Chandigarh 15th January:- The SAS Officers' Association of U.T., Chandigarh organized 1st Blood Donation Camp on the premises of U.T. Secretariat, Sector 9, Chandigarh on Friday with the coordination of Blood Bank of GMCH-32, Chandigarh. Vijay Dev, Adviser to the Administrator U.T., Chandigarh inaugurated the Camp and Bhawana Garg, Special Secretary Finance was Guest of Honour.
The Adviser applauded the efforts of the SAS Officers' Association and encouraged donors in the camp. Gulshan Mehta, President of the Association said that 118 units of Blood were collected in this camp and there was good number of female donors. He also intimated that the Association will continue its efforts for such endeavours in future also.
