Chandigarh, July 31, 2023:-कांग्रेस पार्टी की नीतियों से और चण्डीगढ़ काग्रेंस के लगातार जनहित के मुद्दे उठाए जाने से प्रभावित होकर आज नगर निगम वार्ड नंबर से आशीष वर्मा के नेतृत्व में दर्जनों प्रमुख भाजपा कार्यकर्ता कांग्रेस पार्टी में शामिल हो गए । 

भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं को पार्टी में शामिल कराने के बाद कांग्रेस भवन में बोलते हुए चण्डीगढ़ कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष एच.एस.लकी ने कहा कि समाज के सभी वर्गों के विकास को सुनिश्चित बनाने के लिए कांग्रेस पार्टी का समावेशी दृष्टिकोण आज समाज के हर वर्ग को पार्टी की नीतियों की तरफ़ आकर्षित कर रहा है। जिला कांग्रेस कमेटी शहरी के अध्यक्ष प्रवीण नारंग बंटी ने भी भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं का स्वागत किया और उन्हें पार्टी में उचित जिम्मेदारी देने का आश्वासन दिया। इस अवसर पर वार्ड नंबर 10 के ब्लॉक कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष सुखविंदर सिंह सहित पार्टी के कई वरिष्ठ नेता भी उपस्थित थे।

इस अवसर पर बोलते हुए चण्डीगढ़ कांग्रेस के महासचिव जाहिद परवेज खान ने कहा कि वार्ड नंबर 10 के निवासियों में  वार्ड के कई क्षेत्रों में विकास की कमी और साफ-सफाई के अपर्याप्त रखरखाव के कारण काफी नाराजगी है। इस वार्ड से भाजपा कार्यकर्ताओं का कांग्रेस में शामिल होना लोगों की इसी बढ़ती नाराजगी का प्रतिबिंब है।

Chandigarh, July 31, 2023:-कलंक के साथ जीना मृत्यु से भी ज्यादा पीड़ादायक होता है। कभी-कभी पूर्व कृत कर्म के उदय से भी निर्दोष होने पर भी दोष लगते हैं। सीता, अंजना जैसी सती और सुदर्शन सेठ आदि भव्य पुरुष इस कर्मोदय से नहीं बच पाये। कुछ लोग ऐसी परिस्थिति में आत्महत्या की बात सोचते हैं आचार्य कहते है कि आत्महत्या करना बहुत बड़ा पाप है। आत्म हत्या करने से दूसरे भवों में वही कर्म की उदय फिर आता है और आत्महत्या के पाप से वह कर्म का उदय और तीव्र हो जाता है, जिससे इस जन्म से ज्यादा दूसरे जन्म में कष्ट होता है। पहले के हुए पुरुषों ने धर्म की आराधना करते हुए, भगवान जिनेन्द्र देव पर श्रद्धा रखते हुए उस कर्म उदय को भोगा है और कर्म का उदय दूर हो जाने पर सुख-शांति का अनुभव उसी जन्म में किया है, उसी प्रकार हमें कष्ट में घबराना नहीं चाहिए।

हम अच्छा कृत्य करें, फिर भी हम बुरा फल पाने के लिए अपनी मानसिकता को तैयार रखें। कर्म के उदय में हमें जो भी मिल रहा है, उसे सहर्ष स्वीकारें, चाहे वह हमारे लिए अनुकूल हो या प्रतिकूल। आजकल पढ़े- लिखे लड़का लड़की भी थोड़ी सी मन की नहीं होने पर या प्रतिकूल परिस्थिति आने पर आत्महत्या जैसे घिनोने अपराध को नादानी, अज्ञानता में कर बैठते हैं और अपने परिवारको हमेशा के लिए कलंकित कर देते है। आत्महत्या के पाप से दूसरे जन्म मे कुत्ता, बकरी, सूकर, मुर्गा आदि तिर्यच्च पर्यायों में रहकर पहले से अधिक दुख भोगने पड़ते है 

वीतराग भगवान की भक्ति करने से ऐस कर्म का उदय दूर होते है। भगवान की भक्ति श्रद्धा, विश्वास, भरोसे के साथ करके देखो अवश्य ही अच्छा फल मिलेगा। वीतरागी जिनेन्द्र देव की भक्ति आराधना के आलावा कर्म को नष्ट करने का और कोई उपाय नहीं है गृहस्थों के पास मनुष्यों के पास।

बड़े से बड़े तपस्वी, मुनि, साधु, ऋषि इस भक्ति का सहरा लेते है कर्मों क्षय करने के लिए और मोक्षमार्ग की बाधाओं को को दूर करते हुए सिद्ध पद को प्राप्त कर  लेते है।

CGC Jhamjeri organizes 2nd International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering and Technology

Around 135 research papers were received by the Organizing team of ICLTET 2023 out of which 89 papers were found suitable for presentation and publication. All accepted and presented paper will be published Taylor francis Scopus Index series.

Executive Director CGC Jhanjeri Dr. Neeraj Sharma and the Chief guest of the day Dr. Satish Kumar, Chief Scientist Centre of Excellence for Intelligent Sensors and Systems, CSIO Chandigarh presided over the Inaugural session. Guests of Honour at the moment were Dr. Ashutosh Mishra, Research Professor, Yonsei University ,South Korea , Dr. Rakesh Kumar Sehgal ,Associate Director, CDAC Mohali and Dr. Chander Mohan Kansal,Senior Executive, Reliance Projects and Property Management Services Ltd graced the function with their presence.

The Best Paper award in Track 2 Civil Engg.was bagged by Indraneel Khilare from Walchand College of Engineering Maharashtra and other Best paper award in Track 2Mechanical Engg. was bagged by Kushdeep Sing from CEC Jhanjeri. President CGC Jhamjeri Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal motivated the researchers to work in the areas that are open for research to excel in the field and inspire future generations for better future.

PSPCL Signs PPA with Hyderabad based Company KAMMA Gear Flywheel Green Power

Chandigarh, July 31, 2023:- KAMMA Gear Flywheel Green Power Generation, Hyderabad based Company had signed a Power Purchase agreement (PPA) with Punjab State Government under the leadership of Shri Bhagwant Mann, Chief Minister of Punjab for the generation of uninterrupted green electricity for the state of Punjab through Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL). KAMMA Gear Flywheel Green Power Generation Company will sell green electricity to PSPCL. The innovativeness of this uninterrupted power generation is based on pulse-based flywheel mechanism.

A press conference was organized here today at Press Club Chandigarh Researcher Dr. Chaganti Srinivas Bhaskar explained that this power generation system has been developed along with his wife Dr. Bala Chaganti who worked on this research area for more than 30 years. Furthermore, Dr. Srinivas Bhaskar had clearly emphasized that the common man's Govt. led by Bhagwant Mann is a real hero, who felt the pain and problem of AAM Aadmi. "The company proposed to supply power to PSPCL at a fixed tariff of Rs. 3.00/kWh for the whole term of the PPA, that is for 25 years. This PPA is for one Megawatt (installed capacity). This company is generating 24 MW per day for ONE MW capacity plant. Furthermore, the fixed tariff rate for multi-MW PPA's is of Rs. 1.00/kWh." The main aim of this Punjab Government is to supply the free electricity all over the state in order to enhance the living standards of the people of Punjab, economically and became the role model to the country. Afterwards, the Punjab state will supply the generation of excessive electricity to the other states and also make the people of other state happy. Further, the amendments and policies adopted by the AAM AADMI party will soon become an example to the other states in India and also the other parts of the world.

Also, the use of this developed technology is to benefit the common man economically and also to support the agricultural sector in a large scale. Furthermore, this green electricity is used for the induction loads and the lighting loads, where government involved PSUs survive by consuming multi megawatt every hour throughout the country, which ultimately leads to improve the quality life of the common man.

