Mohali 06^th March:-- ਸਾਹਿਬਜ਼ਾਦਾ ਅਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਮੈਜਿਸਟਰੇਟ ਤੇਜਿੰਦਰਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ 30 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ 'ਚ ਅਸਲਾ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਅਸਲਾ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਥਾਣਿਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਅਸਲਾ ਡੀਲਰਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਮੈਜਿਸਟਰੇਟ ਨੇ ਫੌਜਦਾਰੀ ਜਾਬਤਾ ਸੰਘਤਾ 1973 (1974 ਦਾ ਐਕਟ ਨੰ: 2) ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 144 ਅਧੀਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੀ ਹਦੂਦ ਅੰਦਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੇ ਅਗਨ ਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਤਰ, ਅਸਲਾ , ਵਿਸਫੋਟਿਕ ,ਜਲਨਸੀਲ ਵਸਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਜਧਾਰ ਹਥਿਆਰ, ਟਾਕੂਏ, ਬਰਛੇ , ਤ੍ਰਿਸ਼ੂਲ ਆਦਿ ਵੀ ਨਾਲ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੱਲੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਅਣਸੁਖਾਵੀਂ ਘਟਨਾ ਨਾ ਵਾਪਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਅਮਨ ਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ 4 ਮਈ 2014 ਤੱਕ ਲਾਗੂ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਸੈਨਿਕ, ਅਰਧ ਸੈਨਿਕ ਬਲਾਂ , ਬਾਵਰਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਰੀਤੀ ਰਿਵਾਜਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹਨ ਊਹਨਾਂ ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਗੇ।

ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਮੈਜਿਸਟਰੇਟ ਨੇ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਜਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਨਤਕ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਤੇ 5 ਜਾਂ 5 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋਣ, ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਕਰਨਾ, ਨਾਅਰੇ ਲਗਾਉਣ, ਬਿਨਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਜਲੂਸ ਕੱਢਣ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਲਗਾਈ ਗਈ । ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਹਾਲਤਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਮੌਕਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉੱਪ ਮੰਡਲ ਮੈਜਿਸਟਰੇਟਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਮੀਟਿੰਗਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਜਲੂਸ ਕੱਢੇ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਸਾਂਤੀ ਭੰਗ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਜਾਇਦਾਦਾ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਖਦਸੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ 4 ਮਈ 2014 ਤੱਕ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਾਗੂ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਪੁਲਿਸ, ਹੋਮ ਗਾਰਡ, ਸੈਨਿਕਾਂ/ਅਰਧ ਸੈਨਿਕ ਬਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ, ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ , ਮਾਤਮੀ ਜਲੂਸ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਆਹ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੇ ਲਾਗੂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣਗੇ।

 

सालों से परेशान लोगों का फूटा गुस्सा, जाम किया चंडीगढ़ रोपड़ नेशनल हाइवे

Mohali 04^th March:-- मोहाली शहर के साथ सटे गांव बलौंगी में पूरा गांव प्रशासन और मौजूदा पंचायत से दुखी है। गांव में एक भी न तो पक्की सड़क है और न कोई रोड गली। यहां तक पीने के लिए आने वाला पानी भी सीवरेज मिक्स होकर आ रहा है। जिससे गांव वाले बीमार होकर अस्पताल में भर्ती हो रहे हैं। इन परेशानियों से परेशान गांव वालों ने मंगलवार को इकट्ठे होकर मौजूद पंचायत और प्रशासन के खिलाफ रोष प्रकट किया। सैकंडों गांव वालों ने सुबह साढ़े 9 बजे चंडीगढ़ रोपड़ नेशनल हाइवे पर इकट्ठे हुए और फिर सड़क के बीच बैठकर जाम लगा दिया।

इसी बीच प्रशासन व पुलिस के आला अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंचे और गांववालों से जाम खोलने की गुजारिश करने लगे। लेकिन लोगों में इतना गुस्सा था कि वह वहीं बैठे रहे। यहां तक उन्होंने आगामी लोकसभा चुनावों का भी बायकाट करने के लिए कहा। करीब दो घंटे तक चले इस प्रदर्शन में हजारों की संख्या में वाहन चालक परेशान हुए। जाम की बजह से रोपड़ तक जाम लग गया। इस प्रदर्शन में गांव के नौजवानों व व्यक्तियों से ज्यादा महिलाओं ने हिस्सा लिया।

And devotees, saints, Gurus and prophets have always endeavoured to accomplish this, to unite man with Truth. The 2-day Samagam is being attended by thousands of devotees from all over the State. Many participants have come from adjoining areas and abroad as well.

