Dr. Kular will do Mini Gastric Bypass surgery for weight loss which is becoming a promising procedure for weight loss as it can be accomplished in 20 to 25 minutes and patient can be discharged on very next day. With this surgery, on one hand patient's intake is decreased because of the decreased volume of the stomach and on the other hand, the absorption of the food and the fat is decreased because of the bypass. So this surgery is having dual component in the form of restriction and bypass.
It is pertinent to mention here that it is all possible because of consistent efforts by Dr. Kular. He started this surgery in India 9 years back and has done maximum number of Mini Gastric Bypass surgeries in Asia. Dr. Kular, with experience of more than 2500 weight loss surgeries, added that all arrangements for the conference have been completed and every care has been taken for the comfortable stay and transport of the dignitaries and the delegates in the City Beautiful.
