पारस हेल्थ पंचकूला में सफल सर्वाइकल स्पाइन सर्जरी, 62 वर्षीय महिला को मिली दर्द से राहत

Chandigarh, July 31, 2026:-पारस हेल्थ पंचकूला के डॉक्टरों ने 62 वर्षीय महिला की जटिल सर्वाइकल स्पाइन सर्जरी सफलतापूर्वक कर उन्हें लंबे समय से चल रहे गर्दन के दर्द और नसों पर पड़ रहे दबाव से राहत दिलाई। सर्जरी के बाद मरीज की हालत में तेजी से सुधार हुआ और उन्हें स्वस्थ अवस्था में अस्पताल से छुट्टी दे दी गई।

महिला काफी समय से गर्दन में तेज दर्द, हाथों में झुनझुनी और कमजोरी की समस्या से परेशान थीं। धीरे-धीरे उनके लिए रोजमर्रा के काम करना भी मुश्किल हो गया था। जांच के दौरान एमआरआई में गर्दन की रीढ़ की हड्डी की दो डिस्क (सी4-सी5 और सी5-सी6) में गंभीर खराबी और नसों पर दबाव पाया गया। इसके बाद विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरों ने सर्जरी का निर्णय लिया।

पारस हेल्थ के न्यूरोसर्जरी विभाग के निदेशक डॉ. राजीव गोयल ने बताया कि मरीज की दो-स्तरीय सर्वाइकल स्पाइन सर्जरी की गई। इस दौरान खराब हो चुकी डिस्क और अतिरिक्त हड्डी को हटाकर नसों पर दबाव कम किया गया। साथ ही रीढ़ की हड्डी को मजबूती देने के लिए विशेष केज और बोन ग्राफ्ट लगाए गए। सर्जरी पूरी तरह सफल रही और मरीज को जल्द राहत मिलने लगी।

डॉ. राजीव गोयल ने कहा कि गर्दन में लगातार रहने वाले दर्द को सामान्य समस्या समझकर नजरअंदाज नहीं करना चाहिए। यदि नसों या स्पाइनल कॉर्ड पर दबाव बढ़ता है तो हाथों में दर्द, सुन्नपन, कमजोरी और चलने-फिरने में दिक्कत जैसी समस्याएं हो सकती हैं। समय पर जांच और सही इलाज से इन गंभीर परेशानियों से बचा जा सकता है।

सर्जरी के बाद मरीज की रिकवरी अच्छी रही। दर्द में काफी कमी आई और उनकी सामान्य गतिविधियां भी बेहतर होने लगीं। अस्पताल से छुट्टी देते समय उन्हें दवा, फिजियोथेरेपी और नियमित फॉलो-अप की सलाह दी गई।

पारस हेल्थ पंचकूला के फैसिलिटी डायरेक्टर डॉ. पंकज मित्तल ने कहा कि बढ़ती उम्र, लंबे समय तक मोबाइल और कंप्यूटर का उपयोग तथा बदलती जीवनशैली के कारण सर्वाइकल स्पाइन की समस्याएं तेजी से बढ़ रही हैं। ऐसे लक्षण दिखाई देने पर तुरंत विशेषज्ञ से सलाह लेनी चाहिए। समय पर उपचार से नसों को स्थायी नुकसान से बचाया जा सकता है और मरीज सामान्य जीवन में जल्दी लौट सकता है।

डॉ. गर्ग ने कहा कि टाइप 2 डायबिटीज के योग्य मरीजों के लिए मेटाबोलिक सर्जरी सबसे प्रभावी एविडेंस-बेस्ड उपचार विकल्पों में से एक बनकर उभरी है।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਮੰਚ ਦੇ ਅਹੁਦੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਰਗੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਸਾਡੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਾਂ ਬੋਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸਾਰਦੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਖਤਰਨਾਕ ਰੁਝਾਨ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮਾਂ ਬੋਲੀ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸਾਰ ਦੇਵਾਂਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਅਗਲੀ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਨੂੰ ਗੁਰੂ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਨੀ ਵੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਵੱਧ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਯੂ ਟੀ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਉਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਦਰਜਾ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਦਬਾਅ ਵੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ।

