Mohali 26th September:----- Ashmah international School organised a Talent Hunt program for the students of school. During the programme the enthusiastic students came on the stage with mimicry, classical dance, hip hop, folk dance, songs, poems and even narrating jokes. Some of them played instruments like Casio, harmonium, guitar etc.
While the judges had a tough time evaluating the performances of immensely skilled and gifted students, the performances and display by the participants was simply amazing. Various sessions of activities were keenly contested and adjudicated by the jury who was all praise for the rich talent pool existing in the school.
While speaking on this occasion Ms. Roopinder Ghuman, Principal, Ashmah International school said that the talent search was organized to instill a sense of confidence and positivity amongst the kids. Such talent hunts offer an opportunity to young students to discover their inherent talents and potentials which might not find expression in curricular activities otherwise. God has gifted everybody with some talent we are required to explore and polish that talent. Such activities, to bring out the hidden talent among the students are usually organised at Ashmah as it leads to their overall development. Director of the school J.S. Kesar (I.A.S) while appreciating the efforts and confidence of the students said that such competitions are need of time nowadays because without self-confident talented person hesitate to perform