Currently, all the steel manufacturers rely on the traditional energy sources, such as coal and gas, which are not only harmful to the environment but also vulnerable to price fluctuations. The flywheel-based energy generation system offers an alternative to these traditional energy sources, as it relies on renewable energy and does not produce greenhouse gas emissions. By implementing this technology, the steel manufacturers can reduce the carbon footprint and improve their environmental performance. This technology can also help to reduce energy costs and increase energy efficiency, which can lead to significant cost savings in the long run. Currently, the steel manufacturing is one of the most energy-intensive industries in the world. It consumes a significant amount of coal and electricity per ton of steel produced. In fact, for every ton of steel produced, approximately 1.8 tons of coal or 850kw of grey energy are used. Additionally, the electricity used in steel manufacturing accounts for a significant portion of the overall energy consumption.

In conclusion, the researchers would like to express their gratitude to Shri. Bhagwant Mann, the Chief Minister of Punjab for the timely approach to make this technology prosper for the people and the nature.

He further demanded that the central government should immediately provide maximum relief to the people of Manipur and ensure their life and liberty. 

Parveen narang bunty President District Congress Committee urban 3 said that it was indeed shameful to see that women in Manipur are being subjected to very inhuman treatment and their lives are no longer secured there. 

Sonia gurcharan singh Block president of Ramdarbar Congress Committee said that she was aghasted to see the recent videos on social media on Manipur and was feeling shocked to see the plight of women. Modi government has failed to protect the women of the country which has been seen in many cases in the recent past and the slogan of beti bachao beti padao seems totally hollow .

Chandigarh, July 29, 2023:-चंडीगढ़ नगर निगम द्वारा शहर की पार्किंग सभी दोपहिया वाहनों को मुफ्त पार्किंग करने के बाद से चंडीगढ़ में मध्यम वर्ग में उत्साह का माहौल है। सभी लोग और दुकानदार इस बात से खुश हैं और भाजपा शासित नगर निगम और मेयर अनूप गुप्ता की सराहना कर रहे हैं।

प्रदेश प्रवक्ता नरेश अरोड़ा ने  कहा कि इस तरह के ही बहुत से लोक भलाई के काम भाजपा शासित नगर निगम और मेयर करना चाहते हैं। परंतु देखने में आया है कि हर बार सदन में आम आदमी पार्टी के पार्षद किसी ना किसी तरह से सदन में खलल डालते हैं और सदन को नहीं चलने देते जिसके कारण जो विकास  कार्यों में बाधा आती है।
 विकास के फैसले लेने में दिक्कत आती है। मुझे लगता है कि लोग अब पछता रहे हैं कि उन्होंने क्यों आम आदमी पार्टी के लोगों को सदन में भेजा। इसका खामियाजा आम आदमी पार्टी को आने वाले लोकसभा के चुनाव में उठाना पड़ेगा।

71-year-Old Man with Low- Lying Rectal Cancer Treated via Robotic Sphincter-Saving Surgery at Fortis Mohali

Bhatinda, July 29, 2023:-The Department of Surgical Oncology, Fortis Cancer Institute at Fortis Hospital Mohali,has achieved yet another medical feat by successfully treating a 71-year-old mansuffering from low-lying rectal cancer via Robot-aided Sphincter-saving Surgery.The case attains significance as the Patient was spared a permanent Stoma Bag–a plastic bag that collects bowel movement from the digestive tract through an opening in the abdominal wall –usually required after surgery of the large and small intestine. The Stoma Bag is either temporary or permanent (if the cancer has affected the sphincter muscle, which controls defecation).

The Patienthad been experiencing bleeding from the rectum, changes in bowel habit and loss of appetite following which, he approached Dr Jitender Rohila, Consultant, Surgical Oncology and Robotic Surgeon, Fortis Hospital Mohali. Subsequent medical investigations such as Sigmoidoscopy, MRI scan and PET scan revealed that the Patient had Stage 3 low-lying rectal cancer. The biopsy pointed towards adenocarcinoma. Initially, the Patient was administered combined radiation therapy and chemotherapy (NACTRT) to shrink the tumour and prepare him for a sphincter-saving surgery. He was re-assessed after an MRI scan and a surgery was planned six weeks after the completion of NACTRT.Following discussions with the Tumour  Board, the team of doctors led by Dr Rohila conducted Robot-aided sphincter-saving surgery on the Patient, which lasted for around six hours.

Discussing the case, Dr Rohila, said that low-lying rectal cancer (within 5 cm from anal verge) surgery was a challenging task owing to its location within the pelvis and being adjacent to important organs,including the anal sphincter, which controls the passing of stools. This included theupper and middle rectum resection with removal of the local lymph nodes. After the tumour was removed, the ends of large intestine and anal canal were joined (anastomosis) avoiding a permanent stoma bag.Key-hole surgeries (laparoscopic and robotic) have been used extensively in rectal cancer (large intestine) surgeries across the world. Compared to open surgery, robot-aided surgery ensures less pain, less scars and faster recovery.

डबल पार्किंग के खिलाफ जनहित याचिका दायर होगी: प्रदीप छाबड़ा

Chandigarh, July 29, 2023:-शहर में ट्राइसिटी से बाहर की गाड़ियों पर डबल पार्किंग फीस के फैसले के खिलाफ जनहित याचिका दायर की जाएगी। भाजपा ने यह फैसला जनहित के खिलाफ लिया है। प्रशासक बनवारी लाल पुरोहित को मामले में दखल देकर इस प्रस्ताव को रद्द करना चाहिए। आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता प्रदीप छाबड़ा के अनुसार देश में ऐसी व्यवस्था कहीं नहीं है जहां बाहर की गाड़ियों से डबल पार्किंग फीस ली जाए।

प्रदीप छाबड़ा ने कहा कि ट्राइसिटी में हजारों लोगों के पास ऐसी गाड़ियां हैं जिनके नंबर अन्य राज्यों के है। चंडीगढ़ में ही पंजाब हरियाणा हिमाचल और उत्तराखंड के सैकड़ो लोग ऐसे हैं जिनकी गाड़ियों के नंबर उनके मूल राज्यों के हैं लेकिन वह चंडीगढ़ के निवासी है। छाबड़ा ने मेयर अनूप गुप्ता को कटघरे में खड़ा करते हुए कहा कि ऐसे किसी भी फैसले को बिना किसी चर्चा के कैसे पास किया जा सकता है। यदि अन्य राज्यों में चंडीगढ़ की गाड़ियों से डबल पार्किंग फीस ली जाए तो कैसा लगेगा। में कहां की छाबड़ा ने कहा कि नगर निगम का यह फैसला आम जनता के बीच भेदभाव पैदा करता है। एक ही पार्किंग में एक ही प्रकार की गाड़ी के लिए दो अलग-अलग रेट कैसे लिए जा सकते हैं। नगर निगम का यह फैसला सरासर गलत है तथा इसके लिए कोर्ट का दरवाजा भी खटखटाया जाएगा।

पहले पार्किंग घोटाले की जांच करें

आप नेता प्रदीप छाबड़ा ने कहा कि मेयर अनूप गुप्ता पहले निगम के पार्किंग घोटाले की जांच करवा लें। यदि वह निगम और शहर के प्रति इतने ही गंभीर है तो उन्हें निगम को हुए 6 करोड रुपए के घाटे की भरपाई के लिए दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए। डबल पार्किंग जैसे फैसले लेकर निगम में हो रहे घोटालों पर पर्दा डालने की कोशिश की जा रही है ताकि जनता का ध्यान भटकाया जा सके।

दूसरों राज्यों से उम्मीद रखने से पहले खुद कार्य करने की क्षमता रखें चंडीगढ़ के मेयर: हरमेल केसरी

