Chandigarh Police arrested Bhura R/o # 1057, DBC, Sector-25, Chandigarh from main road, Cremation Ground, Sector-25, Chandigarh on 6.6.2013 and recovered 24 Quarters of country made wine from his possession. A Case U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. 11, Chandigarh. Accused later on bailed out. Further investigation is going on.
Chandigarh Police arrested Sanjay R/o Jhuggi No. 342, Janta Colony, Sector-25, Chandigarh near his house on 6.6.2013 and recovered 19 boxes of country made wine from his possession. A Case U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in P.S. 11, Chandigarh. Accused later on bailed out. Further investigation is going on.

Accused later on bailed out. Further investigation is going on.

Sanjay Jaswal R/o # 21, Saini Vihar, Baltana, Distt-Mohali alleged that three unknown occupants of Three Wheeler No. Not known, beaten him and robbed Cash Rs. 900/-, mobile phone and some documents from Railway Bridge, Chandigarh on 6.6.2013. A Case U/S 392,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. MM, Chandigarh. The case is under investigation.
Sh. Deepak Walia R/o # 103, Sector-51, Chandigarh reported that someone has stolen his Scorpio No. CH-04C-9482 from in front of his house on the night intervening 3/4.6.2013. A Case U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. 34, Chandigarh. The case is under investigation.
A lady resident of Chandigarh alleged that Ashok Kumar and Deepak both R/o # 142, Village-Burail, Chandigarh beaten her on 6.6.2013. She got injured and admitted to GMCH-32. A Case U/S 323,324,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. 34, Chandigarh. Both accused have been arrested in this case. The case is under investigation.

A Case U/S 420,120-B IPC has been registered in P.S. 36, Chandigarh. The case is under investigation.
Dr. Rooma Pandhi R/o # 1151, Sector-36, Chandigarh reported that someone has stolen her purse containing Cash Rs. 5,000/-, one mobile phone and D/L from her Car near Apni Mandi, Sector-43, Chandigarh. A Case U/S 379 IPC has been registered in P.S. 36, Chandigarh. The case is under investigation.

A Case U/S 13-3-67 Gambling Act has been registered in P.S. 39, Chandigarh. Both, accused later on bailed out. Further investigation is going on.
