Chandigarh 10th May:-- A two day lifestyle exhibition -- Summer Fashion Yatra 2014, got off to a stylish start at Panchkula's Hotel Welcom Bella Vista. Over 30 fashion designers, accessories specialists & Home Décor houses are displaying their products for this season.
Ms Anjali Makin & Rakesh Makin of M/S Sparkle Event & Management, said that the company has brought the exhibition to tri-city, we have tried to make the two day exhibition a one stop shop for all type of summer fashion be it casual, formal or wedding. We are happy to say the response has been good. This exhibition will set a benchmark and we are hopeful of carrying forward this trend for the future as well. The idea is shoppers can survey and buy fashion apparel, accessories and home décor items under one roof. The exhibition opened a new vista for fashion & lifestyle products' enthusiasts as they got the finest collection of apparels, Jewels, Home Furnishings, Interiors, Foot Wear, and other exciting items from designers who have come from not just tri-city but also from parts of North India, Kolkata and Mumbai. Panache Mumbai has brought Pakistani suits, formal wear and designer dress material, Azara, Delhi is here with its designer wear suits, Posh Amritsar has showcased Western wear, Shikha Monga has brought her line 'Manshaa'. Her collections boast of pretty pastels & bright colours. The range of Jumpsuits, Palazzo sets in georgette are breathtaking. Shikha's designs are embellished with unique enhancements like 3 D hand sequin embroidery, beadwork, Dabka, Gota and Zari for summer weddings. A young Fashion Designer Karishma who owns the Kimz label is showcasing an exquisite summer collection which is inclusive of Bollywood designs. Nidhi Studio is present with a range which has pleasing hues of peaches and yellows with loads of subtle gold, making the designs tasteful & appealing. A major attraction is imitation jewellery specialist Beaming Strings- an export brand of copper based exquisite fashion jewelry decked up with American Diamonds. The brand made a debut in North India through Fashion Yatra Exhibition. The brand has showcased enticing rings, bracelets, pendants and earrings. Enliven Diva's Amit Kashyap has brought his astonishing range of tiffany lamps and lights, mother of pearl objects, artefacts, bed spreads, designer cushion covers and home décor items.
