DBUOrganizes Program on Implementing Lean Approaches: Administering Transfiguration Risks

Chandigarh Jan.05, 2021:-  Desh Bhagat University's Student Branch and Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers organized an online program on "Implementing Lean Approaches: Administering Transfiguration Risks" in association with IEEE SPAX, USA. The main aim of this program was to convey the message that Lean waste Manufacturing is a business improvement technique that focuses on the actual needs of the customer by preventing being built into the system.

In this program, Er. S. S. Bhatia, Managing Director, The JAVS Mohali, shared views on "Quality of Life Cycles".

Dr. Adil Usman, Senior Member of IEEE, IEEE YP representative, and Associate Member of MP-IDSA, Ministry of   Defence, Govt. of India shared the various IEEE opportunities available for Student's Branches.

Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor Desh Bhagat University shared the importance of Lean Principles in today's competitive world and guided the students to stay focused on their goals and duties to reduce the wastage in material, to reduce risks and time as well as to execute the projects well in time.

Dr. Tejinder Kaur, Pro-Chancellor, Desh Bhagat University congratulated the organizing team and DBU family and motivated the IEEE student members to organize such events regularly.

Dr. Shalini Gupta, Vice-Chancellor DBU, Dr. Inderpreet Kaur, Director Engineering, Senior Member IEEE & Student Branch Counselor, Er. B.S. Kalyan, Founder & Director Inventor's IOE Solutions, Er. Chandan Kalia, Founder RKS Tech Labs, and Dr. Manpreet Verma, interacted and motivated the students to be ready for industry 4.0 and digital marketing in the post-covid era.
