It was purchased on 26th July 2021 from Kitabo Devi, wife of Satnarayan, resident of House No. 769, Village Kalwon, Birayan Patti, Kalwa, Tehsil Narwana, District Jind, Haryana. On the same day Kitabo Devi gave her the possession of this house and since then she has been living in this house with her family. As per the terms of the agreement, Kitabo Devi was supposed to do the registry of this house on 1st October 2021, but she did not get the house registered that day. After that she filed a civil suit (case number CS 933/2021) in Hon'ble District Court Kharar for getting the registry done. The Hon'ble Judge, after listening to her plea, issued a notice to Kitabo Devi on 28th April 2021 and stayed the possession of the house.
