Chandigarh 23rd July:--INLD president Ashok Arora and MLA Abhay Singh Chautala, while addressing a press conference ridiculed Hooda Government and described it as anti-farmer and anti poor. Instead of finding solution to the problems of farmers, they have been sent to jails on delayed payment of Agriculture loans. INLD leaders said that the farmers had suffered a big loss due to the floods in Yamunanagar, Karnal, Panipat and Sonepat and government should give compensation to the farmers for this loss.

During the conference, INLD MLAs Shri Rampal Majra, Shri Krishan Panwar, Col. Raghubir Singh, Shri Mamu Ram Gondar, INLD leader Shri RS Chaudhary, Shri Ashok Sherwal, Sardar Ram Singh Brar and Shri NS Malhan were also present. INLD leaders also demanded that Sports Minister Sukhbir Kataria, the accused of fake voter scandal should be dismissed from the cabinet. While criticizing the decision of increase in the electricity rates, they further said that this decision should be rolled back.
Shri Chautala and Shri Arora further said that last year, farmers had suffered a heavy loss in Jhajjar area due to heavy rains and now Hooda government gave cheques of Re 1, 2 and 3 on the name of compensation to farmers.

Chaudhary Abhay Singh Chautala and Shri Ashok Arora said that Hooda government is making false announcements by saying that farmer's lands will neither be auctioned on the late payment of loans nor they would sent to jail. Whereas in reality, around 25000 farmers have been declared as defaulters and blank cheques have been taken from the farmers at the time of giving Agriculture loans to them alongwith mortgage of their land and Tractor.

They further said that Hooda government is playing with the public as lizard has been found in Mid-day meal in Palwal. While blaming State government, they also said that in Haryana, rates of sand and stone are very high in comparison to the other states. They said that farmers in MP and Rajasthan have been given bonus on the production of wheat whereas in Haryana there is no bonus given to the farmers. Government also declared that they will increase the old age, widow and handicaped pension Rs. 50 per month every year which is still not increased since last four years. They said that government proved itself a complete failure in all aspects and have no moral right to be in power.
