प्राइवेट फाइनेंसर कर रहे लूटखसोट व् धक्केशाही: भारी ब्याज पर दे रहे लोन

Chandigarh 31st July:- चंडीगढ़ मोहाली और खरड़ एरिया के लगभग 13 लोगों ने चंडीगढ़ के एक निजी फाइनेंसर पर उनको दिए गए लोन के पुरे पैसे वापिस कर देने के बाबजूद भी धोखे से उनसे और पैसे हथियाने के लिए किसी अन्य शख्स द्वारा उनके चेक बाउंस करवा उन पर झूठे मुकद्दमे किये जाने के गंभीर आरोप लगाए है। इस मामले में पुलिस द्वारा भी सहयोग मिल पाने से ये सभी और ज्यादा दुखी है।

चंडीगढ़ प्रेस क्लब में आयोजित प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में दीपक शर्मा, संजीव कुमार, सोनू कुमार, नीरज कुमार, अमित कुमार, प्रशांत शर्मा, सुशील शर्मा, अनीता देवी, आशीष भल्ला, पवन कुमार, ईशान शर्मा, टिंकू कुमार, शैलेश कुमार, अनिल कुमार और राम मूरत ने बताया कि उन सभी ने किसी किसी घरेलू मज़बूरी के चलते चंडीगढ़ के एक प्राइवेट फाइनेंसर इंदरप्रीत सिंह से सेक्टर 56 के रहने वाले लव कुमार (बिचौलिये) के माध्यम से लोन लिया था। पेमेंट देने के लिए फाइनेंसर ने लव कुमार के जरिये उनसे 02 चेक, गारंटर के 02 चेक, आधार कार्ड और पैन कार्ड की कॉपी के साथ एक ब्लेंक परनोट पर सिग्नेचर करवा लिए थे, इसके साथ ही उसने उनसे 10 फीसदी ब्याज तुरंत भी जमा करवा देने को कहा। फाइनेंसर इंदरप्रीत सिंह महीने के 30 फीसदी के हिसाब से ब्याज पर लोन देता है। हालांकि ब्याज ज्यादा है, लेकिन मज़बूरी और तंगी के चलते उन्हें ये भी सहन करना पड़ा

उन्होंने आगे बताया कि उन सभी ने फाइनेंसर इंदरप्रीत सिंह को ली गयी लोन की मूल रकम लौटा भी दी है, जिसके उनके पास पुख्ता डाक्यूमेंट्स भी है, लेकिन उसके बाबजूद भी फाइनेंसर ने उनके द्वारा दिए गए चेक अपने किसी अन्य जानकार के माध्यम से बैंक में लगा कर बाउंस करवा लिए और उनमे से कुछ पर 138 का केस डलवा दिया। इस सम्बन्ध में जब उन सब ने एकजुट हो लव कुमार से बात की कि वो तो अपना लिया गया लोन लौटा चुके है तो फिर ये चेक बैंक में क्यों लगे, तो उसने उनकी बात सुनंने से ही मना कर दिया, बल्कि धमकाया कि तुम सब से जो बन पड़ता है कर लो।

दीपक शर्मा और सोनू कुमार ने आगे बताया कि इस सब से दुखी हो उन्होंने अपनी शिकायत एस एस पी( चंडीगढ़ पुलिस) विंडो पर दी। यहाँ से उनकी शिकायत सेक्टर 56 स्थित पलसौरा  चौकी रेफर हुयी। वह से बुलाये जाने पर जब वो सब वहां पहुंचे तो चौकी के स्टाफ ने कहा कि वो अपना मामला फाइनेंसर से खुद ही निपटा ले, क्यों कि पैसों के लेन देन के मामले में पुलिस हस्तक्षेप नहीं कर सकती।

