Chandigarh August 29, 2020:- The School of Pharmacy of Desh Bhagat University organized an online NSS Camp in collaboration with ECO Club. More than 350 students participated in the camp.
Various activities/competitions like tree plantation, rangoli competition, declamation, handmade poster making and afforestation were organized to sensitize students about saving environment and to create awareness to break the web of infection and flatten the curve of corona infection during Covid-19 pandemic by staying at home.
Dr. Zora Singh, Chancellor and Dr. Tejinder Kaur, Pro Chancellor, Desh Bhagat University said that these camps augment leadership skills, team spirit and bonding and make students more compassionate and humane leading them to become better citizens.
B. D. Dhiman,Principal, School of Pharmacy said that we must work for the society and explore opportunities of utilizing this time of COVID-19.
