Chandigarh 26th December:---- Computer Teachers & Data Entry Operators today observed a HUNGER STRIKE in support of their long pending demands of regularisation. Computer Teachers & Data Entry Operators today gathered at 16 & 17 sector's light point in front of Rose Garden with Banner and putting BLACK RIBBONS on there mouth. After that they moved to sector 20 masjid ground in contribution of there protest.
According to the spokesperson of the Union that they are protesting for regularization of their service according to Punjab Rules (Memo No. 1/49/09-2C/2494-2536). They are suffering from a lot of mentally tension if anything happen to us then the officers of Education Department Education Secretary & Advisor, Director Public Instructor (s) DPI, District Education Officer (DEO), will be responsible for this. They are sending registering post to PMO office regarding their meeting with Prime Minister of India, as he is coming to Mullapur on 30th December, 2013.
