The players associated with Budo Kai Do Mixed Martial Arts Federation of India won 5 Gold, 7 Silver and 4 Bronze medals by performing their best in the Open National Teakwondo Championship held at Garhwal Bhavan, Sector 29 A here recently.
The team was led by coach R P Sharma, assistant coach Manjeet Singh, and manager Manpreet singh.
The winning team included Karanveer Singh, Ekamveer Singh, Sahilpreet Singh, Pardeep Kumar, Gurswek Singh, Manpreet Singh, Hardeep Singh, Kiranpreet Singh, Harpreet Singh, Sukhjeet Singh Thind, Prabhjot Singh, Harjeet Singh, Jagdeep Singh, Amreek Singh, Sukhchain Singh, Jagatran Singh, Jaswinder Singh, Gurwinder Singh, Ranjeet Singh, Jasjandeep Singh, Gurpreet Singh,Simmerjeet Singh, Kulwinder Singh and Gurjeet Singh.
Sardar Sharanjeet Singh, President, Budo Kai Do Mixed Martial Arts Federation of India, said that this is a proud moment for the federation when the team has claimed multiple medals in the Taikwando championship. Our players are doing well on the field. They are prepared to for national and international tournaments. He wishes all success for their sporting future.
