नेबरहुड फाउंडेशन की पहल- भूख से राहत के लिए जुटाएंगे फंड ' फीड बाय आर्ट ' प्रतियोगिता से

Chandigarh 01 September, 2021:- स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा और अन्य सामाजिक कारणों के लिए समर्पित एनजीओ नेबरहुड फाउंडेशन ने आज भूख राहत प्रयासों के लिए धन जुटाने के लिए स्कूली छात्रों हेतु एक राष्ट्रव्यापी कला प्रतियोगिता 'फीड बाय आर्ट' की घोषणा की है।प्रतियोगिता के लिए 25 सितंबर 2021 तक पंजीकरण कराया जा सकता है। प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी से 100 रुपये का पंजीकरण शुल्क लिया जाएगा। इस राशि का इस्तेमाल हमारी फीड @100 भूख राहत परियोजना में होगा , खास बात यह है कि प्रत्येक 100 रूपये के दान से एक समय में तीन लोगों और दो जानवरों को खिलाया जाएगा।

आगामी विश्व खाद्य दिवस 2021 को चिह्नित करने के लिए कला प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया जाता है, जो हर साल 16 अक्टूबर को पड़ता है। यह चार श्रेणियों के तहत सबमिशन आमंत्रित करता है, प्रत्येक की अपनी एक थीम होती है। श्रेणी I कक्षा I-III के छात्रों के लिए है, और श्रेणी के लिए विषय 'नो जंक फ़ूड' है, और श्रेणी II के लिए, जो कक्षा IV और V के छात्रों से भागीदारी चाहता है, विषय 'खाना बर्बाद न करें' है। तीसरी श्रेणी (कक्षा VI-VIII) और चौथी श्रेणी (कक्षा IX-XII), क्रमशः 'स्वस्थ भोजन, स्वस्थ ग्रह' और 'भूख मुक्त राष्ट्र' की थीम पेश करती है।

प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने वाले प्रत्येक छात्र को रिकॉर्ड के साथ एक ई-सर्टिफिकेट मिलेगा और प्रत्येक श्रेणी में विजेताओं को नकद पुरस्कार, पदक और ट्रॉफी से सम्मानित किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा, सभी चार श्रेणियों के प्रथम पुरस्कार विजेताओं की कलाकृतियों को एक या अधिक मेट्रो शहरों में दीवारों पर फिर से बनाया जाएगा ।

कला प्रतियोगिता के बारे में बात करते हुए, नेबरहुड फाउंडेशन के संस्थापक, आर हेमंत ने कहा कि खाद्य और कृषि संगठन की 2019 की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, लगभग 14.5% भारतीय आबादी अंडरफेड श्रेणी में है। दूसरे शब्दों में, 18 करोड़ से अधिक भारतीय प्रतिदिन बिना भोजन के सो जाते हैं। हमारा मानना है कि फीड बाय आर्ट प्रतियोगिता स्कूली छात्रों में साथी भारतीयों के जीवन में कहर बरपा रही भूख के बारे में जागरूकता पैदा करेगी। यह उन्हें भूख मुक्त भारत की कल्पना करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करेगा। छात्र भोजन को बर्बाद न करने और पौष्टिक भोजन करने के महत्व के बारे में भी जानेंगे। वे अपने द्वारा किए जाने वाले भोजन विकल्पों और उनके स्वास्थ्य के बीच संबंध को भी समझेंगे ।

उम्मीद है कि इस प्रतियोगिता में लाखों छात्र भाग लेंगे। प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी से 100 रुपये के पंजीकरण शुल्क की पूरी आय हमारी फीड @100 भूख राहत परियोजना में जाएगी जिसका उद्देश्य वित्त जुटाना और एक बुनियादी ढांचा तैयार करना है जो इसे हर दिन लगभग 6,000 लोगों और 4,000 जानवरों को खिलाने में सक्षम बनाएगा। हम 2021 के अंत से पहले इस सपने को साकार करने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं।" नेबरहुड फाउंडेशन ने प्रस्तुतियाँ का मूल्यांकन करने के लिए प्रख्यात कलाकारों को न्यायाधीशों के पैनल में शामिल किया है। फीड बाय आर्ट प्रतियोगिता के साथ, फाउंडेशन सबसे अधिक छात्रों के साथ एक कला प्रतियोगिता आयोजित करने के लिए लिम्का बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्ड्स, इंडियन बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्ड्स, एशिया बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्ड्स, वर्ल्ड बुक ऑफ रिकॉर्ड्स और गिनीज वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड्स में प्रवेश पाने का प्रयास कर रहा है।