Chandigarh, July 29, 2023:-कुछ दिन पहले जिस प्रकार से चंडीगढ़ के मेयर अनूप गुप्ता ने बयान दिया कि हर राज्य अपने लिए और अपने राज्य के लोगों के लिए सोचता है उसी प्रकार से उनहोनें  यह बात कही कि चंडीगढ़ में बाहरी राज्यों से आने वाली गाड़ियों पर पार्किंग का शुल्क दोगुना लगेगा और उसके बाद चंडीगढ़ के मेयर ने कहा कि अगर पंजाब या हरियाणा हमें डंपिंग ग्राउंड लगाने के लिए कोई जमीन दे सकता है तब हम इस टैक्स को हटाने के बारे में सोच सकते हैं।

चंडीगढ़ कांग्रेस के नेता हरमेल केसरी ने अनूप गुप्ता के इस बयान को बचकाना बताया और कहा कि चंडीगढ़ के मेयर ने कल अपने बयान में यह भी कहा है कि हमने चंडीगढ़ में  नगर निगम  अनुबंध आधारित नौकरियों में चंडीगढ़ वासियों को 85% आरक्षण का लाभ दिया है, अगर यह बात सही है तो मैं उसके लिए मेयर अनूप गुप्ता और चंडीगढ़ के समस्त निवासियों को बधाई देता हूं और मेयर अनूप गुप्ता से यह गुजारिश करता हूं कि वह इस रेगुलर भर्ती की नोटिफिकेशन को चंडीगढ़ की जनता के सामने रखें ।

चंडीगढ़ कांग्रेस के नेता हरमेल केसरी ने यहां बोलते हुए कहा कि दूसरे राज्यों से उम्मीद रखने से पहले हमें अपनी कार्य क्षमता के अनुसार काम करना चाहिए। आज जिस प्रकार से चंडीगढ़ में भाजपा का नगर निगम में मेयर है और चंडीगढ़ से सांसद भी  भाजपा की है और होम मिनिस्टर भी भाजपा के और केंद्र में भाजपा की सरकार है उसी को देखते हुए मेयर अनूप गुप्ता को चंडीगढ़ में  मिलने वाली सभी नौकरियों में चंडीगढ़ के युवाओं के लिए 85% आरक्षण का भी इंतजाम करना चाहिए ।

हरमेल केसरी ने कहा कि अगर सब तरफ आज भाजपा के लोग संविधानिक  पदों पर बैठे हैं तो वह चंडीगढ़ में चंडीगढ़ के युवाओं के लिए स्टाफ सिलेक्शन बोर्ड का भी निर्माण करें , केवल यह बयान देकर कि हम इस पार्किंग टैक्स को दूसरे राज्यों के लिए वापस ले लेंगे और वह हमें अपने राज्य में डंपिंग ग्राउंड लगाने के लिए जमीन दे दे यह बहुत खेद पूर्ण है ।

हमें दूसरे राज्यों की के फैसले पर निर्भर रहने से अच्छा है कि हम चंडीगढ़ के युवाओं के लिए नौकरियों का किस प्रकार इंतजाम कर सकते हैं उसके लिए कदम उठाने चाहिए जिस प्रकार अनूप गुप्ता ने कहा कि दूसरे राज्यों को दरियादिली दिखाते हुए चंडीगढ़ के युवाओं को अपने यहां अवसर देने चाहिए उसी बात को आगे रखते हुए हरमेल केसरी किसी ने कहा कि पहले चंडीगढ़ में तो चंडीगढ़ के  नौजवानों को चंडीगढ़ के सरकारी कार्यालय में  नौकरी में  आरक्षण का इंतजाम करना चाहिए उसके बाद दूसरे राज्यों की तरफ देखना चाहिए कि वह अपने राज्यों में चंडीगढ़ के लोगों को कितना आरक्षण दे सकते  हैं ।
पहले हम खुद अपनी कार्य क्षमता के अनुसार काम करें फिर दूसरे राज्यों से हम कुछ उम्मीद कर सकते हैं। 

सेक्टर 42 के सरकारी क्वार्टर्स के पास अदानी गैस पाइप लाइन से गैस रिसाव से मचा हड़कंप

Chandigarh, July 28, 2023:- सेक्टर 42 सी के रिहायशी क्षेत्र में उस समय दहशत का माहौल पैदा हो गया, जब एरिया में गैस रिसाव की सूचना फैल गई।

प्राप्त जानकारी अनुसार एसबीआई सेक्टर 42 के सरकारी क्वार्टर्स के पास आज अदानी गैस पाइप लाइन से गैस रिसाव शुरू हो गया। एरिया में गैस की स्मेल फैलने से लोगों में दहशत पैदा हो गई। सूचना मिलने पर एरिया पार्षद जसवीर सिंह बंटी साथियों सहित मौके पर मदद के लिए पहुंचे और  मौके पर  पुलिस और फायर ब्रिगेड विभाग को सूचना दी। सूचना पाकर पुलिस विभाग और फायर ब्रिगेड विभाग के अफसर पहुंच गए और मौका संभाल लिया ।

एरिया पार्षद जसबीर सिंह बंटी ने इसके साथ की साथ अडानी गैस अधिकारियों को सूचना दी। 

जसबीर सिंह बंटी ने बताया कि जेसीबी की मदद से खुदाई करके पाइप तक पहुंचा जा रहा है। जसबीर सिंह बंटी स्थिति संभलने तक मौके पर रह कर ही क्षेत्र निवासियों को हौंसला देते रहे।

Chandigarh, July 28, 2023:- Unprecedented rain enjoyed by the students in Monsoon Party at Ashmah International school, Sector 70  in a view to give relief to them from hot and sultry weather .The main motive of organising this monsoon party was to impart students importance of Monsoon. At the moment, Students dressed in colourful dresses enjoyed the party while holding umbrella whereas they also enjoyed various games like Freeze Dance in which, kids danced around then stopped suddenly after pausing the music. The slowest to stop is "out" and the game continued until there is a winner. Another games played by them were Pass the balloon, charades, celebrity head, the hokey pokey and pass the parcel.

 

Later, kids also enjoyed Freestyle dancing and enjoy snacks brought in their lunch boxes. Children beamed with joy and had great fun while enjoying water activities to beat the heat. While speaking at the moment Principal Suchi Grover informed Rain is an important part of the water cycle. If there was no rain, we may not be here. Rain gives water to plants and animals and drenched the earth Rain also can bring the pollution down from the air. There is pollution that travels from place to place, but the rain washes down.

 

To enjoy it to its full length different kinds of sweets were also distributed among the kids. Children were looking very excited while enjoying rain and relishing different kind of sweets.

Workshop on Providing Practical Strategies and Techniques for Utilizing Teaching Aids Effectively Conducted at GCE

The aim of the workshop was to focus on providing practical strategies and techniques for utilizing teaching aids effectively. Principal, Dr. Sapna Nanda welcomed the resource persons for the day Sardar Jaswinder Singh, Lecturer Physics, Department of School Education, Punjab Government, National Awardee, State Awardee, Shiksha Rattan Recipient, President IAPT, RC-2, Inventor- Lab on wheels and Dr. Jeesu Jaskanwar Singh, Assistant Professor and Co-ordinator, Education Department, USOL, Panjab University, Chandigarh to enlighten the students with their knowledge and experience. Dignataries Ms. Neelam Dhamija, Former Faculty M.C.M & D.A.V College for Women, Chnadigarh, Dr. Sanjay Sharma (Secretary IAPT), Prof. M.P. Marwaha (Senior Member IAPT), Prof. Arbind Taneja (Senior Member IAPT), Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sharma (General Secretary, CGCTA & Assistant professor Physics, PGGC Sector 11, Chandigarh) were also present at the workshop.

