Chandigarh 27th October:-- Pranay Goud and Aditya Dabas are the two students of Hallmark Public School, Panchkula have not just done proud to the School but also the region by giving sterling performances in the CBSE Inter School Championship . They had made a mark in the skating event held as part of the CBSE North Zone Inter School Sports & Games Competition 2013-14, organized recently. Pranay was the only skater of tri-city to have bagged two gold medals amongst 1200 contestants from various Indian schools. Aditya won Silver.

 

Jivtesh Garg, Director, Hallmark Public School, Panchkula,said that Hallmark believe in holistic development of a student. The sporting infrastructure available in the School has been designed to meet all training needs of upcoming players. The idea is to create a strong edifice of sports which helps generate future champions.

 

Ms. Kavita Wadhwa, Principal, Hallmark Public School, Panchkula, said that the students were able to scale these heights due to rigorous and focused training they got from their coach, Chander Singhal and the support of parents for the past few years. She added that till date Pranay has won 48 medals while Aditya has clinched 46 medals in National level School Games as well as other competitions. Pranay has under his belt a coveted gold he won at the CBSE North Zone I Skating Championship 2012 apart from an array of medals won at school and district level tourneys. Aditya won a Silver at the 58th National School Games held in Delhi, he also has in his kitty a Gold and Silver won at CBSE North Zone I Skating Championship 2012, his 'medal bag' is brimming as there are a lot many medals he won at school and district level games also.
