे ज़्यादातर मरीज़ तब सामने आते हैं जब बीमारी एडवांस स्टेज में पहुंच चुकी होती है।

इस गंभीरता को समझाते हुए डॉ. जगनदीप सिंह विर्क, सीनियर कंसल्टेंट, ऑर्थो ऑन्कोलॉजी, पारस हेल्थ पंचकुला ने कहा कि सार्कोमा एक दुर्लभ कैंसर है लेकिन इसके परिणाम बेहद गंभीर हो सकते हैं। अगर पहचान में सिर्फ दस दिन की देरी हो जाए, तो मरीज़ को अंग गंवाना पड़ सकता है। हम फैमिली डॉक्टरों, फिजियोथेरेपिस्टों और ऑर्थोपेडिक्स को प्रशिक्षित कर रहे हैं ताकि वे लंबे समय तक बने दर्द को हल्के में न लें और समय पर जांच कराएं।

इंडियन काउंसिल ऑफ मेडिकल रिसर्च के अनुसार, भारत में 2025 तक 15.7 लाख नए कैंसर केस आने की संभावना है। इसमें सार्कोमा जैसे दुर्लभ कैंसर भी शामिल हैं, जिनकी पहचान में देरी रोगी की जान व अंगों पर भारी पड़ सकती है।

Chandigarh, July 30, 2025:-चंडीगढ़ नगर निगम के पूर्व पार्षद शक्ति प्रकाश देवशाली ने केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी को पत्र लिखकर ट्रिब्यून चौक के पश्चात् इससे अगले तीन चौराहों पर भी फ्लाईओवर या अंडरपास बनाकर ट्रैफिक का सुचारु सञ्चालन सुनिश्चित करने का आग्रह किया है।

गडकरी को लिखे पत्र में देवशाली ने ट्रिब्यून फ्लाईओवर के लिए धनराशि स्वीकृत करने और शीघ्र कार्य प्रारम्भ करने की घोषणा हेतु उनका धन्यवाद व्यक्त किया।   उन्होंने कहा कि ट्रिब्यून फ्लाईओवर बनने के पश्चात् ट्रिब्यून चौक पर तो ट्रैफिक जाम से छुटकारा मिल जाएगा लेकिन उससे आगे जीरकपुर फ्लाईओवर तक जाम की समस्या और भी गंभीर हो जाएगी।  ट्रिब्यून चौक का फ्लाईओवर बनने के बाद यह जाम अगले तीन चौराहों जिनमें औद्योगिक क्षेत्र फेज 1 और रामदरबार चौक, विकासनगर और हल्लोमाजरा चौक तथा रायपुर खुर्द और बहलाना वाले चौक पर लगेगा और समस्या जस की तस बनी रहेगी। 

देवशाली ने केंद्रीय मंत्री नितिन गडकरी से अनुरोध किया कि जब तक ट्रिब्यून चौक फ्लाईओवर का निर्माण कार्य चलता रहेगा, इसी कालावधि में अगले तीन चौराहों पर लगने वाले ट्रैफिक जाम से मुक्ति हेतु वहां भी फ्लाईओवर या अंडरपास का प्रावधान सुनिश्चित किया जाये।  ताकि जैसे ही ट्रिब्यून फ्लाईओवर का कार्य संपन्न हो यातायात के सुचारु और निर्बाध सञ्चालन हेतु अगले चौराहों का कार्य भी प्रारम्भ किया जा सके।

देवशाली ने कहा कि आने वाले समय में वाहनों की संख्या में और बढ़ोतरी होगी जिससे ट्रैफिक के सुचारु आवागमन को लेकर और अधिक समस्या उत्पन्न होगी।  यदि समय रहते इसके निराकरण हेतु प्रयास नहीं किये गए तो यह समस्या अत्यधिक विकराल रूप धारण कर लेगी।

Residents of Savitri Towers Lives a Risky and Fearful Life

 Zirakpur, July 30, 2025:-Residents of Savitri Towers under Zirakpur MC, which comes under Mohali district, are facing many problems during rainy days due to which on one hand the life of the people here has become hell, on the other hand MC Zirakpur was laying sewerage/drainage pipes inside Savitri Tower Society on VIP Road Zirakpur, but after digging, the work has been left incomplete for a long time due to which people are facing many problems. 

