Time Bank of India Organizes Members Induction Camp at Sukhna Lake

Chandigarh, June 22, 2025:-The Tricity chapter of Time Bank of India successfully organized a members induction camp at Sukhna Lake, Chandigarh. The event was attended by State Coordinator I D Singh, along with Chandigarh Admins SR Sharma, Ms Sita Kakkar, Mohali & Zirakpur Admin Gurinder Singh, and other prominent members, including Arunesh Aggarwal, Ravinder Kumar Garg, Ajit Jaitley, and Ms Vedika, a B.Tech intern from UPES, Dehradun, who is actively contributing to Time Bank's membership campaign.

During the camp, the concept of Time Bank India was explained to morning walkers, who appreciated the gesture as a valuable service to society, particularly for senior citizens. The unique aspect of Time Bank, where members exchange time rather than money, resonated with the attendees. Approximately 300 people expressed interest in joining Time Bank, and around 100 morning walkers from Tricity were registered as members.

The enthusiasm for Time Bank membership was palpable, especially among the younger generation. Arunesh Aggarwal played a pivotal role in arranging the camp, which marked a significant milestone for Time Bank's presence in the region.
