Man Kaur Hoists Tricolour at Mona City Homes: Takes Part in I-Day Run with Athletes

Chandigarh 16th August:- "Mera kam hai daudna aur main eh kam kardi rawangi (My job is to run and I will keep at it)," said 102-year-old Man Kaur, one of the world's oldest athletes, after hoisting the national flag at an Independence Day function organised by Mona Townships Pvt Ltd at Mona City Homes in Mohali near Kharar.

After hoisting the Tricolour along with MTPL Director Aakash Setia at Mona City Homes, Man Kaur, who holds a world record as the fastest runner in the "over 100 years old" category, also participated in a run with other athletes and MTPL employees, holding the Indian flag aloft. About 500 people from Kharar and nearby areas attended the Independence Day function at Mona City Homes, an MTPL township which offers an unmatched urban living experience replete with ultramodern facilities.

MTPL, which hosted the Independence Day function, is among the leading real estate developers of the northern region with a track record of successful delivering many residential projects in Mohali district.