उन्होंने कहा कि इंदरप्रीत सिंह जैसे ट्राईसिटी में बहुत सारे फाइनेंसर है जो मजबूर और लाचार लोगों कि जरुरत का फायदा उठा रहे है। और तो और इन के पास किसी भी तरह का लाइसेंस भी नही है और  लोन देने का उनका यह धंधा अवैध रूप  से चल रहा है।इसलिए वो चाहते है कि ऐसे लूटखसोट करने वाले फाइनेंसर्स पर शिकंजा कसा जाये।
दीपक कुमार ने कहा कि वो सभी मध्यमवर्गीय परिवारों से ताल्लुक रखते है, वो लोग दिहाड़ी मजदूरी कर बड़ी मुश्किल से दो वक़्त का खाना जूता पाते है। अगर ऐसा ही होता रहा तो उनके परिवार कि भूखों मरने कि नौबत जाएगी। जबकि कुछेक तो सुसाइड का प्रयास भी कर चुके है।

जब इस बारे में बिचौलिए लव कुमार से बात की गयी तो उन्होंने इस पुरे मामले पर अपनी किसी भी तरह की इन्वॉल्वमेंट से इंकार कर दिया और ये भी कहा कि अगर इन लोगों ने पैसे लोन पर लेकर सभी पैसे वापिस कर दिए है और उनके पास सबूत है तो फिर क्यों घबरा रहे है।


Mahindra’s Latest Offering Codenamed U321-Marazzo

The Mahindra Design Studio and Italian design house Pininfarina have collaborated closely during the design development process -- as a result the Marazzo reflects a design language that is an integral part of Mahindra's bold, new generation of vehicles. Its shark-inspired design is evident in the streamlined and aerodynamic shape,in the overall silhouette and in the front grille inserts which resemble shark-like teeth and adds to the vehicle's aggressive stance. The design cues further flow into the tail lamps that are inspired by the tail of a shark

Monsoon Beauty Fest Celebrates By Persona

CM Launches World's Largest Anti Drug Campaign

Chandigarh 30th July:- Chief Minister of Punjab, Captain Amarinder Singh, today launched World's Largest Anti Drug Campaign in a function organized by Joint Action Committee (JAC) today at Chandigarh. Brahm Mohindra, Health & Medical Education Minister; S. Sadhu Singh Dharamsot, Welfare Minister for SCs and BCs ; Rana Sodhi, Sports and Youth Affairs Minister; Asha Kumari, Congress Incharge etc were the Guests of Honour on the occasion. Ashwani Sekhari, Chairman, JAC presided over the function while Dr. Anshu Kataria, Spokesman JAC and S. Jagjit Singh, President, B.Ed Federation were the moderators of the event.

Captain Amarinder Singh appreciated the Joint initiative of JAC towards this campaign. Captain said that we are determined to eradicate the evil of drugs from the roots of Punjab and to meet this challenge the millions of youth of Punjab is the supreme power if can be used in right direction.

Captain Amarinder Singh further said that with this venture of JAC, this campaign would reach to every youth of Punjab under the leadership of Ashwani Sekhari. He also handed over the Oath letters to all the Presidents of 13 Associations and appealed to make their campuses Drug Free.

Rana Sodhi while speaking said that sports Dept of Punjab is also working in this direction. Soon policies would be made for sportsmen, coaches also against Drug use. He assured full support to JAC for this campaign. He appealed the Chairmen to involve youth of Colleges into the sports activities so that their minds can be ignited with positive thoughts.

Ashwani Sekhri said that after the launching the campaign would be taken to each Tehsils/ Mandals/Blocks/Taluqs, Municipalities, Nagar Panchayats, Village Panchayats etc through 5 lakh Youth of Punjab. 

Spokesman JAC, Dr. Anshu Kataria said that in next 2 months this campaign would be taken to 5 lakh youth of 1600 Unaided Colleges situated in 22 Districts of Punjab wherein students would take oath against the drugs. JAC would attempt to make new World record to fight against the drugs.

All the Chairmen and JAC members took oath to make their campuses drugs free and educate their students about the ill effects and consequences of drugs in their Campuses.
