MC Held Auction for Paid Parking Areas

Chandigarh 05^th November:----- The auction for the 15 paid parking areas in different areas of the Chandigarh held today under the supervision of Sunil Bhatia, Additional Commissioner, in the presence of Pardeep Chhabra, Councillor and other concerned officials of Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh. The MC has collected revenue of Rs.331.1 Lac from the Auction. The auction was held for parking lots of MOH, Sector 17, Piccadilly Multiplex (I), Piccadilly Multiplex (II), Fun Republic & Tourist Buses Parking, Manimajra, Sector 8, Zone-II, Sector 8, Zone-I, Bank Square, Sector 17, In front of CMC Building, Sector 17, Shanti Kunj, and other parking areas of the different sectors.     The bid for the parking lot of Sector 35-C, Semi Automatic has gone highest for Rs.67.05/- against reserve price of Rs.43.23/-. Whereas bid for Idle Truck Parking Sector 26, Chandigarh parking lot has gone for Rs.61.10/- against reserve price of Rs. 36.86/-. The bid for the parking lot of MOH Sector 17, Semi Automatic has gone for Rs.9.40/- against the reserve price of Rs.9.17/-. The bid for the parking lot of piccadily multiplex, without Automatic has gone for Rs.10.85/- against reserve price of Rs.10.80/-. The bid for the parking lot of Sector 35-C, Semi Automatic has gone highest for Rs.67.05/- against reserve price of Rs.43.23/-.
