Chandigarh 17th July:- The Chandigarh Police arrested Ajay Jaswal of Village-Burail, Chandigarh near Grand Hotel, Burail, Chandigarh, while consuming liquor at Public Place. A Case under FIR No. 338 U/S 68-1-14 Excise Act has been registered against him at Police Station Sector 34, Chandigarh. The accused has been bailed out later on.
In the similar case chandigarh Police arrested Saurya Bhan Bhali resident of Shahpur Colony, Sector-38 (W), Chandigarh near Market, Sector-38-D, Chandigarh, while consuming liquor at Public Place. A Case FIR No. 298 U/S 68-1-14 Excise Act has been registered at Police Station sector 39, Chandigarh. Accused was later on bailed out.
