After completing twenty two successful episodes of the weekly webaithaks , every Friday , 8:00 pm on Pracheen Kala Kendra's Facebook and Twitter Page and also on its official YouTube Channel, today Kendra organized its 23rdwebaithak studded with melodious vocal recital by Mumbai based Vocalist Anuratn Roy.
Anuratn Roy, noted classical singer, from Mumbai, got his initial training from his father Tabla Maestro Anupam Roy. He learns tintricacies of Indian classical music from his father.
He performed at many prestigious Classical Concerts not only all over India but also in some countries abroad.
Anuratn commenced his recital with Raga Yaman Kalyan in traditional starting aalap which was followed by a composition in Badakhayal with bols "sakaljagataadhar.". Then he move on to present Jagdishjagdadhaar"composition in drutchhotakhayal. He concluded his recital with a crisp dadra with bols"na ja Balam Pardes" He was ably accompanied by Noted table exponent Anupamroyon Tabla.
