Chandigarh Dec.18, 2021:- Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting Anurag Thakur will be in Chandigarh on Sunday to strengthen the campaigning spree for BJP candidate in view of Chandigarh MC Election scheduled for December 24. The event was earlier scheduled for December 10 but was canceled due to the tragic helicopter crash on December 8 in which CDS Bipin Rawat, his wife and 12 other armed forces personnel were killed.
Shivender Mandotra, convenor, Himachal Cell, BJP while revealing the information said a Himahcali Dham is being organised by cell at Rally Ground, Sector 25 wherein Anurag Thakur will grace the occasion in the evening. Noted Himachali folk singer Karnail Rana will regale the present audience and dance troupe from hill state of HP will be performing a series of Paharis Nattis. He informed a special chef team (bhotis) has been invited from Jogindernagar who will be preparing a blend of regional Kangri, Mandiyali, Hamirpuri and Bilaspuri dhaams.