Dr. Jeesu Jaskanwar Singh, having an exposure and experience of international level provided participants with valuable insights into the role and importance of teaching aids in creating an engaging and effective learning environment. The workshop explored different types of teaching aids, including visual aids, audiovisual aids, manipulative, and technology-based aids. The participants had the opportunity to engage in interactive sessions, hands-on activities, and discussions led by the experts. Participants gained practical knowledge and skills that they can immediately implement in their classrooms to promote better understanding, retention, and enthusiasm for learning.

The second session was led by Sardar Jaswinder Singh who has won around 70 awards for his work in science. To make science interesting for students, he has converted his car into a laboratory-on-wheels. During the workshop he recounted his experiences and how it helped shape him as a teacher. He also emphasised on seeking out sciences and mathematics in our everyday lives. He focused on demonstrating the basic principles and the logic behind them so students are clear in their approach. He also discussed great mathematicians around the world and encouraged students to think out of the box, use their creativity to teach old concepts in a new and creative way like the identity (a+b)^2 , table of 1-10 and interesting concepts like wonder sum.

The workshop organizing team Dr. Kusum and Dr. Upasana Thapliyal extended their gratitude to the resource persons for empowering the perspective teachers with the necessary tools and techniques to create impactful learning experiences for their students. Dr. Sheojee Singh proposed the formal vote of thanks to the dignitaries. The workshop ended on the positive note that the college is committed to supporting the professional growth of educators and promoting innovative teaching methodologies to enrich the overall educational landscape.

‘रोलर फ्लोर मिलिंग इंडस्ट्री राज्य के किसानों के लिए एक बड़ी संपत्ति

Chandigarh, July 28,2023:- पंजाब की रोलर फ्लोर मिलर्स एसोसिएशन ने आज यहां रोलर फ्लोर मिलर्स फैडरेशन ऑफ इंडिया की बैठक की मेजबानी की। करीब 30 सालों के बाद पंजाब रोलर फ्लोर मिलर्स एसोसिएशन ने राष्ट्रीय बैठक की मेजबानी की है। बैठक में देश के 15 विभिन्न राज्यों से व्हीट फ्लोर मिलर्स ने भाग लिया और इस दौरान व्हीट मिलिंग इंडस्ट्री के विभिन्न पहलुओं पर चर्चा की गई।

इस अवसर पर मुख्य अतिथि पंजाब के कैबिनेट मंत्री अमन अरोड़ा और लाल चंद कटारुचक थे।

रोलर फ्लोर मिलर्स एसोसिएशन ऑफ पंजाब से उपस्थित लोगों में अध्यक्ष धरमिंदर सिंह गिल, उपाध्यक्ष अनिल पोपली, महासचिव दीनम सूद, वित्त सचिव विपिन मित्तल और संयुक्त सचिव शुभम गोयल शामिल थे।

रोलर फ्लोर मिलर्स एसोसिएशन ऑफ इंडिया से उपस्थित लोगों में अध्यक्ष प्रमोद कुमार एस, वरिष्ठ उपाध्यक्ष नवनीत चितलांगिया, मानद सचिव रोहित खेतान और धर्मेंद्र जैन शामिल थे।

रोलर फ्लोर मिलर्स एसोसिएशन के पंजाब चैप्टर के अध्यक्ष धरमिंदर सिंह गिल और पंजाब चैप्टर के उपाध्यक्ष अनिल पोपली ने कहा कि रोलर फ्लोर मिलिंग इंडस्ट्री एक एमएसएमई इंडस्ट्री है, और पंजाब जैसे प्रमुख कृषि प्रधान राज्य के किसानों की समृद्धि के लिए एक बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण इंडस्ट्री है। बदलते समय में इस इंडस्ट्री को मजबूत करने की पहले से कहीं अधिक जरूरी है कि ये राज्य के किसानों के लिए एक मूल्यवान एसेट बन सके।'

उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब के किसानों को गेहूं से अपनी प्रति एकड़ आय बढ़ाने के लिए विशिष्ट किस्मों को उगाने और सर्वोत्तम कृषि पद्धतियों को अपनाने की ओर भी बढना होगा। फ्लोर मिलिंग इंडस्ट्री, सरकार और किसानों के साथ मिलकर काम कर सकती है ताकि किसानों को गेहूं का न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य ही नहीं, बल्कि अधिकतम बिक्री मूल्य भी मिल सके।

एसोसिएशन के सदस्यों ने बैठक में काफी विस्तार से चर्चा के बाद एक प्रस्ताव भी पारित किया और सरकार से कई मांगें रखीं:

ट्रक यूनियनों द्वारा किए जा रहे उत्पीडन को प्रभावी ढंग से रोका जाएः हम एक लोकतंत्र में रह रहे हैं जहां लोगों और इंडस्ट्री को यह चुनने की आजादी है कि वे किसके साथ व्यापार करना चाहते हैं, तो फिर ट्रक यूनियन किसी को अपनी सेवाएं लेने के लिए कैसे मजबूर कर सकते हैं, जबकि वे अपनी सेवाओं के लिए कोई उचित किराया भी नहीं ले रहे हों। इसके साथ ही उनका व्यवहार भी काफी अनुचित है।

एक राज्य एक मंडी लाइसेंस नियम को सरल बनाया जाएगाः वर्तमान में राज्य में प्रत्येक जिले के लिए अलग-अलग मंडी लाइसेंस के लिए आवेदन करना पड़ता है। यदि किसी को सिंगल लाइसेंस प्राप्त करना है तो बैंक गारंटी की आवश्यकता होती है। हमारा अनुरोध है कि बैंक गारंटी की बाधा दूर की जाये।

कोऑर्डिनेटिंग कमेटीः सरकार को इस संबंध में तेजी से ये फैसला करना होगा कि वह किसानों के साथ इंडस्ट्री की बेहतर भागीदारी के लिए योजनाओं को डिजाइन और कार्यान्वित करने के लिए उद्योग प्रतिनिधियों और पंजाब एग्रीकल्चर यूनिवर्सिटी की एक समिति बना सकती है। इससे इस पूरे सेक्टर को एक सही दिशा मिल सकेगी।

गेहूं की विशेष किस्मों को बढ़ावाः पंजाब के किसान केन्द्रीय पूल में सबसे बड़ा योगदानकर्ता हैं। अब हम यह भी चाहते हैं कि पंजाब के उत्पादक अधिक कीमत वाली किस्मों की ओर बढ़ें। हमारा प्रस्ताव है कि रोटी के लिए गेहूं की विशेष किस्मों, जो पीएयू द्वारा विकसित की गई हैं, को किसानों के बीच बढ़ावा दिया जाना चाहिए और इसकी प्रोसेसिंग के बाद इंडस्ट्री को अन्य राज्यों में आटा ट्रांसपोर्ट करने के लिए एक फ्रेट इंसेटिव भी दिया जाना चाहिए।

अमित शाह या पुरोहित की नकल न करें मेयर अनूप गुप्ता: प्रदीप छाबड़ा

Chandigarh, July 28, 2023:- आम आदमी पार्टी ने शहर में पेड पार्किंग के मुद्दे पर आज भाजपा को फिर घेरा और आरोप लगाया कि मेयर अनूप गुप्ता सिर्फ भाजपा के भ्रष्टाचार को छिपाने के लिए ऐेसे मुद्दों को हवा देने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं, जिनका चंडीगढ़ के हित से कोई लेना-देना नहीं है। चंडीगढ़ के निवर्तमान मेयर, आम आदमी पार्टी के पूर्व सह प्रभारी एवं पंजाब लार्ज इंडस्ट्रीज डेवलपमेंट बोर्ड के चेयरमैन प्रदीप छाबड़ा ने कहा कि नगर निगम हाउस की मीटिंग में पेड पार्किंग के एजेंडे को जिस तरीके से मिनटों में पास किया गया, उससे इस पूरे मामले में भ्रष्टाचार की बू आ रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा मेयर यदि वास्तव में चंडीगढ़ के लोगों को राहत देना चाहते हैं तो उन्हें शहर में पार्किंग व्यवस्था को बिल्कुल फ्री करना चाहिए था लेकिन उन्होंने मामूली राहत का ढिंढोरा पीटकर पेड पार्किंग के ठेकों में हो रहे गोलमाल पर पर्दा डालने की कोशिश की है।   

