The naturopathy clinic will provide dietary advice as per the age, physical condition, and disease of the patients and provide natural treatments which include detox massage, mud therapy, hydrotherapy ( which includes steam bath, Shirodhara, hot foot bath, hip bath, hot and cold compress) etc. The young founder of Aarogya Dhara Naturopathy Health & Wellness Center, Ms. Shruti Gambhir showcased a detailed presentation on Naturopathy and its different facets to make the media aware about the unique treatment system.  

 

It is noteworthy that Ms. Shruti Gambhir is an expert in chronic, diabetic, and lifestyle diseases. In addition, she is also a Yoga Instructor, Sujok and Acupressure Therapist, and Reiki Healer.  हॉस्पिटल संचालक एच एस सभरवाल ने बताया कि डिप्टी डायरेक्टर संजय नेहरुब हाल ही में ट्रांसफर होकर चंडीगढ़ आए हैं। उन्हें आज औपचारिक तौर पर गुरु का लँगर आई हॉस्पिटल में आमंत्रित किया गया था। यहाँ की कार्यप्रणाली देख संजय नेहरू काफी प्रभावित हुए। उन्हें सिरोपा पहना कर सम्मनित किया गया।

सम्यग्दर्शन करंट है मोक्षमार्ग में: आचार्य श्री सुबल सागर जी महाराज

Chandigarh, July 26, 2023:-चडीगढ़ दिगम्बर जैन मंदिर सेक्टर 27बी में चार्तुमास कर रहे आचार्य श्री सुबल सागर श्री महाराज ने कहा कि- हे भव्य प्राणियों जो भी मोक्ष को प्राप्त हुए है, वे सब सम्यग्दर्शन से ही हुए है, ऐ सम्यग्दर्शन का महत्त्व है अब ऐसा मान लीजिए जैसे हमारे पास  नमक है बेलन है, पानी है अग्नि है आदि सब है लेकिन आटा नहीं है तो क्या रोटी बन सकती है इसी प्रकार हमारे पास या साधु महाराज जी के पास तप है जप है, व्रत है, नियम है, धर्म रूप आदि सब क्रियाऐं है लेकिन सम्यग्दर्शन नहीं तो क्या ऐ सारी क्रिया हमें मोक्ष को प्राप्त करा सकती है अर्थात् नहीं करा सकती है मानना चाहिए कि सम्यग्दर्शन एक वह करंट है जो सारी मशीनों को चालू कर देता है। कितनी ही मशीने हमारे पास पड़ी हो एक करंट के मिलने पर वह काम आने लगती है। यहाँ करंट को सम्यग्दर्शन की उपमा दी है एक बार सम्यग्दर्शन के हो जाने पर उस जीव को मोक्ष प्राप्त हो जाऐगा आज नहीं तो कल, कल नही परसो मोक्ष तो नियम से प्राप्त हो ही जाऐगा। कितना ही तप धारण  कर लिया जाए अर्थात 12 प्रकार का तप होता है कितना हीकठिन से कठिन ध्यान अनशन उनोदन को धारण कर लिया जाए सम्यग्दर्शन के बिना वह कार्यकारणी नहीं है इसके साथ ही साथ और कह दिया कि कितना ही ज्ञान भी प्राप्त कर लो कितना ही चरित्र को अंगीकार कर लो कितना ही दूसरों को संदेश दे दो लेकिन एक सम्यग्दर्शन रूपी करंट के होने पर ही सब कार्य यथायोग्य रीति से काम करते हुए अनंत सुख को प्राप्त कर हमेशा के लिए सुखी हो जाते हैं 

 सम्यग्दर्शन, सम्यग्ज्ञान और सम्यग्चरित्र ऐ तीनों ही आत्मा के ही रूप है इनमें जो भिन्नता को कहते है वह केवल शब्द रूप ही है। तीनों में अभिन्नता कहीं है। इसको एक योगी/ साधु पुरुष ही  जान सकते है सामान्य मनुष्य नहीं समझ सकते है। रत्नत्रय को आत्मा का ही धारी है निश्चय नय से हमारी आत्मा तो शुद्ध है व्यवहार नय से उसमें कर्म कालिमा लगी हुई है। कर्म कालिमा लगी होने के कारण वह रत्नत्रय प्रगट रूप में नहीं है।  जैसे ही वह कर्म रुपी कालिमा दूर होगी वैसे ही शुद्ध रत्नत्रय धर्म प्रगट हो जायेगा । अर्थात् सूर्य तो है अभी बादलों से ढका हुआ इसलिए हम कह रहे है कि सूर्य नहीं है। जैसे ही हवा चलेगी बादल हटेंगे तो सूर्य प्रगट हो जाऐगा। और सारे जगत, को प्रकाशित कर देगा। उसी प्रकार कर्म रूपी कालिमा के हटते ही  हमारी सूर्य रूपी आत्मा प्रगट होकर उस मोक्ष को प्राप्त कर लेगी।

The team has qualified for the semi-finals and skipper Nehal Wadhera continues to lead the way with the youngsters. He said that Suryakumar Yadav's advice completely changed his mindset regarding the game.

Nehal said that Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav are the names that he always follow. He also got a chance to play with Rohit bhai and Surya bhai for Mumbai in the IPL. Both support a lot. Surya Bhai's advice always works for him. In the IPL, he was batting with him in the second innings. He came to me and said don't take pressure, give respect to the good ball and hit the bad ball. Don't look at the scoreboard, just thinking we are batting in the first innings. His talk completely removed his pressure. He was batting with him when he made two fifties. His experience came in handy for him. He felt he has learned something new and now he is sharing the same experience with the youngsters in his team.

Nehal said on the comeback of the team that we had lost two matches in the beginning, but this is a league tournament so each team had 10 matches. You always have a chance to come back and the coaching staff played a big role in that. He held a meeting with every player and convinced everyone that he could win.

The captain said that our team's batting is stronger and we are focusing more on that. The bowling was not good in the opening matches because we have a young team. They didn't have much experience, but now our bowlers are doing well. They don't easily give runs to the batsmen. Uday paji and Gagandeep paji have helped him a lot.

Footballers and Kickboxers Equipped with Sports Kits: Competent Foundation to Distribute 175 Sports Kits under Its Campaign

Chandigarh, July 25, 2023:- Politician and philanthropist Sanjay Tandon led Competent Foundation in the series of Sports Kits Distribution organized a program at GMSS School, Sector 22A wherein 40 football and six kickboxing needy players were benefited with their sports kits on Tuesday. Foundation has started the city wide campaign across all Govt schools to empower the needy players who cannot afford sports kits due their family's financial constraints. In the previous editions, the foundation used to distribute school kits amongst needy students.

Present on the occasion, HPS Brar, DPI Schools applauded the efforts of the Foundation. Sanjay Tandon said that under this program, 175 sports kits will be distributed among the children of government schools of the city who show interest in sports, who are unable to show their talent in sports due to financial constraints.

The  program was started on June 1, 2023 by Punjab Governor and UT Administrator, Banwarilal Purohit at Raj Bhavan wherein 10 players were given kits in the presence of their coaches.

Along with school principal, Rajeev Kumar, BJP District President Jatinder Malhotra, teachers, and other members of the school staff were also present.

इस बार अयोध्या की रामलीला चौथा संस्करण रामकथा पार्क मे 14 अक्टूबर से 24 अक्टूबर 2023 तक शाम 7 बजे से 10 बजे तक होंगी और दूरदर्शन पर लाइव दिखाई जाएगी।
