Chandigarh 13th October:--- A pre Celebration of Karwa Chauth Bash celebrated under the guidance of Social Worker Tajinder Kaur Sonia of Chandigarh here today with much fervour. The Ladies Members around 40 in numbers came in the theme of Red, Magenta & Orange. BJP leader Ekta Nagpal & Ms. Rana Kaur were Chief Guests on the occasion. There were 1 Queen Title,6 Sub Titles and 15 Consolation Prizes distributed . Meenakshi Batra Won the Big title of Karwa Chauth Queen.
During the celebration Sharmita Bhinder, Rashmi Bindra, Priyanka Khosla and Prity Sodhi adjudged the participants on the occasions. Himani Rai adjudged with Best Mehndi, Megha Bansal adjudged with Best Dancer, Jhanvi Sehgal adjudged with Best Dressed-Up, Promila adjudged with most Charming Face, Beautiful Bride, Alisha adjudged with Beautiful Hair, Gogi Kohli adjudged with Most Elegant, Most Beautiful Eyes title goes to Rashmi Poonia, Best Cat walk titles goes to Anju Soni.
According to Ms Tajinder Kaur Sonia the main motive behind the celebration was to entertain the ladies and to educating them to save Girl Child & to save their Voting Right.