आज यहां जारी एक बयान में पूर्व मेयर प्रदीप छाबड़ा ने कहा कि पेड पार्किंग को लेकर नगर निगम का ताजा फैसला चंडीगढ़ के टूरिज्म और कारोबार को चौपट करके रख देगा। क्योंकि दूसरे राज्यों के रजिस्ट्रेशन वाले वाहनों के लिए पार्किंग फीस डबल करना कोई बुद्धिमानी वाला निर्णय नहीं है। छाबड़ा ने कहा कि मेयर अनूप गुप्ता अमित शाह या चंडीगढ़ के प्रशासक बनवारी लाल पुरोहित की नकल न करें। उन्हें ये नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि चंडीगढ़ पंजाब तथा हरियाणा की राजधानी भी है। चंडीगढ़ स्थित पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट तथा पंजाब व हरियाणा के सचिवालयों में हर रोज दोनों राज्यों से सैकड़ो कर्मचारी तथा आम लोग आते हैं। पीजीआई में हर दिन हजारों लोग पंजाब, हरियाणा व हिमाचल से इलाज के लिए आते हैं। इसके अलावा चंडीगढ़ में बड़ी संख्या में पर्यटक भी आते हैं। दूसरे राज्यों के वाहनों के लिए पार्किंग फीस डबल करने के फैसले से न केवल चंडीगढ़ का टूरिज्म प्रभावित होगा, बल्कि यहां के व्यापारियों के कारोबार पर भी असर पड़ेगा। बाहरी राज्यों से आने वाली सब्जियां तथा फल महंगे होंगे। सेब के व्यापारी पहले ही चंडीगढ़ आने से परहेज कर रहे हैं।

छाबड़ा ने कहा कि भाजपा मेयर द्वारा बाहर से आने वाली गाड़ियों पर पार्किंग के डबल चार्जेज लगाने और फिर पंजाब तथा हरियाणा की सरकारों से कहना कि डम्पिंग ग्राउंड के लिए जगह दे दो तो ये डबल फीस नहीं लगेगी, यह तरीका भाजपा की हिटलरशाही को दर्शाता है। प्रदीप छाबड़ा ने कहा कि भाजपा पेड पार्किंग पॉलिसी को लेकर चंडीगढ़वासियों के लिए मुसीबत खड़ी न करे, बल्कि जैसे पब्लिक टॉयलेट व आरडब्ल्यूए को शहर के पार्को के रखरखाव का जिम्मा दिया गया है, उसी तरह बाजारों में वाहनों की पार्किंग व्यवस्था मार्केट एसोसिएशनों के हवाले करे। मार्केट एसोसिएशनें इस जिम्मेदारी को लेने के लिए तैयार भी हैं।

पूर्व मेयर प्रदीप छाबड़ा ने कहा कि भाजपा के राज में वैसे तो नए-नए टैक्स लगाना या लगे हुए हर टैक्स में बढ़ोतरी करना कोई नई बात नहीं रह गई है लेकिन जिस प्रकार लोकतंत्र की हत्या कर हर बार आम आदमी पार्टी के पार्षदों को नगर निगम हाउस की मीटिंग से मार्शलों का दुरुपयोग कर बाहर निकाल दिया जाता है और फिर आम आदमी पार्टी के पार्षदों पर झूठे इल्जाम लगाए जाते हैं, वह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण ही नहीं, बल्कि निंदनीय है।

छाबड़ा ने कहा कि भाजपा मेयर अनूप गुप्ता द्वारा पेड पार्किंग के मुद्दे पर नए फैसलों के लिए अपनी ही संस्थाओं से खुद का सम्मान व धन्यवाद करवाना भी साबित करता है कि भाजपा इन फैसलों के चंडीगढ़ पर पड़ने वाले प्रतिकूल प्रभावों को जानते-समझते हुए अपनी वाहवाही में विरोध को दबाना चाहती है लेकिन चंडीगढ़ की पब्लिक सब जानती है। चंडीगढ़ की जनता भाजपा को इसका करारा जवाब देगी। प्रदीप छाबड़ा ने कहा कि सिर्फ बूम बैरियर लगाने से पार्किंग स्मार्ट नहीं बनेगी। पहले पेड पार्किंग पॉलिसी की कंडीशंस पूरी तरह लागू होनी चाहिए। पार्किंग स्पेस में दोपहिया व चार पहिया वाहन अलग-अलग जगह पर पार्क हों। पार्किंग स्थल पर हर जगह सीसीटीवी कैमरे होने चाहिए। छाबड़ा ने कहा कि वह पार्किंग सुझावों को लेकर चंडीगढ़ के प्रशासक बनवारी लाल पुरोहित व नगर निगम कमिश्नर को पत्र भी लिखेंगे।

Chandigarh, July 28, 2023:-भाजपा शासित नगर निगम द्वारा दूसरे राज्यों से आने वाले लोगों के वाहनों पर पार्किंग शुल्क दोगुना करने के मामले में पूर्व मेयर कांग्रेस नेता सुभाष चावला ने मेयर अनूप गुप्ता की कारगुजारी पर सवाल खड़ा किया है। चावला का कहना है कि मेयर और नगर निगम ऐसा करके अलगाववादी भावनाओं को हवा दे रहे हैं जोकि केंद्रीय प्रशासित चंडीगढ़ का दूसरे राज्यों के साथ समाजिक भाईचारे को बिगड़ेगा। 

उनका कहना है कि चंडीगढ़ पंजाब और हरियाणा की राजधानी है ऐसे में वहां के रहने वाले लोगों के साथ चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन और भाजपा भेदभाव की नीति पर काम कर रही है। चावला का कहना है कि पंचकूला और मोहाली के रहने वाले लोगों पर बेशक बढ़ा हुआ पार्किंग शुल्क का फैसला लागू नहीं किया गया। लेकिन वहां पर रहने वाले हजारों लोग ऐसे हैं जिनके वाहन उनके प्रदेश के दूसरे जिलों में पंजीकृत है। ऐसे में उन पर बड़े हुए पार्किंग शुल्क का बोझ डाला गया है।

उनका कहना है कि मेयर अनूप गुप्ता ने एक बचकाना बयान दिया है कि अगर पंजाब और हरियाणा उनके डंपिंग ग्राउंड के लिए जमीन दे दे तो वह पार्किंग शुल्क पूरी तरह से मुक्त कर देंगे। उन्होंने कहा है कि हाल ही में चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन की ओर से हरियाणा को शहर में विधानसभा के लिए 10 एकड़ जमीन देने का फैसला लिया गया है ऐसे में उसी सूरत पर पंचकूला में चंडीगढ़ के कचरे के लिए डंपिंग ग्राउंड बनाने के लिए जमीन की मांग भी कर लेनी चाहिए थी। 

भाजपा अध्यक्ष अरुण सूद पर भी किया शाब्दिक  हमला

उन्होंने भाजपा अध्यक्ष अरुण सूद को भी घेरते हुए कहा कि वह यह बता देना चाहते हैं कि चंडीगढ़ में पेड़ पार्किंग कांग्रेस ने लागू नहीं करवाई थी बल्कि उस समय मेयर ज्ञान चंद गुप्ता थे जो कि इस समय हरियाणा विधानसभा के स्पीकर हैं। बल्कि पंजाब व हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट ने शहर में उस समय जब पेड़ पार्किंग को लागू करने का फैसला सुनाया था तो कांग्रेस के नेताओं ने इसका विरोध करते हुए गिरफ्तारियां तक दी थी। यह कोर्ट का मामला 5 साल पहले ही खत्म हुआ है। ऐसे में अरुण सूद को पूरी जानकारी इकट्ठा करने के बाद बयान देना चाहिए। 