संत निरंकारी सत्संग भवन में निःशुल्क नेत्र जांच शिविर 200 लोगों ने लिया स्वास्थ्य लाभ

नेत्र रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ. अनमोलदीप कौर एवं उनकी टीम ने आधुनिक चिकित्सा परामर्श के साथ मरीजों की विस्तृत जांच की। आवश्यकता अनुसार मरीजों को निःशुल्क दवाईयां उपलब्ध कराई गईं, जबकि कमजोर दृष्टि वाले लाभार्थियों को निःशुल्क चश्मे वितरित किए गए। जिन मरीजों में शल्य चिकित्सा की आवश्यकता पाई गई, उन्हें आगे के उपचार हेतु सिविल अस्पताल बरनाला रेफर कर दिया गया।

आरसी ट्रांसफर की नई पॉलिसी पर ऑल इंडिया कार डीलर्स एसोसिएशन, चण्डीगढ़ ने जताई आपत्ति, पुरानी व्यवस्था बहाल करने की मांग

Chandigarh, July 29, 2026:- पंजाब सरकार द्वारा आरसी (रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट) ट्रांसफर प्रक्रिया में किए गए नए बदलावों का ऑल इंडिया कार डीलर्स एसोसिएशन, चण्डीगढ़ ने विरोध किया है। एसोसिएशन ने मोहाली की डिप्टी कमिश्नर डॉ. अंकिता कांसल के माध्यम से पंजाब सरकार को एक मांग-पत्र सौंपकर नई व्यवस्था पर पुनर्विचार करने और पुरानी, सरल प्रक्रिया को बहाल करने की मांग की है।

एसोसिएशन के प्रतिनिधि ज्ञानेश्वर जैन (शैंकी) ने बताया कि पिछले लगभग 30 वर्षों से पंजाब के विभिन्न जिलों में कारों के खरीद-फरोख्त के व्यवसाय से जुड़े कारोबारी सरकार के सभी नियमों का पालन करते हुए अपना कारोबार चला रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि बाहरी राज्यों से वाहन लाकर पंजाब में नियमानुसार टैक्स और अन्य शुल्क जमा किए जाते हैं, जिससे राज्य सरकार के राजस्व में भी महत्वपूर्ण योगदान मिलता है।

मांग-पत्र में कहा गया है कि परिवहन विभाग द्वारा आरसी ट्रांसफर प्रक्रिया को एक चरण के बजाय तीन अलग-अलग चरणों में विभाजित करने से आम उपभोक्ताओं और वाहन कारोबारियों को गंभीर परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ेगा। एसोसिएशन के अनुसार, नई व्यवस्था के कारण दस्तावेज़ बार-बार जमा करने पड़ेंगे, समय और खर्च बढ़ेगा तथा पहले से लंबित आरसी ट्रांसफर मामलों में और अधिक देरी होने की आशंका है।

कार डीलर्स का कहना है कि नई प्रक्रिया में लोन हटाने, आरसी ट्रांसफर और पुनः लोन दर्ज कराने की प्रक्रिया अलग-अलग होने से एक मामले के निपटारे में छह महीने या उससे अधिक समय लग सकता है। इससे बैंक और वित्तीय संस्थान पुरानी गाड़ियों पर ऋण देने में हिचकिचा सकते हैं, जिसका सीधा असर यूज़्ड कार बाजार पर पड़ेगा।

एसोसिएशन ने यह भी दावा किया कि पंजाब में लगभग 80 प्रतिशत नई और पुरानी गाड़ियों की खरीद फाइनेंस के माध्यम से होती है। ऐसे में यदि ऋण प्रक्रिया प्रभावित हुई तो इससे पूरे राज्य में यूज़्ड कार कारोबार और उससे जुड़े लाखों लोगों के रोजगार पर प्रतिकूल प्रभाव पड़ सकता है। साथ ही बार-बार सरकारी कार्यालयों के चक्कर लगाने से लोगों की परेशानियां बढ़ेंगी तथा भ्रष्टाचार की संभावना भी बढ़ सकती है।

मांग-पत्र में यह भी उल्लेख किया गया है कि नई व्यवस्था से सरकारी खर्च में भी वृद्धि होगी, क्योंकि पहले एक आरसी केवल एक बार प्रिंट होती थी, जबकि अब एक ही वाहन के लिए तीन बार आरसी और तीन स्मार्ट कार्ड जारी करने पड़ सकते हैं।