यूटी व एम सी कर्मचारियों ने मनाया निजीकरण विरोधी दिवस

Chandigarh 01 September, 2021:- अखिल भारतीय राज्य सरकारी कर्मचारी महासंघ व भारतीय बिजली कर्मचारी महासंघ के फैसले के तहत आज यूटी व एम सी के कर्मचारियों ने फेडरेशन ऑफ यूटी इम्पलाईज एण्ड वर्करज चण्डीगढ़ के आहवान पर निजीकरण विरोधी दिवस मनाया तथा बिजली, पानी, बागबानी, सड़क, बाल कल्याण परिषद एम सी मनीमाजरा आदि विभागों में रोष रैलियां की।

      रोष रैलियों को सम्बोधित करते हुए अखिल भारतीय राज्य सरकारी कर्मचारी महासघं के सचिव व यूटी इम्पलाईज फेडरेशन के महासचिव गोपाल दत्त जोशी ने केन्द्र सरकार की राष्ट्रीय मुद्रीकरण पाईपलाईन (एनएमपी) की आलोचना करते हुए कहा कि सरकार का यह कदम पूर्ण रूप से निजीकरण का दस्तावेज है। उन्होंने कहा कि एनएमपी के तहत सरकार सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की 6 लाख करोड़ की सम्पत्ति निजी सरमायेदारों को बेच रही हैं जो देश हित में नहीं है। जनता की कड़ी मेहनत व उनके द्वारा दिये गये टैक्सों के पैसों से खड़े किये गये सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र को बेचना व देश व इसके निवासियों के साथ धोखाधड़ी है। उन्होंने कहा कि एक तरफ केन्द्र सरकार बड़े कार्पोरेट घरानों के लाखों करोड़ रूपये टैक्स माफ कर रही है और दूसरी तरफ सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की सम्पत्तियों को निजी हाथों में सोप कर 6 लाख करोड़ कमाने की बात कर रही है इससे केन्द्र सरकार की निजीकरण व कार्पोरेटपरस्त नितियां स्पष्ट होती हैं।

फेडरेशन के प्रधान रघबीर चन्द ने कहा कि सरकार का सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की सम्पत्ति को बेचने का फैसला दैनिक खर्च पूरा करने के लिए पारवारिक गहने बेचने जैसा हैं। पुरखों द्वारा खड़े किये गये ढांचे को निजी हाथों में सौंप कर सम्पत्ति अर्जित करना किसी भी तरह जायज नहीं ठहराया जा सकता। इसलिए सरकार को मुद्रीकरण पाईपलाईन की निति को तुरंत वापिस लेना चाहिए।

यूटी पावरमैन यूनियन के प्रधान ध्यान सिंह ने सुचारू रूप से चल रहे तथा सस्ती व निर्विघ्न बिजली देकर मुनाफा कमा रहे बिजली विभाग को देश भर में सबसे अधिक बिजली के रेट वाली कम्पनी को बेचने की कड़ी निन्दा की तथा कहा कि सरकार का यह फैसला कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ तो हैं ही है यह आम जनता के साथ भी बहुत बड़ा धोखा है। जनता को भी इसकी बहुत बड़ी कीमत चुकानी पड़ेगी।

फेडरेशन के संयुक्त सचिव अमरीक सिंह, हरकेष चन्द, गुरमीत सिंह, चैन सिंह व रणजीत सिंह, नसीब सिंह, एम. सुब्रामण्यम ने एन एच एम कर्मचारियों की हड़ताल का समर्थन करते हुए प्रशासन को चेतावनी दी कि अगर एन एच एम कर्मचारियों का शीघ्र समाधान नहीं किया गया तो फेडरेशन इस संघर्ष में सीधे तौर पर शामिल होगी। उन्होंने चण्डीगढ़ प्रशासन की विभागों में खाली पड़ी पोस्टें न भरने के लिए कड़ी निन्दा की तथा आरोप लगाया कि कई साल तक खाली पड़ी प्रमोषन की पोस्टों को भी न भरके चण्डीगढ़ प्रशासन कर्मचारियों के साथ धोखाधड़ी कर रहा है जिस कारण पोस्टें होने तथा नियमों के मुताबिक योग्यता के बावजूद कर्मचारी बिना प्रमोशन के रिटायर हो रहे है जिसके खिलाफ फेडरेशन शीघ्र ही अपनी मीटिंग बुलाकर संघर्ष को तेज करने का फैसला करेंगी।  

NCC Naval Wing of GGSCW-26 organizes Cadet Talk on ‘Relationship with Parents’

Chandigarh 01 September, 2021:- The NCC Naval unit of Guru Gobind Singh College for Women organised a 'Cadet Talk' on 'Relationship with Parents' at 1 Chandigarh Naval Unit in NCC Auditorium, Sector 31, Chandigarh on September 1, 2021. The talk was delivered by Captain C.V Chhikara.

The aim of the talk was to develop and enhance cognitive skills of the students and strengthen their relationship with parents. C V Chhikara also expressed his concern over how the excessive use of gadgets is hampering the social and emotional growth of children and youth. Moreover, the easy availability and accessibility of information online has made it difficult for them to decipher what is relevant and what is not. C V Chhikara encouraged and motivated the cadets to think independently and seek their own answers to big questions of life. This will boost their confidence and develop their personality.