चावला ने कहा कि भाजपा अध्यक्ष अरुण सूद को सिर्फ कांग्रेस का फोबिया है। वह अपनी असफलताओं को कांग्रेस के कार्यकाल पर थोप देते हैं जबकि वह भूल जाते हैं कि पिछले 8 साल से नगर निगम में भाजपा का ही मेयर है। कांग्रेस के कार्यकाल में कार का पार्किंग शुल्क सिर्फ 5 रुपए था जो कि इस समय 15 रुपए से ज्यादा कर दिया गया है तो इसके लिए कौन जिम्मेवार है। कांग्रेस के पूर्व अध्यक्ष सुभाष चावला का कहना है कि भाजपा के कार्यकाल में सिर्फ पार्किंग का घोटाला हुआ है भाजपा सिर्फ इस घोटाले पर पर्दा डालने के लिए बाहरी राज्यों के लोगों पर पार्किंग शुल्क दोगुना करके उसकी भरपाई करना चाह रही है। 

चावला का यह भी कहना है कि ड्डू माजरा के डंपिंग ग्राउंड की दीवार टूटने पर वहां पर टेंट लगाने की बजाय इसकी जांच हो जानी चाहिए थी। इस दीवार के निर्माण के लिए लाखों रुपए खर्च किए गए। इससे भ्रष्टाचार का अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है कि एक बार इस को भी यह किला नुमा दीवार झेल नहीं पाई।

आपको बता दें अभी 3 दिन पहले की ही बात है जब चंडीगढ़ नगर निगम के सदन की बैठक में पार्किंग का मुद्दा उठा था जिसमें पार्किंग को फ्री करने की बात रखी गई थी मगर पार्किंग फ्री कीजिए तब हो पाएगी जब पार्किंग स्मार्ट होगी और चंडीगढ़ में स्मार्ट पार्किंग फिलहाल एक सपना ही है इसके पहले पिछला पार्किंग ठेकेदार करोड़ों रुपए की फीस बिना जमा किए ही भाग गया था बताया यह भी कहा था कि वह भाजपा का कथित नेता है जबकि भाजपाई कह रहे थे कि उसका भाजपा से कोई लेना देना नहीं है ।

Mohali, July 28, 202 3:- हेपेटाइटिस वायरस के बारे में जागरूकता ही समय की मांग है। यदि इसे ठीक से डायग्नोज नहीं किया जाता है, तो हेपेटाइटिस यकृत की सूजन का कारण बन सकता है और यकृत विफलता, यकृत सिरोसिस और यहां तक कि लीवर कैंसर जैसी जटिलताओं का कारण बन सकता है। यह बात फोर्टिस हॉस्पिटल मोहाली के गैस्ट्रोएंटरोलॉजी के डायरेक्टर डॉ. मोहिनीश छाबड़ा ने एक एडवाइरी जारी करते हुए ट्राईसिटी के निवासियों से कही।

 

हेपेटाइटिस और इससे संबंधित जटिलताओं के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाने के लिए, हर साल 28 जुलाई को विश्व हेपेटाइटिस दिवस मनाया जाता है। इस वर्ष विश्व हेपेटाइटिस दिवस-2023 का थीम वन लाइफ, वन लीवर है।

डॉ. मोहिनीश छाबड़ा ने हेपेटाइटिस के कारण, लक्षण और रोकथाम के तरीकों पर बात करते हुए बताया कि हेपेटाइटिस एक सामान्य शब्द है जिसका उपयोग लीवर की सूजन का वर्णन करने के लिए किया जाता है। लीवर की सूजन कई वायरस (वायरल हेपेटाइटिस), कैमिकल्स, दवाओं, शराब, कुछ जेनेटिक डिस्आॅर्डस या ओवरएक्टिव इम्यून सिस्टम के कारण हो सकती है जो गलती से लीवर पर हमला करती है, जिसे ऑटोइम्यून हेपेटाइटिस कहा जाता है। इसके कोर्स के आधार पर, हेपेटाइटिस तीव्र हो सकता है, जो अचानक बढ़ता है और फिर चला जाता है, या क्रोनिक हो सकता है, जो एक दीर्घकालिक स्थिति है जो आमतौर पर अधिक सूक्ष्म लक्षण और प्रगतिशील लीवर को क्षति देतर है। यह रोग हेपेटाइटिस वायरस ए, बी, सी, ई या डी (डेल्टा) के साथ-साथ कुछ दुर्लभ वायरस जैसे एपस्टीन-बार वायरस (ईबी) के कारण होता है।

उन्होंने बताया कि मरीजों में भूख न लगना, नोसिया, उल्टी, बुखार, सिरदर्द, सुस्ती, गहरे रंग का पेशाब, पीलिया, पेट में दर्द और पैरों में सूजन जैसे लक्षण दिखाई देते हैं।

हेपेटाइटिस के प्रकार के बारें में जानकारी साझी करते हुए डाॅ छाबड़ा ने बताया कि हेपेटाइटिस ए और ई दूषित भोजन और पानी से फैलते हैं और लीवर की विफलता का कारण बन सकते हैं। ए और ई दोनों वायरस गंभीर बीमारी का कारण बनते हैं जो पीलिया और बुखार के रूप में सामने आती है, जो आमतौर पर कुछ दिनों तक रहती है। हालाँकि, कुछ मामलों में यह घातक भी हो सकता है। ये वायरस क्रोनिक हेपेटाइटिस, लीवर सिरोसिस या लीवर कैंसर का कारण नहीं बनते हैं।

 

उन्होंने बताया कि हेपेटाइटिस बी और सी अधिक चिंता का विषय हैं क्योंकि ये क्रोनिक हेपेटाइटिस का कारण बन सकते हैं, जिससे सिरोसिस और हेपैटोसेलुलर कैंसर हो सकता है। हेपेटाइटिस सी आम तौर पर क्रोनिक हेपेटाइटिस या सिरोसिस के साथ पहली बार प्रकट होता है। जबकि हेपेटाइटिस बी को टीके से रोका जा सकता है, हेपेटाइटिस सी के लिए कोई टीका नहीं है। वहीं हेपेटाइटिस डी एक लीवर संक्रमण है और इसके गंभीर लक्षण हो सकते हैं।

उन्होंने बताया कि हेपेटाइटिस ए और ई से खुद को बचाने के लिए स्वच्छ पेयजल का सेवन करें और बाजार में कटे फल और सब्जियां खाने से बचें। छह महीने के अंतराल पर दी जाने वाली वैक्सीन की दो खुराक हेपेटाइटिस ए के कारण होने वाले संक्रमण को रोकने में मदद करती है। यह टीका 18 वर्ष तक के बच्चों को दिया जाता है। जिन वयस्कों को टीका नहीं लगा है, उन्हें भी टीका दिया जा सकता है। हेपेटाइटिस ए और बी के कारण होने वाली बीमारियों को रोकने के लिए टीकाकरण महत्वपूर्ण है।

 

डाॅ छाबड़ा ने बताया कि हेपेटाइटिस बी के टीके की तीन खुराकें, दूसरी और तीसरी खुराकें, पहली खुराक के एक और छह महीने बाद दी जाती हैं, जो 20 से अधिक वर्षों तक 90 प्रतिशत सुरक्षा प्रदान करती हैं। उच्च जोखिम वाले समूहों में डायलिसिस पर लोग, ट्रांसप्लांट रोगी, इंट्रावेनियस दवा उपयोगकर्ता, जेल के कैदी, चिकित्सा पेशेवर और यौनकर्मी शामिल हैं। टैटू बनवाने, सड़क किनारे नाई के पास जाने, सीरिंज और सुई साझा करने से बचें, इसके अलावा किसी संक्रमित व्यक्ति की निजी चीजें जैसे रेजर, टूथब्रश आदि का उपयोग करने से बचें। सुरक्षित यौन का ध्यान रखे।