एसोसिएशन ने पंजाब सरकार से आरसी ट्रांसफर प्रक्रिया में किए गए नए बदलावों पर तत्काल पुनर्विचार करने, पूर्व की एक-चरणीय सरल व्यवस्था को बहाल करने तथा उपभोक्ताओं और वाहन कारोबारियों के हितों को ध्यान में रखते हुए पारदर्शी एवं व्यावहारिक प्रणाली लागू करने की मांग की है।

Hepatitis E Should No Longer Be Ignored During the Monsoon: Dr. Arvind Sahni

Mohali, July 28, 2026:--On the occasion of World Hepatitis Day 2026, liver specialists have urged the public and healthcare professionals to pay greater attention to Hepatitis E, one of the leading causes of acute viral hepatitis in India.

Although Hepatitis E is often considered a self-limiting infection, it can lead to severe complications and may become life-threatening in high-risk groups, including pregnant women, patients with chronic liver disease, transplant recipients, and individuals with weakened immunity.

The appeal comes as the World Health Organization (WHO) continues to recognize Hepatitis E as a significant global public health concern. The infection spreads primarily through contaminated drinking water and is closely associated with poor sanitation and seasonal outbreaks, particularly during the monsoon.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Arvind Sahni, Director, Department of Gastroenterology, Fortis Hospital, Mohali, said that every year, we witness a rise in water-borne infections during the monsoon. While diseases such as typhoid and Hepatitis A are widely recognized, Hepatitis E often remains under-recognized despite its potential to cause serious illness in vulnerable individuals.

Dr. Sahni emphasized the importance of recognizing early symptoms such as:

* Jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes)

* Dark urine

* Fatigue and weakness

* Nausea and vomiting

* Loss of appetite

He advised individuals experiencing persistent symptoms to seek prompt medical attention rather than relying on self-medication.

Recent clinical guidance in India has also highlighted the importance of preventing Hepatitis E among adults at increased risk, particularly those living with chronic liver disease and immunocompromised conditions. Along with improvements in sanitation and access to safe drinking water, preventive measures can significantly reduce the burden of severe Hepatitis E.

Dr. Sahni advised the public to:

* Drink only safe and clean water.

* Avoid consuming food prepared under unhygienic conditions.

* Wash hands thoroughly before eating and after using the toilet.

* Seek immediate medical attention if jaundice develops.

* Individuals at higher risk should consult their treating physician regarding preventive options, including the Hepatitis E vaccine approved by the Drug Controller General of India (DCGI), wherever appropriate.

Dr. Sahni added that world Hepatitis Day is an important reminder that prevention is always better than treatment. Greater public awareness, early diagnosis and timely preventive measures can protect vulnerable populations from severe Hepatitis E.

गुरु मां बंटी महंत- किन्नर समाज ने बताया कि अपने गुरु को अर्पित करने के लिए गुरु पूर्णिमा से अच्छा मौका कोई नही हो सकता। हालांकि सब कुछ गुरु जी का दिया हुआ है। उन्होंने कहा कि समाज में किन्नर समुदाय के प्रति भेदभाव को कम करना और उन्हें मुख्यधारा से जोड़ना। बंटी महंत ने कहा कि मौजूदा समय मे सब अपने अपने धर्मो और जातिवाद में उलझे हुए हैं। जबकि साईं जी ने कभी किसी धर्म मे भेदभाव नही किया। उन्होंने हिन्दू मुस्लिम सिख ईसाई सभी धर्मो को सामान रूप से प्यार और आशीर्वाद दिया। बंटी महंत ने कहा कि किन्नर समाज हर धर्म को समान रूप से मानता है। उनके समाज में हिंदू, मुस्लिम सहित सभी धर्मों के लोग शामिल हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हम किसी के साथ भेदभाव नहीं करते, समाज में समानता बनाए रखना हमारा उद्देश्य है। हमारा धर्म प्रेम, समर्पण और सेवा का है। वहीं उन्होंने समाज को सीख देते हुए कहा कि जो लोग अपने अपने माँ बाप का तिरस्कार कर मंदिरों में माता के दरबार मे माथा टेक माता को मनाने में लगे रहते हैं। पहले वो अपने घर मे अपने बजुर्गों का आदर करें। ऊपर वाली महामाई सब देख रही है। बंटी महंत ने कहा कि ट्रैफिक लाइट्स पॉइंट पर जो किन्नर बन कर खड़े हिट है, उनसे किन्नर सामाज का कोई लेना देना नही है। वो हमारे समाज का हिस्सा नही है। पब्लिक को चाहिए कि वो ऐसे नकली किन्नरों को पकड़ कर पुलिस के हवाले कर दे। बंटी महंत ने कहा कि आपस मे सब मिलजुल कर रहें, कोई किसी से व्हेडभाव न् करें। सब प्यार से एकजुट होकर रहें।

