To restore the life in Uttarakhand, relief material is provided from each and every part of the country but some people become inhuman and proved their devil nature on the victims. The local shopkeepers exploited the victims by selling goods at a very high rate as compared to market price. A water bottle worth Rs. 20 is sold @ Rs.100 to 200; one parantha is sold @ Rs. 250. The culprits looted the pilgrims in Gurudwaras and Mandirs.  Women and girls were raped. Uttrakhand police instead of helping the victims harassed them. Officers who permitted to build the buildings near the river or in the riverbed or in the way of flow of river are responsible for the death of thousands peoples. Jaspal Singh demand for the action against such culprits.

Anti corruption society Cashier Parveen Sharma and General Secretary Vinod Kumar said that Weather forecast department forecasted but U.K. neglected so such officers should be held responsible for deaths in disaster. The govt. did not take any step to cope up with this type of disaster even after knowing that landslides is big problem in that area..? Where was Disaster Management Team during this disaster..? Why Government not collected information about the pilgrims before their visit to Uttrakhand? Jaspal Singh demand for registration of pilgrims through Internet so that proper arrangement be made. Arrangement of Darshan at such holy place should be made like Shri Mata Vaishno Devi, turn by turn in groups. Where is the record of more than 1 lakh pilgrims who were rescued and thousands dead pilgrims? To whom relief is distributed till day?

Anti corruption society Chief Advisor Dr. B.R. Sharma demanded to pay the compensation of Rs. 5 lakh to the dependent of every dead person in disaster. Sr. Avtar Singh astonished that despite availability of ration in large quantity, langar was not arranged to the pilgrims at Gobind Ghat and Gobind Dham. He also alleged that loot in Gathari garh is not tolerable; all the guilty for this should be punished.
