AKSHAY SHARMA CALLS ON CAPT AMARINDER, APPRISES CM OF 'NSUI YOUTH MISSION 2022'

CHANDIGARH, JULY 30, 2021:- President Punjab NSUI Akshay Sharma on Friday called on Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh at his official residence to apprise him about the 'NSUI Youth Mission 2022' to attract maximum youngsters and first time voters by aggressively taking Congress government's achievements amongst them.

Meeting the Chief Minister for the second time this month, state president NSUI Akshay Sharma also took Chief Minister's blessings for the launch of statewide 'NSUI Youth Mission 2022' from Patiala next week. Akshay had met the Chief Minister on July 19 earlier this month to apprise him about the NSUI Mission 2022. 

"We will be launching the pan-Punjab campaign from Patiala next week to attract youngsters towards the party ideology and by popularising our government's flagship programmes and achievemnts amongst them for Akshay said after his meeting with the Chief Minister. 

Expressing confidence for a win in upcoming assembly elections, the young leader from Amritsar said that under the leadership of Captain Amarinder Singh Ji, Congress party would secure yet another victory by decimating all opposition in 2022. 

NSUI has always been at forefront of fighting school, college and university students' issues and concerns, Akshay said adding that the young and first time voters across Punjab only believes in secular and liberal policies adopted by Congress party. 

Even during the pandemic lockdown, NSUI Punjab has been proactively engaged in ensuring safety and well-being of outside students stuck Punjab colleges, which was widely reported across media.
