Oscar Fernandes inaugurates helpdesk of NSUI at Panjab University

Chandigarh, 26th June:--Even as there was a huge protest,among students.Transport and Highway minister Oscar Fernandes inaugurated the National Students' Union of India (NSUI) help desk at Panjab University. The police was finding it difficult to handle the situation and the PU authorities were nowhere to be seen. 

Talking about the situation in Uttrakhand, he said that repair works would be started soon.....