In all, 29 cadets from Chandigarh participated in the event. The Principal, Dr. Jatinder Kaur, appreciated the efforts of the NCC Naval unit. 

Forest & Wildlife Deptt. Recruit 13 Forest Guards and 4 Foresters

Chandigarh 01 September, 2021:- In a major boost to the Department of Forest & Wildlife to protect and preserve the greenery of City Beautiful, 13 Forest Guards and 4 Foresters have been recruited by the Department of Forest & Wildlife.  The whole process of the recruitment including conducting written test, Physical Efficiency test, Medical examination tests were done in a very transparent manner. In all, 37,980 candidates including 2800 female candidates applied for the posts from across the country.  Out of 17 Forest Executives, 2 female candidates have also been selected.

Debendra Dalai, IFS, Chief Conservator of Forests & Chief Wildlife Warden, UT Chandigarh thanked the Advisor to the Administrator, UT Chandigarh for taking a decision at an appropriate time to conduct the written test following strict Covid protocol.  As a result, 18,754 candidates out of total applicants of 37,980 appeared for the written test. Subsequent to the written test, Physical Efficiency Tests and Medical Examination Tests were also conducted for candidates in the merit list.

It is to inform that the vacancies of Forester/ Forest Guards in the Department of Forest & Wildlife, UT, Chandigarh were lying since long and this recruitment shall definitely strengthen the hands of the department to carry forward the green activities and for better protection of flora & fauna of the forest areas of Chandigarh, informed Debendra Dalai, CCF.

भाजपा-जजपा सरकार केवल चंद लोगों की सरकार: कुमारी सैलजा

Chandigarh 01 September, 2021:- हरियाणा कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि भाजपा-जजपा सरकार लोगों की सरकार नहीं है। यह सरकार केवल चंद लोगों की सरकार है। सत्ता के लालच में चंद लोग इकठ्ठा होकर इस सरकार का हिस्सा बने हैं। यह सरकार अपने आप तक सीमित रह गई है। जो तानाशाही की बातें हम किताबों में पढ़ते थे, वह केंद्र और प्रदेश की सरकार में देखने को मिल रही है। यह बातें हरियाणा कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कुमारी सैलजा ने हिसार में आयोजित प्रेसवार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए कहीं।

हरियाणा कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि हरियाणा प्रदेश कृषि बहुमूल्य प्रदेश है। हरियाणा प्रदेश देश का पेट भरता है। प्रदेश के किसान बीते नौ महीनों से सड़कों पर शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से आंदोलन कर रहे हैं, लेकिन यह सरकार हमारे किसान भाइयों पर बर्बरतापूर्वक कार्रवाई कर रही है। सरकार बातचीत का दिखावा करती है। इसके विपरीत किसानों पर अत्याचार किए जा रहे हैं।

कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि किसान शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से आंदोलन कर रहे हैं। मगर यह सरकार तरह-तरह की साजिशें रचकर उन पर अत्याचार कर रही है। कांग्रेस सरकार में लोगों की बात सुनी जाती थी। कांग्रेस सरकार में लोगों को काले झंडे दिखाने तक की नौबत नहीं आती थी।

कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि करनाल की बात हो या हिसार, सिरसा, कुरुक्षेत्र और पलवल की बात हो जगह-जगह किसानों का खून बहाया गया। करनाल शहर से दूर किसान शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से प्रदर्शन कर रहे थे। किसान सिर्फ काले झंडे दिखाना चाहते थे।  लेकिन एक आला अफसर ऐसे शब्दों का प्रयोग कर रहा है, जिसकी लोकतंत्र में कोई जगह नहीं है। हरियाणा कांग्रेस के नेताओं ने राष्ट्रीय मानव अधिकार आयोग में ज्ञापन सौंपकर करनाल में किसानों पर बर्बरतापूर्ण लाठीचार्ज करने वाले दोषियों के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की है और दोषियों के खिलाफ मुकदमे दर्ज करने की भी मांग की है। आयोग के सदस्यों ने कार्रवाई करने का आश्वासन दिया है।

कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि भाजपा-जजपा सरकार ने यूपीए सरकार द्वारा किए गए जमीन अधिग्रहण कानून में बदलाव कर किसानों की बर्बादी का एक और नया अध्याय लिखा है। सरकार के इस फैसले से अब पीपीपी मोड वाले प्रोजेक्ट के लिए भी किसानों की सहमति के बिना भूमि का अधिग्रहण किया जा सकेगा। सरकार ने संशोधन के जरिए हरियाणा प्रदेश की जमीन हड़पने की तैयारी की है। सरकार प्रदेश की जमीन को अपने कुछ पूंजीपति मित्रों के हवाले करना चाहती है। साथ ही सरकार परिवार पहचान पत्र विधेयक के माध्यम से आमजन के निजता के अधिकारों पर कुठाराघात करने जा रही है।