Baba Hardev Singh Ji said further that we may mention Lord Rama, Lord Krishna, Lord Jesus Christ, Hazrat Mohammad, Guru Nanak or Ravidas Ji, Kabir Ji, Meera Bai, Tukaram Ji, Namdev Ji, Bothanne Ji or Vairmanna Ji, or any other saints and sages, even though they appeared in different ages, their message was the same. They all wanted man’s welfare and hence made every effort to unite him with Truth. His Holiness said that the soul which is particle of the same Over Soul exists in every human being irrespective of the country he belongs to and the language he speaks. Saints’ message was, therefore, common, a universal truth. They always wanted that man must realize that his real wisdom lies in knowing Truth and not in amassing wealth or raising properties by deceiving others. Let him realize Truth and add moral ethics to whatever he does in material life. Babaji said that both the dark and light aspects of life have always been there. Choice has always been available to man between hatred or love, narrow-mindedness and large-heartedness and it was always for him to choose whether he wanted to live like a human being or a demon. Saints, however always motivated him towards the light of Truth. They never wanted man to continue to live in the darkness of ignorance and fight on the basis of caste and religion, discriminate, exploite and harm each other. They always wanted mankind to live in peace with the spirit of oneness. His Holiness said that the same message was given by devotees here through songs, poems and speeches in Haryanvi, Hindi, Punjabi and English. Let every human being realize the Truth, distribute love and be a boon and not curse for this planet earth. Sewadal Rally On Sunday, the Samagam began with a colorful Sewadal Rally in which thousands of men and women in uniform participated. Besides some P.T. items, the rally included various games and skits. They sought to highlight the importance of selfless service towards devotion to God. One of the skits depicted that the realization of truth enables man to overcome all kinds of negative tendencies in life. They also underlined the importance of discipline, co–operation and co-ordination while performing Sewadal duties.

Blessing the Sewadal volunteers, Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj said that they are guided by a great spirit of sacrifice. In spite of their domestic, social and occupational compulsions, they present themselves for preparations of Samagams and other services voluntarily. Besides, they are always ready to serve the society or nation particularly during natural calamities. Moreover, they make remarkable contribution during blood donation camps, Health Check up camps Eye operation camps etc. Babaji appreciated the spirit of discipline among Sewadal men and women. They take up the duties assigned to them by their seniors without giving their own preference or choice. It means each volunteer should be able to justify the duty allotted to him or her. For this Baba Ji said that a major training programme has already been launched by Centre. This is very essential, he observed. Earlier, Shri Harbans Lal Arora, Member Incharge Sewadal requested His Holiness to bless all the volunteers in the Sewadal so that they continue to offer their services – physical, mental and material as per his divine guidance and earn the blessings of Satguru and SadhSangat.

Aryans Announces "Scholarship Awareness Drive" for Needy & Deserving Students

Under this Drive, Aryans Team would cover entire Punjab to make students aware about various Government Sponsored Scholarship Schemes. Giving this information, Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group said that the Now Aryans has decided to launch campaign in entire Punjab. Under the drive, Aryans team will move to different areas to motivate the students for higher education and to avail the benefits of Govt. sponsored scholarship schemes. He further said that above Post Matric Scholarship Scheme's main objective is to award scholarships to meritorious students belonging to economically weaker sections of minority community so as to provide them better opportunities for higher education increase their rate of attainment in higher education and enhance their employability. It is to mentioned that Scholarship is awarded  to the students who have secured not less than 50% marks or equivalent grade in the previous final examination and the annual income of whose parents/guardian from all sources does not exceed Rs. 2.5 Lakh.

Dr. Parveen Kataria, Director General, Aryans Group said that there are many Central Government sponsored Scholarship Schemes available for needy students of Punjab who are financially weak. But due to lack of awareness, students are not able to avail the benefits.

PGI Orthopaedician Gets Prestigious Fellowship

He will receive four weeks of training in Spine surgeries with world renowned spine surgeons at a spine centre in USA of international fame. He is presently being trained and is improvising on his surgical skills in spine surgery under his teacher and guide, Prof. Raj Bahadur. He has several indexed publications, written several chapters in different text books and is reviewer of several journals of high repute. He has presented original research work on International and National podia and has several International and National fellowships to his credit. He is presently involved actively in several research projects in the Department. He is a member of National Academy of Medical Sciences, Royal College of Surgeon’s of Glasgow and represents India in Young surgeon’s committee of SICOT- An international Orthopedics Organization.
