Party leaders demanded that Manimajra should be developed on the pattern of other sectors of city.  Besides this small plots be given exemption of N.O.C.  The issuance of NOC and transfer of plots be made online.  Birth and Death Certificates be issued from the office of MC in Manimajra.  The cases of pension be dealt in the Manimajra MC office so as to give relief to the old age persons.

The large unused area in Pocket No. 2 be developed as Park so that the same can be used by the children and senior citizens.  The school running in the community centre in Manimajra be shifted and the community centre which was build on the land donated by the locals be handed over for the family functions of the residents.

Advisor Vijay Dev assured the local residents and BJP leaders that he will look into the matter and resolve the issues at the earliest.  He resolved several issues on the spot by giving directions to the concerned officials who accompanied him during the visit.
