Multi-Theme Expo at the Parade Ground from Sept 14-16 :First ever Pak Co.among 100 Companies to participate

Chandigarh 13th September:-- The first ever Pakistan company to operationalise its joint venture in India, Interwood Mobel (P) Ltd, will be among 100 odd companies participating in the Paramount Exhibitors' organised Multi-Theme Expo 2013 at Parade Ground Sector 17 Chandigarh from September 14-16.

Dr Harish Arora, CEO of Paramount Exhibitors, told media persons that the exhibition will show-case technology, products, equipments and services in six different categories – Automobiles, Industrial Technology and Machinery, Real Estate, Banking and Finance, Architecture, Building and Construction, Medical Equipment, and Office and IT products. Dr Arora said a lot of companies are coming here for the first time looking for dealers and franchisees.  

In the automobile section Renault, Nissan, Honda, Hyundai, Mahindra two-wheelers,   among others will participate. In the office and IT category Intex will be a major participant. The architecture, building and construction space will be taken up by companies like Ecological Buildings, Marshal Wallpapers and Cosmic Structures.   

Dr Lavleen Sodhi, an expert in IVF (test tube baby) technique who was also present, said she would be would showcasing this technique at the stall of her Mohali-based hospital Dr Sodhi's Health Care and spread the message among the general public through the visitors that the technique had now become affordable and results were also comparable to the best centres the world over. She said her centre recently celebrated the birth of 100th baby conceived through IVF. Others in the health space participating are Ceeson Health Care (hospital furniture), Alliance Medicare (Health care equipment), Lifeline (fitness equipment), etc.        

There will also be a stall from Chandigarh Pollution Testing Lab, which will showcase its high tech equipments in testing all types of pollution. Hitachi Koki India (industrial tools) will be among the companies representing the industrial technology segment.

Farooq A. Malik, President and CEO of Lahore-based Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd, who was also present with his Indian joint venture partner Pardeep Sehgal, said they would showcase their range of world class wood and wood based products in eight different categories - doors, kitchen, wardrobes, office furniture, home furniture, kids furniture, flooring and education furniture.

Janta Land Promoters Ltd, which has stamped its mark in the tri-city with world class townships and an industrial park and has now ventured into Ludhiana and Kasauli, and New Generation developed Maple Apartments will be among the participants in the reak estate space.