औषधीय प्रणालियों की तुलना में आयुर्वेद के क्या फायदे हैं और यह कैसे काम करता है, पर चर्चा करते हुए आचार्य स्वामी राजेश्वरानंद ने बताया कि सबसे पहले यह जान लेना आवश्यक है कि आयुर्वेद क्या है, आयुर्वेद का अर्थ है जीवन का विज्ञान। यदि हम मेडिकल साईंस की बात करें तो कोई 200 साल पुराना है कोई 400 साल पुराना है लेकिन आयुर्वेद तब से है  जब से मानव सृष्टि में है। यह कहना सही नही होगा कि आयुर्वेद 5000 वर्षो से है बल्कि इसके लेख मिलते हैं यह करोड़ो वर्षो से है क्योंकि जब भी उस समय बीमार होता था तो इसे ही उपयोग में लाया जाता था। उन्होंने बताया कि आयुर्वेद से उपचार बहुत ही प्रभावशाली होता है। उन्होंने कहा कि किसी भी बीमारी का इलाज मेडिकल साइंस नही कर पाई है चाहे वह डायबिटीज हो या फिर अर्थराइड्स। यह दवाएं या तो दर्द निवारक होती है या इनमें को न कोई नशीला प्रदार्थ होता है । कोई भी मेडिकल दवा यदि हम लेते है तो वह कभी न कभी शरीर में दुष्प्रभाव छोड़ती है।

आयुर्वेद एक प्राचीन समग्र उपचार प्रणाली है प्रत्येक व्यक्ति की कॉन्स्टिट्यूशन या बनावट  विशिष्ट और अनोखी होती है। कुछ आधुनिक चिकित्सा प्रणालियों के विपरीत जो अक्सर केवल लक्षणों के इलाज पर ध्यान केंद्रित करती हैं, आयुर्वेद निवारक स्वास्थ्य देखभाल पर महत्वपूर्ण जोर देता है। सफाई और विषहरण, आयुर्वेद शरीर से संचित विषाक्त पदार्थों (अमा) को निकालने के लिए नियमित सफाई और विषहरण पर जोर देता है।

आचार्य स्वामी राजेश्वरानंद ने बताया कि स्वास्थ्य के  पुराने मामलों में आयुर्वेदिक उपचार की प्रभावशीलता और गति कई कारकों की वजह से  भिन्न हो सकती है, जिसमें स्थिति की गंभीरता और जटिलता, व्यक्ति का समग्र स्वास्थ्य, उपचार योजना का अनुपालन और आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक की विशेषज्ञता शामिल है। उन्होंने बताया आयुर्वेदिक उपचार में आहार की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है क्योंकि इसे स्वास्थ्य और कल्याण के मूलभूत स्तंभों में से एक माना जाता है। आयुर्वेद में, भोजन को केवल पोषण के स्रोत के रूप में नहीं बल्कि एक शक्तिशाली औषधि के रूप में देखा जाता है जो शरीर, मन और आत्मा को प्रभावित कर सकता है। एक संतुलित और उचित आहार स्वास्थ्य को बनाए रखने, बीमारियों को रोकने और शरीर की प्राकृतिक उपचार प्रक्रियाओं का समर्थन करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।

उन्होंने कहा कि बीमारी का इलाज एक माहिर आयुर्वेदिक डॉक्टर से ही करवाना चाहिए क्योंकि एक डॉक्टर  मरीज की प्रकृति  के इलाज  को समझ कर इलाज करता है।  बिना डॉक्टर के परामर्श से दवा नही लेनी चाहिए।

Chandigarh, July 27, 2023:-एसबीआई एसएमईसी अंबाला ने  प्रेम नगर अम्बाला सिटी में उप महाप्रबंधक टीकम सिंह गहलोत की अध्यक्षता में 'कस्टमर मीट' का आयोजन किया। इस कस्टमर मीट के दौरान बैंक की ओर से बिजनेस बिरादरी को अपने स्टॉक और संपत्ति का बीमा कराने के महत्व और एसबीआई जनरल के अन्य उत्पादों के बारे में जागरूक किया गया। इस मौके पर बैंक के उप महाप्रबंधक टीकम सिंह गहलोत ने बताया कि हाल ही में हुई बारिश और बाढ़ के कारण संपत्ति और व्यापार को काफी नुकसान हुआ है।  उन्होंने बताया कि अपनी सहायक कंपनी 'एसबीआई जनरल' के माध्यम से अग्रणी भूमिका निभाई है और 1 करोड़ 38 लाख रुपये के 60 बीमा दावों का निपटान किया। कस्टमर मीट के दौरान उप महाप्रबंधक पंचकुला मॉड्यूल टीकम सिंह गहलोत द्वारा लाभार्थियों को प्रतीकात्मक चेक वितरित किए गए। कस्टमर मीट में अंबाला के 70 से अधिक उद्यमियों ने भाग लिया और एसबीआई के इस कदम से उत्साहित और प्रसन्न महसूस किया।  उप महाप्रबंधक टीकम सिंह गहलोत ने कहा कि एसएमईसी टीम अम्बाला एसएमई ग्राहकों के पूर्ण समर्थन और सरकार के साथ-साथ बैंक की अपनी योजनाओं के कार्यान्वयन के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।

Chandigarh, July 27, 2023:-प्राचीन कला केंद्र एवं एक्ट यूनिवर्सल दुबई के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में  "नो इंडिया कल्चरल एक्सचेंज प्रोग्राम- 2023" के तहत एक रंगारंग कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। जिस में दुबई की  संस्था एक्ट यूनिवर्सल एवं प्राचीन कला केंद्र के गुरु शिष्य परंपरा के अंतर्गत सीख रहे विदेशी बच्चों ने सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम पेश करके दर्शकों को मोहित कर दिया।  इस तरह के कार्यक्रम आयोजित करके प्राचीन कला केंद्र कला की दुनिया में सफलता के नए आयाम लिख रहा है।  इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन केंद्र के एम एल कौसर सभागार में किया गया।  इस कार्यक्रम को आयोजित करने में जानी मानी  कत्थक नृत्यांगना एवं केंद्र की डिप्टी रजिस्ट्रार डॉ समीरा कौसर ने विशेष भूमिका अदा की।  

पारम्परिक द्वीप प्रज्वलन के पश्चात  गणेश वंदना से कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की गई।  उसके बाद केंद्र में कत्थक की शिक्षा ले रही कज़ाकिस्तान की  लुनारा द्वारा एक कज़ाक़स्तानी भक्ति नृत्य पेश किया गया। उपरांत बांग्लादेश के नाहयान  चौधरी द्वारा  बांग्लादेशी नृत्य "नौका " पेश किया गया।  उसके उपरांत रमीना द्वारा एक खास  कज़ाक़स्तानी क्षेत्रीय नृत्य  ओघीयर  पेश किया गया जिसे दर्शकों ने खूब सराहा। कार्यक्रम को आगे बढ़ाते हुए दुबई के बच्चो द्वारा भरतनाट्यम नृत्य पेश किया गया जिस में भरतनाट्यम का तकनीकी पक्ष अल्लारीपु  पेश किया गया।

इस उपरांत  दुबई के बच्चों द्वारा पारम्परिक नृत्य खलीजी पेश किया गया जिस में पारंपरिक एवं मॉडर्न नृत्य का समावेश  है , इसके बाद कार्यक्रम को संगीतमयी रंग में रंगा गया।  सबसे पहले केंद्र  में संगीत सीख रही बांग्लादेश की शौरीन ने राग मालकौंस   में निबद्ध एक रचना पेश की।  उपरांत दुबई से आयी कलाकार द्वारा  कर्नाटक संगीत में  राग हिंडोल में निबद्ध एक रचना पेश की गई ।  इसके बाद केंद्र के बच्चों द्वारा कत्थक नृत्य पेश किया गया और 

कार्यक्रम के अंत में  बच्चों को सर्टिफिकेट भीं प्रदान किये गए । इस कार्यक्रम में केंद्र की रजिस्ट्रार डॉ शोभा कौसर एवं डिप्टी रजिस्ट्रार डॉ समीरा कौसर भी उपस्थित थी और दुबई से आये आलोक कुमार ने कार्यक्रम का संचालन किया ।

Trident Stallions have made it to the semi-finals of the Sher-e-Punjab T20 Cup. Team Stallions are fourth in the points table with 20 points. In the last league match, the team lost by 8 runs at the hands of Blasters, but it did not affect the team. They will again face the Blasters in the semi-finals.

