जगमीत बराड़ द्वारा 6 सदस्यीय संगठन विस्तार कमेटी नियुक्त

Chandigarh 31st December:- पूर्व सांसद तृणमूल कांग्रेस के पंजाब अध्यक्ष जगमीत सिंह बराड़ ने आज ऐलान किया है कि टी.एम.सी अब राज्यभर में अपने कार्यालय खोलने नए चेहरों को शामिल करने की प्रक्रिया को और तेज करेगी। उन्होंने शुक्रवार को 6 सदस्यीय संगठन विस्तार कमेटी की नियुक्ति की है, ताकि पंजाब में टी.एम.सी की सदस्यता संगठनात्मक ढांचे को बढ़ाया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि हम पंजाब में सभी वचनबद्ध सामाजिक राजनीतिक कार्यकर्ताओं के लिए टी.एमम्.सी को एक सांझा मंच बनाना चाहता हैं और समय गया है कि हम सभी समान विचारधारा वाले लोगों तक पहुंचें पंजाब को बचाने में समान मिशन के तहत उन्हें एक बैनर तले इकट्ठा करें।

इस छह सदस्यीय टीम में पूर्व मंत्री डा. हरबंस लाल, पूर्व आप युवा उपाध्यक्ष बलजीत सिंह, अमरजीत सिंह राजीआना, संत सिंह घगगा, गौतमबीर सिंह अमनदीप सिंह मांगट शामिल हैं। इस क्रम में तेजी से आगे बढऩे की नीति के तहत बराड़ ने प्रत्येक कमेटी सदस्य को एक विशेष समूह पर ध्यान देने के उद्देश्य से शामिल किया है, ताकि सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि टारगेट ग्रुप के लेाग अधिक से अधिक संख्या में पार्टी से जुड़ें।

बराड़ ने कहा कि इस कमेटी को यह अधिकार दिया गया है कि सभी नए सदस्यों से यह सुनिश्चित किया जए कि वे टी.एम.सी के विचारों कीमतों पर विश्वास करते हैं और समाज सेवा में साफ ट्रैक रिकॉर्ड और छवि वालों को लोगों को पहल दी जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह दूसरी पार्टियों से सदस्यों नामी चेहरों को जमा करने की प्रकिया नहीं है, बल्कि हम समान विचारधारा वाले लोगों का एक मंच बना रहे हैं, जिनका बेहतर पंजाब के लिए एक समान एजेंडा जोश हो। चुनावों का ऐलान किसी भी दिन हो सकता है और बर्बाद करने को हमारे पास वक्त नहीं है

The amazing line-up this year includes popular bands from around the world, ranging from the UK, Italy, Israel, Argentina, India, Bosnia, Germany and more! Some of these include Grammy nominated as well as world festival favorites such as Dubioza Kolektiv, Jan Blomqvist and Band, Loco and Jam, Afro Celt Sound System, The Raghu Dixit Project, Swing rowers, Dhruv Voyage, The Scavengers, Indian Ocean, Nucleya and many, many more.

Director PGI Honors Employees on Their Retirement

Chandigarh 31st December:- Prof. Subash Varma, Acting Director PGI honored officers and officials on their superannuation today by presenting mementoes to them.  Amitabh Avasthi, DDA, Dr. Ashok Kumar Acting M.S and P.S Saini, Superintendent Hospital Engineering, handed over beneficiary cheques comprising GPF, gratuity and group insurance. Respective heads of departments wished them well in life by presenting bouquets to them.

School of Public Health PGI Conduct “Workshop on Basic Epidemiology and Biostatistics”

Chandigarh 31st December:- The School of Public Health conducted ten day "Workshop on Basic Epidemiology and Biostatistics" from 22ndDecember 2016 to 31st December 2016. This was the 5th in the series of workshops being conducted by School of Public Health on Epidemiology and Biostatistics. The objectives of the workshop were to develop skills in the field of medical research and public health to plan a study, to choose an appropriate study design and also to present the study results and interpret them in a scientific manner.

The resource persons were Dr. Rajesh Kumar, Dr. P.V.M. Lakshmi, Dr.Ravindra Khaiwal, Dr. Mona Duggal, Dr. Shankar Prinja, School of Public Health, PGI, Chandigarh. Participants came from various institutes across the country including Himachal Pradesh, Jammu Kashmir, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Delhi and Chandigarh. The participants gave a positive feedback. The participants said the workshop was 'comprehensive and clear' and the practical sessions were 'interesting and interactive'. They appreciated learning how to work on a new software and found Epi Info to be a  'great tool for data collection, compilation and analysis'. The participants gained a lot of knowledge and skills in basics of Epidemiology and Biostatistics.

Air India’s New Year Gift Reintroduces Leh–Chandigarh–Leh Flight

Chandigarh 30th December:- Air India is all set to re–introduce its flight service from Himalayan paradise of LEH to the City of Joy Chandigarh from 31st December 2016. The direct non-stop flight will be operated with the 124 seater Airbus A319 aircraft thrice every week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. With the commencement of this service on 31 December, National Carrier Air India will be the only airline to operate on this route presently.

Flight AI 457 will leave from LEH at 08:05hrs and reach Chandigarh at 09:00hrs. In return, the flight AI 458 will leave from Chandigarh at 09:40hrs and reach LEH at 10:20hrs. The flight will fulfill long standing demand of business community, tourists and local residents as Chandigarh is the nearest gateway to the mainland.

सोहाना एंटरपराइजेज ने गरीबी रेखा से नीचे रहने वाले लोगों को इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उत्पाद सस्ते दामों पर मुहैया करवाने का किया ऐलान

Chandigarh 30th December:- प्रधान मंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के अभियान मेक इन इंडिया के अंतर्गत गरीबी रेखा से नीचे रहने वाले लोगों को सक्षम बनाने सब जन एक समान के उद्देश्य से सोहाना एंटरपराइजेज ने इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उत्पाद उपकरण सस्ते दामों पर मुहैया करवाने का ऐलान किया है। जिस के अंतर्गत अब गरीबों को एलईडी, एसी, एंडरायड फोन, डिजिटल वाच अन्य कई उपकरण दिए जाएंगे।

सोहाना एन्टरपरइजेज कंपनी की निदेशक अशविन्दर कौर ने पत्रकार वार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि कंपनी देश की प्रगति मे योगदान करने के माध्यम से और प्रधान मंत्री के संकल्प मेक इन इंडिया को साकार करने हेतु पहल कर रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि गरीबों को एलईडी मात्र 6000, एसी मात्र 9000, एंड्रयाड फोन मात्र 2500 में दी जाएगी। ताकि वे भी आज के आधुनिक युग में बराबर जीवन जी सके। 

कंपनी के निदेशक ईरफान के अनुसार ये सभी उपकरण केवल गरीबों के लिए ही हैं इसके लिए उन्हें अपना गरीबी रेखा वाला कार्ड दिखाना अनिवार्य है और एक कार्ड पर एक उपकरण ही खरीद सकते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि इन उपकरणों को खरीदने के लिए ऑनलाइन बुकिंग उत्पाद का 25% जमा करवा कर करवानी होगी।
पत्रकारों के प्रश्न पर जवाब देते हुए 
अशविन्दर कौर ने बताया कि बुकिंग शुरू हो गई है और मार्च 2017 से डिलीवरी चालू कर दी जाएगी।
