Chandigarh 12th July:--A faculty member of IIM Ahmedabad Dheeraj Sharma released a book titled MKTG. The book, authored by world renowned Professor Charles W. Lamb from Texas Christian University, Professor Joe F. Hair from Kennesaw State University, Dr. Dheeraj Sharma from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and Dr. Carl McDaniel from University of Texas, Arlington, is part of Cengage Learning's recent brand 4LTR Press. The book in tricity was unveiled by Dr. Dheeraj Sharma.
On the inspiration behind the book, Sharma said that he has lived abroad for over a decade and studied the marketing methodology in detail. "It is very different from India where ethical marketing is a concept never heard of. Through this book, the aim is to make India aware of the tactics of marketing that also help in development of the country," he said.