Chandigarh, July 28, 2026:-राष्ट्रीय वाल्मीकि धर्म समाज (रावाधस) रजि. चंडीगढ़ ने बरनाला (पंजाब) में सफाई कर्मचारियों पर हुए लाठीचार्ज के विरोध में वीरवार 30 जुलाई 2026 को वाल्मीकि आश्रम, सैक्टर 24 में पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान का पुतला फूंकेगा। इस संबंध में रावाधस ने एस.एस.पी, चण्डीगढ़ को एक ज्ञापन पत्र सौंपा और दोषियों के खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की।

रावाधस के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष वीर दिलबाग टांक ने बताया कि 22.07. 2026 को जो बरनाला (पंजाब) में डी.एस.पी. सतबीर सिंह बैंस, एस.एच.ओ. लखविन्द्र सिंह और अन्य पुलिस कर्मियों द्वारा सफाई कर्मचारियों पर हुई लाठीचार्ज और जातिसूचक शब्द प्रयोग किये गये थे और पंजाब का माहौल खराब करने की कोशिश की गई। जिसका समाज मे संज्ञान लेते हुए माननीय एस एस पी चंडीगढ़ को एक ज्ञापन पत्र सौंप दोषी पुलिस अधिकारियों के खिलाफ एस.सी./एस.टी. एक्ट का पर्चा दाखिल किए जाने की अपील की है। दोषियों के खिलाफ पर्चा दाखिल करने से इन अहंकारी अधिकारियों को पता चलेगा कि यह लोग भविष्य में दोबारा ऐसी हरकत न कर सकें। ऐसे लोग जो वर्दी की आड़ में भेड़िये हैं इन लोगों को बिल्कुल न बख्शा जाये, क्योंकि जो इन लोगों ने हरकत की है इससे आम जनता पर बहुत बुरा प्रभाव पड़ा है। इन लोगों ने सीधे-सीधे लोकतंत्र का गला घोंटा है और अपनी वर्दी का नाजायज फायदा उठाया है। इन दोषियों को कानूनी रूप से जो सजा बनती है वह दी जाये जिससे आम जनता का कानून के प्रति विश्वास कायम रहे।

उन्होंने आगे बताया कि राज्य में अमन चैन की जिम्मेदारी सरकार की बनती है। सफाई कर्मियों पर हुए लाठीचार्ज के लिए सीधे तौर पर सरकार दोषी बनती है। इसलिए 30. 07.2026 को समय दोपहर 2:00 बजे वाल्मीकि आश्रम, सैक्टर 24 में पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान का पुतला फूंका जाएगा।

सेक्टर 46 सनातन धर्म मंदिर सभा के प्रेसिडेंट और एस डी कॉलेज के पैट्रन जतिंदर भाटिया ने रविन्द्र सिंह बिल्ला जी की तरफ से लगाए गए रुद्राक्ष के पौधों के लिए आभार जताया। उन्होंने कहा कि रुद्राक्ष के साथ ही अन्य पौधों का भी रोपण करना चाहिए। साथ ही पेड़-पौधों की रक्षा भी करनी चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि पेड़-पौधे नहीं होंगे तो धरती जीव विहीन हो जाएगी। न हवा चलेगी न वर्षा होगी। ऐसे में जीवन की कल्पना भी नहीं की जा सकती।

