Chandigarh Sept. 15, 2020:- A meeting of Chandigarh based employees of Punjab & UT was held on 14.09.2020 here in Udygo Bhawan Sector 17 under the Chairmanship of Bhim Sen, Vice President of Federation of UT Employees & Workers Chandigarh. The leaders of various Department Unions of Punjab and Chandigarh participated in the meeting. Meeting discuss the various demands of Punjab and UT Employees including release of pay commission report, Govt. of Punjab decision to grant central pay scale to newly recruited empoloyes, stoppage of DA, LTC and deduction in Mobile Allowance, Enhancement of DC rates, exploitation of contract workers and restoration of old defined pension scheme to all the employees including those appointed of the Jan 2004, beside privatization of public sectors and others and observe that a Joint movements against the policies of Central and State Govt. need of the hour and appreciated the agitational programme announced by State Committee of Punab an UT Mulazam Sangharsh Morcha led by S. Sukhdev Singh Saini, Bhupinder Sinbh Buraich and Gopal Datt Joshi.
The meeting unanimously elected office bearers and Members of the Chandigarh Committee of Punjab andUT Mulazam Sangharsh Morcha.
