Chandigarh 11th December:- A lecture on "Academic Performance Indicator in Higher Education in India: An appraisal" was organized at MCM DAV College for Women, Chandigarh under Faculty Development Programme. The speaker Dr. Gulshan Kumar, Associate Professor (Economics) at UILS, Panjab University, Chandigarh discussed the modalities & challenges of API. All members of the teaching staff enthusiastically participated in the interaction / feedback session that followed. The ambiguity surrounding API was brought to fore & the discussion proved to be a unique platform for a better understanding of the API. The event was also attended by the faculty of other colleges of the city.
THE Principal of MCM, Dr. Puneet Bedi lauded the endeavour & said that this platform will foster amongst educators a better knowledge of technicalities of our approval system.
