Zirakpur, August 29, 2025:-– Velvet Clarks Exotica Zirakpur is all set to host "The Grand Kebab", a week-long food festival celebrating India's most loved kebabs. Scheduled from 30th August to 5th September 2025 at The Illusion, the festival will be open for lunch (12 noon – 3 pm) and dinner (7 pm – 11 pm).
The specially curated À La Carte menu will feature delicacies such as Mutton Burra Kebab, Awadhi Galouti Kebab, Peshawari Chapli Kebab, Rajmah ke Galouti Kebab, Corn Seekh Kebab, along with royal platters like Shahi Kebab Platter with Ulta Tawa Paratha.
Speaking about the festival, Maninderjit Singh Sibal, General Manager, Velvet Clarks Exotica Zirakpur, said that with 'The Grand Kebab', we are bringing a royal dining experience by reviving age-old recipes with authentic flavors – a true tribute to India's rich culinary heritage.
