Chandigarh 07th January:- The Adviser to the Administrator, Vijay Dev along with the Mayor Poonam Sharma, Commissioner, MC B. Purushartha, Joint Commissioner, MC Rajiv Kumar Gupta, and other senior officials of the MC, today launched the "Swachh Bharat Campaign" at the Plaza of Sector-17, Chandigarh.
The Adviser to the Administrator greeted the officials, citizens and the Safai Karamcharis who had gathered during the launch. He further added that there has been a huge participation from citizens in the cleanliness campaign, wherein more and more people want to be associated in this drive.
Vijay Dev, further said that if we take the pledge of keeping our surroundings clean at home and workplace, the dream of making Chandigarh the cleanest city would soon become a reality.
