The practice was attended by the employees of the college, students, yoga lovers from various schools and colleges and public members including part-time yoga instructors. The chief guest expressed great happiness on the practice of the protocol in his address. All activities were encouraged to link yoga practice with various diseases and to vote. While conducting the programme, Ms. Sarghi Kohli and Dr. Gunanidhi Sharma from the Yoga Faculty of the college started the programme with chanting of mantras. Later, refreshments were provided to all the participants.
Thereafter, the international conference began a national conference titled "Yoga: A Graceful Journey Inward" brought together renowned speakers who were luminaries in the field of Yoga. The aim of conference was to explain various dimensions of Yoga from philosophical to its practical applications in modern life. The National Conference started with Lightening of the Lamp and with chanting of Indian Vedic mantras and Saraswati Vandana by Dr. Gunanidhi Sharma. The students of Yoga gave a captivating presentation on Yogasana. The programme was conducted by Dr. Anupama Kaushal and Ms. Sarghi Kohli, the organizing secretaries of the programme. All the dignitaries were welcomed by Dr. Mahender Singh Principal of the college. The chief guest of the national conference was Professor Dr. G.D. Sharma (former Registrar Patanjali University Haridwar), along with being a keynote speaker, the other spekers were Dr. Girish Jha Yogacharya, USA, Dr. Bharat Singh International Yogacharya and Dr. Satya Prakash Pathak, Assistant Professor, Yoga Department Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla.
Prof. Dr. G.D Sharma in his address spoke about the wholeness of the process of yoga which can lead a person towards a concentrated and one pointed frame of mind.

Dr. Bharat International Yoga expert discussed the integration of yoga into daily life for holistic well being
Dr Satya Prakash Pathak, Assistant Professor, Yoga Department, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla shared his views. While giving a lecture on the background of Vedic science, he shared his views on the inner journey with the knowledge of Vedas-Vedanta-Gita-Upanishad-Yoga. There was great enthusiasm in the organizers and activities of this national conference.
Yoga teachers, therapists, yoga practitioners, doctors and students associated with various health organizations of Chandigarh-Panchkula-Mohali and outside participated. Certificates were given to all. The Yogaarohan programme was attended by around 500 people.
