Chandigarh 13th April:- Tiny Tots of DAV School Sector 8 Panchkula celebrated Baisakhi festival with great enthusiasm. Kindergarten wore a festive look as the kindergarteners dressed in traditional attire trooped in the 'village' of Punjab specially created by them. After enjoying a craft workshop in which they made the age old 'Pankhi' and 'dhol' little girls in colourful suits and boys in kurta pyjama performed 'Bhangra', one of the most popular dance forms of Punjab living up to the spirit of Baisakhi, the children enjoyed a special meal of Khichari and paranthas.
