Military Equipment To Be Display on 9th November At Maharaja Ranjit Singh Armed Forces Preparatory Institute

Mohali 08^th November: -- ^{Now general public may have the glimpses of Military Equipment.Which is going to be displayed on 09th November at Maharaja Ranjit Singh Armed Forces Preparatory Institute S.A.S. Nagar.}

^{Maj. Gen (Retd) B.S. Grewal Director of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Armed Forces Preparatory Institute S.A.S. Nagar said that HQ Western Command are going to display of military equipment in our premises on 09 Nov. 2013 from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM . The aim of the display is to provide an opportunity to the citizens of S.A.S. Nagar in general and to school/college children in particular to see the equipment in use in the Indian Army and to motive the youth to join the armed forces. Mr.Grewal also Said that Maharaja Ranjit Singh Armed Forces Preparatory Institute has been set up by the government of Punjab in Sector 77, S.A.S. Nagar. The institute aims at training selected young men from the state for a commission in the armed forces through the National Defence Academy.}
