Chandigarh 26th October:- Chandigarh Police arrested Kuldeep of Sector-25, Chandigarh near Himachal Bhawan, Sector-24, Chandigarh, while consuming liquor at public place. A Case FIR No. 440 U/S 68-1- 14 Excise Act has been registered at PS-11, Chandigarh. Accused was later on bailed out. Police starts further investigation.
Similarly in another case Chandigarh Police arrested Dinesh of BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh, Puneet of BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh and Sonu R/o # 2016/B, EWS, Dhanas, Chandigarh near Sarai, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh while consuming liquor at public place. A Case FIR No. 416 U/S 68-1- 14 Excise Act has been registered at PS-26, Chandigarh. Accused were later on bailed out. Police starts further investigation.