Baljit Singh Balla former president, Advocate Sudhir Pasi, Som Prakash Bhosale and other locals living in Savitri Towers questioned the working system of MC Zirakpur in front of the media and said that due to the pathetic maintenance of the society, the fate of senior citizens and pregnant women is at stake. There are many potholes which need immediate attention. He said that the incomplete project of laying sewerage pipes is visible. Locals said that there is an urgent need to complete this incomplete work by MC Zirakpur inside Savitri Tower Society in VIP Road Zirakpur. In case of any emergency, it is impossible for rescue vehicles like fire brigade or ambulance to reach the gate number 2 of the society, which is closed for the last 1 month in the society. The internal road of the society is always under maintenance by the RWA. But for unknown reasons, the MC of Zirakpur took the responsibility of laying drainage pipes to clear the waterlogging in the Zirakpur VIP street drainage system from Lohgarh side. The street lights on this road are not providing sufficient light for pedestrians, which neither the Municipal Council nor the management cares about. People say that due to the incomplete work of laying pipes and the dug pits, every day some driver falls and many times animals also become victims of this accident, while during the rainy season, flies and mosquitoes breeding in rain and dirty water have started making people fall prey to diseases. Local people expressed their anger against the MC and warned that if this incomplete work is not completed as soon as possible, then the MC office will be surrounded with the help of the local people of the society along with the officials of other organizations, the responsibility of which will be of the local MC officials and administration.

In the above case, local councillor Yadvinder Sharma has made serious allegations against the present MC Zirakpur officials and said that MC Zirakpur has become a den of fraud and despite repeated phone calls and contact, the pending work is not being completed due to which people are facing many problems. He said that he knows that people are facing problems and being the representative of the people, he has to face the difficulties of the people. He said that if it continues like this, then he will have to get some work done from his own pocket.

Regarding the above problems of Zirakpur, RLW President Balbir Mehra says that no officer of the MC committee listens to us, it has been more than one and a half years since we have been trying. He said that he has approached everyone from the MLA to the DC, everyone assures to get the work done soon, but the surprising thing is that the work has not been completed yet and the life of the people here remains hell. On the other hand, when the MC EO was contacted on phone, he did not pick up the phone even after repeated calls.

महिलाओं ने पारंपरिक गीतों पर नृत्य किया, झूले झूले और मेंहदी रचाई। बच्चों के लिए विशेष डांस सेशन आयोजित किया गया। जिसमें उन्होंने पूरे जोश और उत्साह के साथ प्रस्तुति दी। आयोजन का मुख्य आकर्षण पतंगबाजी प्रतियोगिता रहा, जिसमें युवाओं ने पूरे उत्साह के साथ भाग लिया और आसमान को रंग-बिरंगी पतंगों से भर दिया।

इस अवसर पर बैरवा समाज पंजाब की उपप्रधान श्रीमती मांगी देवी, कमलेश, सुनीता, शशि, ललिता समेत अनेक समाजसेवियों और महिलाओं ने अपनी गरिमामयी उपस्थिति से कार्यक्रम की शोभा बढ़ाई।

Livasa Hospital, Mohali Raises Awareness on World Hepatitis Day

Mohali, July 27, 2025:- On the eve of World Hepatitis Day, Livasa Super Speciality Hospital, Mohali, emphasized on the importance of raising awareness on viral hepatitis.

Viral hepatitis remains a significant public health challenge globally. There are five types Hepatitis A, B, C, D, and E, each differing in transmission modes and severity. Chronic Hepatitis B and C, in particular, pose the highest risk of cirrhosis and liver cancer if not diagnosed and treated early.

Dr. Sumeet Kainth, senior consultant-gastroenterology & hepatology  at Livasa said that in 2022, 304  million people were living with chronic hepatitis B or C worldwide. Globally, chronic HBV and HCV caused approximately 1.3 million deaths, nearly 3,500 deaths per day, most from cirrhosis and liver cancer. Deaths rose over 18 % from 2021 to 2022, reversing earlier gains and signaling a major concern.

Dr. Kainth further said that Hepatitis B and C continue to silently damage the liver in many individuals, often without noticeable symptoms until the disease has significantly progressed. In addition, alcohol consumption and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease remain the major contributors to liver damage in India.

Talking about diagnosis and treatment gaps, Dr. Yogendra Kumar senior consultant-gastroenterology & hepatology said that only 13 % of those with chronic hepatitis B and 36 % of those with hepatitis C were diagnosed by the end of 2022. Among those diagnosed, only about 3 % of HBV and 20 % of HCV cases had received appropriate antiviral treatment. Without diagnosis and treatment, individuals remain unaware—and continue to progress toward severe liver disease or cancer.

Speaking about prevention, Dr. Pankaj Kapoor senior consultant-gastroenterology  said that testing, treating, vaccinating, and integrating services into primary health systems are essential. This includes ensuring birth‑dose vaccination for hepatitis B, expanding screening for high‑risk groups, providing affordable curative treatment for HCV, offering antivirals and prophylaxis to prevent HBV transmission and governments and health leaders must dedicate resources, strengthen supply chains, and remove stigma through education and supportive policies.