Trident Stallions have had a stellar run in the Cup. The team has played 10 league matches so far and won 4 matches. The team definitely suffered defeat in 4 matches and two of their matches were canceled due to rain. The team has 20 points on its account. Out of the last four matches of the league round, Nehal Wadhera's team registered three wins and secured a place in the knockouts. His encounter with the Blasters is now possible. They have won 7 out of 10 matches and are leading the table with 28 points.

In the last league match, Trident bowled well and BLV Blasters could only manage 141/6 in 20 overs. Kunwar Pathak scored 42 and Prerit Dutta scored 39 runs. Shahbaz took 2 wickets for Trident, while Sahil Khan, Manav Vashisht, Gourav Choudhary and Aryaman Singh took 1-1 wickets. In reply, Trident Stallions batted well but fell short by 8 runs in the last over. After Nehal Wadhera's 27, Harshdeep's 24 and Salil Arora's 21 runs, the team could only manage 133/7 runs in 20 overs. Prerit Dutta took 3 wickets, while Krishan, Naman Dhir and Sameer Khan took 1-1 wickets.

Meeting of the Administrator’s Advisory Council of Sports Department Held

Chandigarh, July 27, 2023:- A meeting of the Standing Committee of the Administrators Advisory Council of Sports Department UT Chandigarh at Lake Sports Complex Chandigarh was held on Thursday at Lake Sports Complex which was chaired by Sanjay Tandon. Those who present on the occasion include Saurabh Arora, Director, UT Sports Department and Committee Secretary, Col. HS Chahal, Col Irshad Khan,  Saurabh Duggal, President, Chandigarh Golf Club, Anil Vohra, General Secretary, Chandigarh Hockey Association, former Taekwondo player Gurpreet Dhillon and UT XEN Anil Sharma and others.

During the meeting, it was agreed that each member would visit three sports complexes and submit their report for their necessary improvement and analysis would be done till the next meeting as to how much improvement has been done in the matter. Chairman Sanjay Tandon told that during a sports program organized at the Multi Sports Complex in Sector 50 recently, he found many flaws in the table tennis hall and invited suggestions from the players present there. He asked the secretary of the committee, Saurabh Arora, to get the engineering department of the administration to intervene in this matter to rectify the shortcomings. Gurpreet Dhillon informed the committee that there is a lack of coaches in many sports to which the secretary ensured that soon coaches are being appointed in every sports discipline.

During the meeting, it was also proposed that at least one member of the sports associations of the city must be present in the upcoming meetings so that issues related to their sports can be discussed in depth.

During the meeting, many points of the Sports Draft Policy were also discussed. Saurabh Arora said that according to the policy, the scholarship of outstanding players has been increased from Rs 5000 per player to Rs 60000 per year, which is a good sign for the sports in the city. He was also informed that the corpus fund available with the administration is also being used to encourage sportspersons from the underprivileged section. Tandon also mentioned that in order to further promote sports in the city, he contacted Olympian Abhinav Bindra who suggested that the sports policy should also include the Olympic Values Education Program. He has also given the details of the program in this direction to Sanjay Tandon. International golfer Jeev Milkha Singh could not attend the meeting due to his engagement abroad.

In the end, a call was also given to implement the sports draft policy pending before the administration so that the sportspersons of the city can get benefits soon.

United Sikhs Launches Comprehensive 3-Phase Rehabilitation Program for Flood-Affected Areas of Punjab

Carrying out extensive relief efforts across the flood-affected regions, United Sikhs, a noted global non-profit organization, is aiming to rehabilitate affected lives with their comprehensive 3-phase relief program.

In the wake of the devastating floods that have left large parts of rural Punjab inundated, their on-the-ground volunteers have reached more than 500 villages with medical aid, and emergency relief items in the villages of Rupnagar, Anandpur Sahib, Kiratpur Sahib, Chamkaur Sahib, Machhiwara (Ludhiana), Patiala, Shahpur (Jalandhar), Mansa, and Sardulgarh. Their teams have also reached out to extend relief work in the inaccessible villages in Dera Baba Nanak.

In the ongoing first phase, they are providing immediate relief to the affected families across the breadth of the affected regions of Punjab.

During this phase, having carried out rescue operations, they are continuing to provide emergency relief supplies to affected families and their livestock. Their volunteers are reaching out to the affected families with urgent needs for food, water, clothing, tents, fodder, and other essential items. The dedicated teams are working tirelessly to ensure that basic necessities reach the affected individuals during this challenging time. Additionally, they are providing ambulance services, medical care and essential medicines to address the health needs of those impacted by the floods.

Once the initial rescue and relief efforts have been completed, their focus will shift toward rebuilding and rehabilitating the affected communities in the second phase of the relief efforts. They will work towards rebuilding homes that have been destroyed and providing assistance to those who have lost their farm animals. Additionally, they aim to offer urgent monetary aid for miscellaneous needs that arise during the recovery process, helping families get back on their feet. Medical camps will be held to continue to provide education, medicine, and check-ups.

Their commitment extends beyond immediate relief and short-term solutions. In Phase 3 of their long-term rehabilitation, they aim to extend their Project Kirti to flood-affected families. They would adopt farms to provide seeds and fertilizers, ensuring a sustainable livelihood for the affected farmers. Furthermore, for people interested in exploring careers outside of farming, they aim to equip individuals with essential resources such as e-rickshaws, food carts, sewing machines, and offer job-ready skills training and certification. Through these efforts, they strive to empower the affected communities with the means to rebuild their lives and secure a brighter future.

समापन दिवस पर, प्रसिद्ध मालिश चिकित्सक कैप्टन हरवीर सिंह ने जीवन शैली (मुद्रा संबंधी) विकारों के लिए निवारक और चिकित्सीय उपायों और मालिश चिकित्सा के उपचार प्रभावों के बारे में जागरूकता पैदा की। उन्होंने साझा किया कि मालिश सबसे पुरानी उपचार परंपराओं में से एक है। उन्होंने मालिश के शारीरिक लाभों के बारे में साझा किया, जिसमें मांसपेशियों में तनाव कम होना, परिसंचरण में सुधार, लसीका प्रणाली की उत्तेजना, तनाव हार्मोन में कमी, जोड़ों की गतिशीलता और लचीलेपन में वृद्धि, कोमल ऊतकों की चोटों की रिकवरी में सुधार और मानसिक सतर्कता में वृद्धि शामिल है। उन्होंने साझा किया कि कई प्राचीन लोग - जिनमें प्राचीन यूनानी, मिस्रवासी, चीनी और भारतीय शामिल थे - मालिश के चिकित्सीय गुणों के प्रति आश्वस्त थे और इसका उपयोग विभिन्न प्रकार की बीमारियों के इलाज के लिए करते थे।