सेक्टर 26 बापूधाम स्थित किन्नर मंदिर की प्रमुख कमली माता ने कहा कि मंदिर प्रांगण में रुद्राक्ष का पौधा लगाना बहुत पवित्र और शुभ माना जाता है। भगवान शिव को प्रिय यह देववृक्ष वातावरण को शुद्ध करता है और वातावरण में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा बढ़ाता है। इसे मंदिर में लगाने से धार्मिक और पर्यावरणीय दोनों लाभ मिलते हैं। कमली माता ने कहा कि भगवान शिव और माता पार्वती को यह वृक्ष अति प्रिय है। मंदिर आने वाले भक्तों को इससे आध्यात्मिक शांति मिलती है। रुद्राक्ष के फल और पत्तों का उपयोग धार्मिक अनुष्ठानों में होता है।

प्रतिभागियों को संबोधित करते हुए रामानुज प्रसाद और विसवोजीत बिस्वाल ने पंजाब का फॉरेस्ट कवर बढ़ाने और कम्युनिटी में एनवायरनमेंट के बारे में ज़्यादा जागरूकता पैदा करने के महत्व पर ज़ोर दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि जुलाई से अगस्त के बीच का समय पेड़ लगाने के लिए बहुत अच्छा है और लोगों को राज्य भर में पेड़ लगाने की मुहिम में सक्रिय रूप से हिस्सा लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। उन्होंने आगे ज़ोर दिया कि युवाओं को स्पोर्ट्स और फिटनेस एक्टिविटीज़ में हिस्सा लेने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाना चाहिए। क्योंकि एक एक्टिव लाइफस्टाइल एक हेल्दी और ड्रग-फ्री समाज बनाने में मदद करती है। इस इवेंट में “युद्ध नशेयाँ विरुद्ध” का संदेश भी दिया गया। जिससे युवाओं को नशे की लत से दूर रहने और पॉजिटिव, हेल्दी आदतें अपनाने की प्रेरणा मिली।

 वेदवॉक्स स्पोर्ट्स के संचालक नवल किशोर के मुताबिक, इस इवेंट में चार कैटेगरी थीं: 21 किमी हाफ मैराथन, 10 किमी रन, 5 किमी रन और फन रन। अलग- अलग उम्र के करीब 400 रनर्स के जोश के साथ हिस्सा लेने से यह इवेंट बहुत सफल रहा।

बंकर वाटर्स (ड्रिंकिंग) के मैनेजर अमित कुमार ने कारगिल विजय दिवस ने बताया कि रन के बाद, सभी पार्टिसिपेंट्स ने कारगिल विजय दिवस पर देश के लिए कुर्बानी देने वाले बहादुर सैनिकों को दिल से श्रद्धांजलि दी। वहां मौजूद लोगों ने इस मौके को गर्व और शुक्रगुजार होकर मनाया, और भारत की सेना की हिम्मत, लगन और सबसे बड़े बलिदान का सम्मान किया।

Chandigarh, July 24, 2026:- वार्ड नम्बर 24 के अधीन आती सेक्टर-42 सी मार्केट में नई सीवरेज पाइपलाइन का शुभारंभ क्षेत्र के पार्षद एवं पूर्व वरिष्ठ उपमहापौर जसबीर सिंह बंटी के प्रयासों से संपन्न हुआ। इस जनहित परियोजना के पूरा होने से मार्केट के दुकानदारों को सीवरेज कनेक्शन लेने में आ रही वर्षों पुरानी समस्या का स्थायी समाधान मिल गया है।

कार्य का शुभारंभ सनातन धर्म मंदिर के  शिव कुमार नागपाल, मार्केट से अजय अरोड़ा, आर सी डबल्यू ए से राजकुमार शर्मा, सज्जन बंसल, अमित मित्तल, एवं नीलम वढेरा द्वारा नारियल फोड़कर विधिवत रूप से किया गया।

Chandigarh, July 24, 2026:-गवर्नमेंट मॉडल सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल सैक्टर 8 बी ने इंटर स्कूल स्टेट खो खो (14 वर्ष वर्ग) टूर्नामेंट में बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन करते हुए लड़कियों ने प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया और लड़कों ने द्वितीय स्थान प्राप्त किया। यह प्रतियोगिता चण्डीगढ़ शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा आयोजित की गई थी। स्कूल की प्रिंसिपल सुश्री वंदना छाबड़ा दीवान ने बच्चों को जीत की बधाई  और शुभकामनाएं दी। और बच्चों को खेलों के साथ साथ पढ़ाई में भी बेहतरीन सफलता प्राप्त करने के लिए प्रेरित किया।
